This was a lovely place to stay. The staff were excellent, very accommodating and helpful with all our queries. We hadn't included breakfast when we booked but were able to pay for each day that we wanted it without any trouble. We also took the free shuttle back to Hiroshima Station at the end of our stay which was a huge help.

I stayed at the Matsuyama Dome for two days before heading to the Hiroshima Dome. This hotel is close to the Peace Park and seems to be quite old. Unlike the other five Dome hotels I stayed at in Japan, it didn't have separate entrances for the bathroom and bed. The room was a bit small, but it was enough for one person.
The rooftop hot spring is available, but the water isn't very clean and would be better if it were cleaned regularly.

Yes I know it’s a super affordable stay in Hiroshima, but the room isn’t worth it. It is extremely small and the bathroom feels like in a campervan. Forget about seeing anything out the window except a brickwall 1m away from it. There is no sunlight coming in, which is super bad for your circadian rythm! The Service itself doesn’t really clean the room, only give new towels. I didn‘t try the included breakfast as it looked very average, rather eat something from a 7/11. Walking distance to Hiroshima Sights is also pretty far.

The breakfast was delicious and the bath was spacious and comfortable.
The location was good, right next to the Chuden-mae tram station. There is a 7-Eleven nearby.

As usual Dormy quality … nothing to complain about. Even free ride to station.

I enjoyed my breakfast. The conger eel rice was delicious. And the midnight snack of "Yonaki Soba" (crying noodles)

It is close to the Atomic Bomb, Paper Crane Tower and other attractions. The Christmas lights have been lit up and it is extremely lively. After bathing in the hot springs, there are desserts 👍🏻 and breakfast has fresh fried oysters 😋 which is very satisfying. I will continue to support Domei

The service and room was excellent. The hotel staffed helped me with the bus timetable to Tadanoumi and also helped me reserve a seat to Hiroshima on their shuttle bus. This hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed here about 8 months ago and I’m glad I took their advice as the hotel and staff were excellent! 5 stars!

Amazing location and excellent price in the heart of Hiroshima. The onsen is amazing and the hotel also provides noodles between 21:30 to 23:00, ice cream after spa and probiotics. Room is very comfortable and stay super friendly . Excellent place for families and couples or even single travelers .

Location is the key selling point of this hotel! With just a few minutes walks to historic sites, this hotel provides a value for money for solo travellers like me!

I used it for dinner because it was close to the hotel I was staying at. I didn't have a reservation, but I put it in after 18:00! I didn't get tired of watching the okonomiyaki being made in front of me at the counter, and it was all really excellent! My husband and I were thrilled.
In my case, it was good that there was no customer service or noisy atmosphere as in this review! Cooking speed is fine. Cospa is good and 5 stars!
However, it seemed that it was late to serve food to parents and children at the same counter who entered the store later, but since it was full at that time, depending on the timing of your visit (order status at that time), you may have to wait for food! But it's really delicious, so I recommend it.

I gave up severely in terms of time, but when I was looking for an okonomiyaki restaurant that was open after 22:00, it was a hideaway behind the hotel I stayed at! ️
It looked like an izakaya, but when I entered it, it made me feel at home and the pleasant customer service of the employees 😆👍

Really great experience of a traditional dinner from Hiroshima. Cooked right in front of us. Also definitely get the pancake dessert. It’s ginormous. Two glasses of wine, two mains, one coke and pancake cost ~€30.
