Hotel S-Plus Hiroshima Peace Park, Hiroshima1 / 10
7.9
Hiroshima, 3-17, Komachi, Naka-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was okay, but what we really disliked was the blanked not being in a cover, but instead just lying on a sheet. Felt really unclean.
The location is good and the staff is helpful and kind. I'd like to come back again.
Very good location. Close to the Memorial park. Convenient stores are near. Illumination near the hotel was perfect
Very good location and easy to get to. The hotel is very clean and friendly staffs
It was a good experience. Everything looked here at except for the services not equal to the other hotels.Overall a star.
Amazing location and service! The level of cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. I've read reviews of guests complaining about the old style forniture, but we personally loved it. It gives a vintage feeling of the hotel, and since everything was so clean we enjoyed the stay a lot. Unbeatable price.

capsule&spa Grand Sauna Hiroshima - Caters to Men, Hiroshima1 / 13
8.3
Hiroshima, 6-17 Yagenbori (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This sauna is off-limits to women. There are two sleeping areas, and the price remains the same whether it's peak or off-peak season. The sauna has an auto-loyly function, so you can feel refreshed.
If you're here just for the sauna, you'll be very satisfied. The capsules are simple but clean. The large public bath and sauna really helped me relax. Recommended for solo travelers looking for value for money.
Good point: The bath is open 24 hours a day. The front staff is very responsive. Bad points: Air conditioning is noisy.
The location is really good for tourists because this hotel is located in the center of the downtown. You can arrive there soon after getting of the city train. And the charge is much cheaper than normal hotel(=which has beds). Actually it was the first time for me to stay in Kapsel ?hotel. The experience to write some reports in the kapsel became unforgettable. Note: the hotel is for only guys.

Great stay! Very professional and helpful staff. The hostel was extremely clean and well-managed.
Good and friendly staff Excellent location. The hotel staff are very friendly. Good breakfast
I stayed to WeBase Hiroshima for two nights and I couldn't ask for a better hostel to stay at! the beds and bathrooms are very clean and the staff is super nice, the potion is perfect for seeing all of Hiroshima without need to take any bus or else, I'd choose it again if I ever find myself in Hiroshima again.
Really good hostel. The dorms are quite large, but with good privacy, though they might get a bit cold at night.
I stayed here for one night and it was nice. They have a good common area where I got to eat and work. You can also borrow an electric fan if ever your bunk is warm. They also have a coin laundry on the third floor. Showers and toilets were clean
Was a great hostel located in the perfect position to conveniently explore all the main attractions!

Trust Hotel, Hiroshima1 / 18

Hiroshima, 1-14-10 Hikarimachi (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is less than a ten-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, located in a very quiet area. It has a large public bath and an abundant breakfast, all at a very affordable price. It's truly my top choice for a hotel in Hiroshima.
Location is great you almost arriving on the same street by using walking bridge from the station. Onsen is hreat and everything refurbished and appear newish. Breakfast was great with wide selection. Now what i didnt quite like are doors to capsules , it just impossible to not produce sound while opening them and obviously people staying here to get to station early so you are inevitably be woken...
Great hotel. Comfortable beds, big and clean rooms. Breakfast is included and is close to the train station (5 -10 min walking). Recommended
The hotel's location is ideal, as it’s near JR Hiroshima Station, making it easy to connect with other rail lines, and it’s conveniently close to Hiroshima. The Trust Hotels features an artificial hot spring, but it was too small for the number of guests staying here. The hotel's highlights include its breakfast buffet, which offers a variety of both Japanese and Western dishes. All amenities are...
The capsule room has a large space for the bed, but maybe not enough for storage, depending on the bag you bring. AC worked fine and air circulation was decent. Expect the same noise and disturbance from the hallway lights as any capsule hotel, which is not a problem for me. The shared bathrooms were clean and furnished with amenities. The hotel offers towels, slippers and sleepwear, and gives another...
Short distance walk from JR station. The sliding door could be improved as it is too noisy while opening and closing it, thus affecting sleep quality.

HOTEL LiVEMAX Hiroshima Funairimachi Riverside, Hiroshima1 / 27
7.9
Hiroshima, 4-13 Funairimachi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
To get here, take tram line 6 towards Eba and get off at Funairemachi. Then, it's about a 4-5 minute walk along the river. The shower pressure was amazing!
The location isn't super convenient, but it's great value for money. You have to walk about 5 minutes to catch the tram. On the flip side, it's very quiet, and you'll also need to walk around 5 minutes to get to a 7-11 or Lawson.
Room small. Close to some good restaurants and 7/11. Close to the peace museum
The hotel is decent overall and acceptable for a short stay. The room is small, which is expected, but functional and generally clean. One downside is the window, which faces directly the wall/facade of the neighboring building, so there is very little natural light and no real view. The location and services are okay but nothing special. An adequate option if you just need a basic place to sleep,...
Very good location, but room was quite dirty, particularly the sheets. Fine for a couple nights stay.
The setting is wonderful. This riverside hotel is conveniently located near two tram stops, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. It provides a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

