This European-style ski hotel is located in the forest. There are few guests in the off-season. The hotel's French food is good, but the decoration is a bit old.

I have stayed at this hotel four times since 2012 and come for winter, both Christmas and Chinese New Year. The hotel is beautiful nestled in the forest. The lobby is cozy with a fireplace for roasting marshmallows, the restaurant picturesqe with surround glass windows to watch the snow fall during dinner, the rooms are spacious, clean and lovely with deep plunge tubs for soaking at the end of the day. But what really makes this hotel is the staff, they are impeccable. I travel the world for work and pleasure and never have I come across a more genuine team. In the morning they lay out your Ski/Snowboard gear with warm boots they prepared over night, they help you get to the ski slopes, driving you or getting you on the right shuttles. At the end of the day they again greet you at the door to welcome you and give you your warmed up shoes to change into. They help with securing dining reservations in town, and assist you with transportation to and from. They are accommodating, helpful, kind and become family for the duration of your stay.

Facilities: The equipment is relatively old, but well maintained;

Hygiene: It's OK, but I have a mysophobia, and some corners are still relatively dark after wiping with alcohol for a while;

Environment: It should be said that it is good, located in the forest. It is a relatively remote location, but the environment is very good. But it is basically impossible to get a taxi or hotel bus outside, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to Bafang Hot Spring.

Service: It should be considered quite good, but I don't know why the hotel car can sometimes pick up and drop off for free. If I have time, I need to take a taxi by myself, and there is no rule. The overall service is good. The breakfast is a bit monotonous, but the combination is relatively healthy. The dinner is a good French meal. Although it is not at the Michelin level, it is worth the price in terms of service and environment.

Staying in this hotel made me feel the warmth of home, with comfortable beds, thoughtful supplies, and meticulous service. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

It’s cool in the Hall with a fireplace because the entrance doors are often opened and the fire is weak or absent
There is a bit of staff shortage - if the fireplace was burning strong and constantly it would be ideal

The staff are the best. Thank you for taking care of us. This is a place I will definitely want to come back to. The food is so tasty as well. Room is near and the shower is hot!

The room looks more stylish, but the bathroom is small and smelly... The design of the suite is also strange. You don't need to take off your shoes in the bedroom, but you have to take them off in the living room... The service is really good, and you can pick up and drop off the ski resort at any time! The restaurant is French, you can eat light meals, and the food is pretty good!

The hotel was built in an older era, so the facilities are not comparable to those of newer hotels. However, the sanitation condition is okay, the service is full marks, and the overall stay experience is still very good.
