There's a sense of luxury, but there's also a nostalgic atmosphere. The staff is also decent, but I feel kindness when they tell me to go home. I used to only go to the cafe, but I instantly became a fan.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mampei Hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed inside and out, the staff are fantastic, and the meals we had for breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all delicious, as were drinks at the iconic hotel bar. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.

Ambiance: Excellent, surrounded by trees, very secluded and tranquil.
Facilities: Very good. The breakfast was Western-style, but quite ordinary for a 5-star hotel standard.

Absolutely wonderful! I'll definitely go again with relatives and friends. It's a hotel with a rich history and culture. The service and dining were near perfect, and the surrounding area was very quiet, making it a perfect vacation spot.

True to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel. It has that old-money vibe, rich in history. The breakfast was excellent.

It's definitely old-money style. The service is excellent. Aside from the price, it's perfect.

This was my first stay since the hotel was renovated.
It was beautifully renovated and had the same image as the previous building.

However, it was a bit disappointing that the carpet made it difficult to move around the room in a wheelchair.

The view from the room and the breakfast in the restaurant were both delicious.

Thank you very much for your hospitality this time. Although I checked in late, I was very satisfied with breakfast the next day, as well as the hotel cafe and sightseeing. I had a wonderful time at Mampei Hotel, a place I'd always wanted to stay at. The room was, of course, meticulously cleaned, and the staff were all polite and professional, as you'd expect. This is a hotel I'd like to return to every year, and would also like to recommend to my friends.

All the food was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