Hotel Livemax Premium Hiroshima, Hiroshima1 / 11
8.3
Hiroshima, 1-1-7 Futabanosato (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very clean and tidy, and the hot springs were incredibly comfortable.
Cleanliness is up to scratch per Japanese hotels, but service level lacks initiative. All requests and queries just met with "No" and no follow up. Bed is soft and reminiscent of budget hotels, you can't sleep if your partner tosses and turns. Also need to pay a bath tax of ¥150 per head per day on check in regardless of whether you choose to use..
Best stay in Japan ever. Very comfortable place, near the station. The best thing is onsen on the top floor. We very liked it with all our family
Location will be 10 mins walk from JR station, easy to reached. Room is ok with onsen. All amenities placed at the lobby area which you can take anytime you need. However there no ice machines in the hotel.
The room feels small because it is. Location is good and so is the hotspring. Good enough for a night or two.
Just 5-10 walking mintus from the Hiroshima train station. You get what you pay with an Onsen at the top floor.

The staff were very polite and the room looked renovated and was even nicer than the photos. I was on a business trip, and the desk was spacious and the chair was comfortable, so I was able to concentrate on my computer work.
Although the room is small, it is very clean and the service is good!
I forgot to enter my child's name, but I was a bit surprised to hear that a fee still applies even if the child sleeps in the same bed as me. I'd never been charged for sharing the bed before, so it was my fault for entering the information, but I was still a bit shocked. The hotel was clean. There were plenty of amenities, and the shower in the room was plenty powerful. However, there are stairs at...
A decent small hotel, seems to be a mom-and-pop shop. No, it's not far from Hiroshima Station, so the transfer is quite convenient. It is not suitable for Chinese people. You have to change your shoes when entering the hotel and have breakfast in the foyer. The size of the room is equivalent to the bathroom at home in China, so it is very crowded. The landlady has a good attitude, but the boss's attitude...
Unless you're looking for the executive feel of a luxury hotel, the cost performance and location near the station are quite attractive. The friendly breakfast provided also made me want to stay again. I also want to support the owner's dedicated work.
It feels like a small private hotel. The boss is very enthusiastic. He changed the room to a larger one because of the size of the suitcase. The decoration in the store is also cute. The biggest advantage is that the room is very spacious. It is quite good for a hotel with such a large room at this price in Japan. Rarely, it is close to Hiroshima Station and has convenient transportation. The more...

My experience this time was really bad. The location is good though, quite close to the pedestrian street and not far from the Hiroshima Bus Center. When checking in, the lady at the front desk warned me to lock my door securely at night and beware of thieves. Around 12 AM, I heard someone outside trying to open my door, right after I woke up from hearing the guy next door coughing constantly. I pretended...
The hotel had all that I would need for a short trip as basics are provided. Shopping area was just 3-5 minutes walk away and just a few mins away from the Peach Memorial Park in the other direction. For the price, the location is perfect and I couldn't ask for more. The free coffee was a nice touch.
All Good. Roms Are Little Small. Good to viert the turistic Spots
The Santiago Hotel presents itself as the premier option for budget-conscious travelers and sightseers whose main priority is location and convenience in Hiroshima. Situated right in the city center, the hotel offers outstanding value, allowing guests to stay in a clean, private space without the high cost typically associated with such a central location. The primary strength of the Santiago Hotel...
Shower very weak. Very sad and upset about this I need a strong shower to feel clean and refreshed this hotel shower was too weak I won’t come back.
Everything was great, we've had a wonderful stay, the hotel is pretty close to all the main landmarks in town :)

The facilities are old, but it's fine if you're just staying overnight. There are restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding dinner.
Other people's reviews were very helpful. The price was very low, which was helpful. The only thing I personally wish I had brought was disposable slippers. I'm glad I brought a cup. There was a refrigerator, although not all rooms have them. This was very helpful. Also, there was some work being done on the room. Perhaps things will improve from now on.
The facilities are commensurate with the price. If you're used to budget hotels, you'll probably be able to manage. The location is good, as it's close to the station. It's just 4 stops and 10 minutes by train to Hiroshima, and there are frequent trains, so I think it's a good, affordable hotel for people who have business in Hiroshima. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the nearest train station. The staff was very friendly, and the small onsen facility was adequate.
Excellent service, very clean hotel, and very clean bathroom! Located just two blocks from the train station.
It's conveniently located near the station. The front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean. Thank you.
The pillows and futon were a little small, but it was very quiet and nice.
The toilet light has to flash for a while before it becomes normal. Is this price calculated?
The facilities are average for the price. However, the building itself is poorly soundproofed, and traffic noise and people's voices outside disturb your sleep.

