Hotel Crown Hills Nigata in Niigata

Close to Furumachi, it's easy to park if you're driving and more convenient for getting around than staying near the station. If you're taking the train, it's a bit further from the station, but still within walking distance.

its near in everything

Typical Japanese “business hotel”, compact and clean. Minimal but friendly and polite service. Really good for a sudden need for a night to sleep.

The room smelled very heavy and the air conditioning was insufficient.
The hotel offers frozen drinks and shaved ice in hot weather
The hotel staff are very nice and solved many problems.

Good access

・Parking is available at the multi-storey car park opposite, where you can issue a commuter pass and pay in advance for your stay, which allows unlimited entry and exit.
・Breakfast is buffet style, which was great for me as I have dietary restrictions as I could choose only the items I could eat and eat small amounts.
・There is a large public bath, which is great, although there is a time limit.
・There are many restaurants nearby where you can eat local seafood, so I felt that Basho was in a great location for people who want to enjoy a meal.
・There are souvenir shops and the local arcade shopping street right in front of the hotel, so you can purchase souvenirs such as agricultural products, seafood, and sasamochi.
・There is a roadside station 5km away within the prefecture, so you can purchase crabs and other items there and have them delivered to your home.
・The Wi-Fi security was also fine, and the security software did not indicate any risk.

It's an older hotel, but because it's in the urban area, the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants and izakayas around, which is quite convenient.

Too young to get used to it, the price is high for the first time
