The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Dinner was a set menu, and breakfast was a buffet. The food was decent. The hot spring could accommodate about ten people. It's a good leisure option for travelers.

Love everything about this hotel except for one important complaint that the pillows are small and lacking support causing neck pain the next day. Please let me know if you offer other pillows and we will definite back !

The exterior is quite worn out. However, when you arrive, check-in is quick and efficient. The lounge has dorayaki, coffee jelly, ice cream and other items that children will enjoy. The room is quite average. They ask that you boil water before drinking. They bring it to you if you ask, but I wish they kept it on hand. Also, the futon is thin. These are the two negative points. The food is not extravagant, but the variety is sufficient and satisfying. The hall is rather bland for a dining area, though. What is particularly noteworthy here are the staff. You can feel that everyone is trying their best to provide the best hospitality possible. They are working very hard.

I had always wanted to go to Iwamuro Onsen, so I stayed there this time as they had a reasonable plan. It was a hot spring hotel, neither good nor bad. The hotel's own hot spring had a sulfurous smell, which I didn't like.

A nice sized onsen in Iwamuro onsen village. Very clean and nice facility, love its outdoor bath. Food is great. It has nice garden that you can stroll, I highly recommend to walk around the garden. It is on the village‘a main street, you can walk around the village after you check in, wearing the relaxed garment that the hotel provides.

We were greeted personally as we drove in, and the amazing hospitality did not stop. We only stayed one night but could have happily stayed a week. Our room was really comfortable and spacious.The onsen setting was gorgeous, with a view of the mountains. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, with the breakfast buffet a highlight. Recommended!

Beautiful place to relax with very friendly and helpful staffs. Make sure to book your stay with the kaiseki dinner set and futon matteress for maximum enjoyment! Will be back when I visit Niigata again!
