A little dated hotel rooms but quite clean and very good price . Parking is just right next to the building with a charge of ¥1200 per day .

nothing special but not too bad. There was 3 big bags of trash the whole tike we were there next to the elevator on our floor. Breakfast was mostly empty trays no juice or anything to drink which was weird. Anf they were pushing us at 10,01am to check out of the room.

A cosy stay in the heart of Niigata, enjoyed the comfortable bed and relaxing bathtub. Breakfast buffet featured a good spread of local typical foods.

Everything was smooth and pleasant from check-in to check-out. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning couldn’t be switched to cooling, as the hotel uses a central HVAC system that provides heating during the autumn season. Since the windows couldn’t be opened to let in cool air, the room felt a bit warm at times. Other than that, everything else was comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent accomodation very comfortable and a great sleep for a few nights.

The price is not cheap. From the perspective of the hotel's internal infrastructure, room cleaning and hygiene, the cost performance is average. I slept by the window and could even feel the draft from the window. The horns of vehicles sounded like they were right next to my ears.

The location is convenient, close to the station, within a 5-6 minute walk. The facilities are not new, but they are clean and I didn't mind the oldness. Amenities were generously provided, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast is charged, but it was good value for money and more than enough. Although it's not something I would give a negative rating for, the alarm clock in the room was not working

It's a short walk from the south exit of the station. There is a convenience store very close by. There wasn't much to choose from for breakfast.

The large public bath and sauna were great. The massage machine was excellent and free to use. Unfortunately the bathroom drainage was poor and the water flowed back onto the toilet floor.

The bathroom was spacious, but unfortunately the bath curtain was far from the bathtub, so the bottom got soaked. Also, the amenities were not great, but I was satisfied with everything else.

We have continued to use it since last year. The size of the room is similar to that of a typical business hotel, but it is kept clean and the bed is comfortable. Because location is near interchange, it is convenient to go here and there.

A bit cramped but up to apa standard. This specific location does not have a spa bath floor which i was kind of disappointed with. Seems like you would want to go to the other location just another block down if you want this amenity. Overall, its not too far from the station for quick travel to and from niigata especially if you have a morning itinerary.

I was concerned about the stains on the mattress and the smell in the room. However, considering the price and breakfast included, I was personally satisfied. The amenities were plentiful and good.

It was a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes lingered. Breakfast was free, so that was good.

This was my first stay here, and the service was truly impeccable. The selection of amenities available at the front desk, along with the welcome drinks, was very generous. It rained throughout our two-day visit, but the staff were very accommodating and kindly lent us umbrellas. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious.

There were manga comics available so I could kill time by reading them. The massage chairs were also very comfortable. I don't usually eat breakfast, but there was a lot to choose from, so I had miso soup and tea.

It was very convenient to go to the station building as it was close to the station. The hotel and facilities are old, but everything is provided so I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced.

I stayed here on a business trip. Everything from the entrance to the room was immaculately cleaned. The room was spacious and easy to use, with luggage storage available. Oldish, but still food hotel very close to Niigata station. You can leave your luggage at reception before checking in. At 1st floor next to the reception there is microwave and drinks machine. For guests the welcome drinks are available for free (hot/cold coffee, hot/cold hōjicha - roasted green tea or water). Many amenities available. Used around 2017 Located in Honmachi Shopping Arcade, with easy access to Furumachi. I only used the breakfast buffet, but it wasn't crowded, so it was comfortable! The smoking area at the time was on the second floor. Watching the lively morning shopping arcade was a great way to start the day.⭐︎

A nice sized onsen in Iwamuro onsen village. Very clean and nice facility, love its outdoor bath. Food is great. It has nice garden that you can stroll, I highly recommend to walk around the garden. It is on the village‘a main street, you can walk around the village after you check in, wearing the relaxed garment that the hotel provides.

I often stay at this hotel when I'm on business trips to Niigata. The building is old, but as a fan of retro things, I find the lobby and room chairs charming amidst their age. I can hear the hallway conversations and loud snoring from the neighboring room all the way to my room. Snoring is particularly bothersome, so I'd appreciate it if they separated the floors for men and women as much as possible...

For a general business hotel, the rooms are spacious and not too crowded. There are paid parking lots, pubs, restaurants, etc. nearby, which is very convenient. The wash basin was a little clogged but not a big deal.

We booked this hotel months in advance and the only room available was the smoking rooms. They absolutely stank of cigarettes - to the point where I don’t think they’re cleaned in depth between stays. This is our fault as we could’ve found another hotel with non-smoking rooms which we will do next time.