Hiroshima, 5-11 Dobashi-cho,Naka-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Well located, close to the Peace Park & street car line. The property has conventional & traditional rooms. It also appears to cater groups, lots of school group listings in the lobby from Australia & NZ. I stayed in a ryokan room, which was spacious with a shower over bather & toilet. The futon base could have been a little thicker for these old bones, but it was OK. The laundry facilities were welcomed...
Clean and comfortable, helpful staff
Basic hotel (not really Ryokan), close to a tram station and close to the Genbaku Dome, kinda expensive maybe because the convenience of it's location, the room has a nice tatami and a small tv, it could be bigger compared to the room size and cost, hotel had a sento bath available with limited hours so I didn't had the chance to use it
All sightseeing was within walking distance
Great hospitality, pungent smell in the room The staff was exceptional. They graciously made follow-up phone calls relating to a lost mobile phone and assisted us in locating it. Great location. Adequate accommodations. The major negative was the pungent smell in the room. It smelt like cooked cauliflower, which we mitigated by opening the windows and using air freshener.
Hotel with Japanese style room, a first time for me, it's a must. The neighborhood is quite lively. I recommend

Great hotel, well located, helpful staff
I've stayed here a few times. It's nice to be able to book ahead through the app. The rooms are nice and clean. It's a bit of a trek from Hiroshima station, and it can be hard to find an open izakaya after 10pm, but there are lots of good okonomiyaki shops around the area. They used to have VOD in the rooms but not anymore. It's a nice place. The staff are great.
comfortable place and cheap price

Convient location, right near Hiroshima station. Lovely to walk around aswell with near by convenience stores and local food options. The room I stayed in was decently sized and very clean. Staff was friendly and there is a lovely communal area on the...
Excellent budget hotel in Hiroshima, and it's walking distance from Hiroshima Station. The only thing I wasn't a fan of are the shared toilets and bathrooms. So, if you're going to stay here, note that there are no private bathrooms inside rooms. The good news is, they provide toiletries and you can refill your water in the reception area. There's also a coin laundry so we were able to wash our clothes...
Although it took a little time to check in the first time, it was easily accessible from the station and very convenient. Considering the price, it was reasonable that the toilets were shared. However, there was only a shower, so I went to take a bath in Ondo Onsen. If you don't mind, a shower should be fine.
The location was good and the room was spacious.

It is an old Japanese-style accommodation, but I was satisfied with the reasonable price and good service. I recommend it if you are curious about the atmosphere of an old Japanese home.
Very nice and convenient place to stay if you are a tourist!! All the big attractions are right nearby, the rooms are comfortable and clean. I had a nice stay here. Highly recommend.
Small, old but charming place. Nice accommodating staff. Small bathrooms/shower but surprisingly clean. Very nice hot water with good water pressure. Three people comfortable in two rooms. Enjoyed our stay. Very good price in a good location with good food and the park in walking distance.
The room was clean and the futons were very comfortable. After soaking in the onsen we were so relaxed. The breakfast was very good too. The side street was quiet with a great noodle shop close by. Very close to the Peace museum.
Very nice Ryokan. Room was very spacious and had all the amenities required - fresh towels, toiletries, TV and tea set. Plenty of clean shared toilet facilities. Friendly staff. Excellent location for center of Hiroshima. Easy street-car/tram access. 5 minute walk to the Peace/Memorial park. Lots of good restaurants on the same street/block. Highly recommended.

The staff were really friendly and I had a comfortable stay. I didn't have any particular issues! Shampoo and conditioner are provided, so if you're concerned about your hair type, you might want to bring your own. I don't mind, so I used the toothbrush and other amenities.
The room smelt heavily like cigarette-smoke. Although there was a sign in the room which forbid smoking. For 3 nights it was manageable tho because of the window. The toilet-room was pretty small so you hadn't really space there. All in all i would recommend this place for only a few nights. The price was okay.
It is a simple hotel with a police box across the street and Seven-Eleven next door, where the FamilyMart staff feels good.
It was a campaign to stay for the first time for 1 yen.
I used it on a business trip. The company used the 1 yen plan. I really stayed for 1 yen. surprised. The rooms are more like a love hotel than a business hotel. The room is small, but it's as cheap as 1 yen, so I'm convinced. It was helpful.
Personally, I think that there is no problem if I only sleep by myself. It is small and small. I think cospa is not bad if it is simply staying. However, I wonder if there are women who are not good at adult playgrounds.

Hiroshima Capsule Hotel & Sauna New Japan EX - Caters to Men, Hiroshima1 / 23High rating
9.6
Hiroshima, 8-8, Yagenbori, Naka-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The capsule rooms are a little uncomfortable as most capsules do. But the public bath and all the relaxation areas were excellent. Staff is very friendly and it is definitely worth the price.
First time in a capsule hostal, and this was SO amazing. Was to be in a gentleman club. Bathroom and sauna was amazing, a Lot of space, and amenities. Hoster we're very helpfully because check-in software is just in Japanese, but they helped me with everything. Definilty i Will go again. Also was very close to transport and adult service ;)
Very clean and comfortable bath with many pools and different facilities.
Incredible sauna facilities. One of the best I’ve experienced. Definitely recommend for sauna if you’re travelling to Hiroshima and need to recharge your batteries
Auto leil is powerful. Variations on the three saunas are also good. Although it is a compact space, it has all the necessary elements for a trendy sauna. It would have been better if there was a type of chair with a fallen back.
Cheap. Friendly staff. Nice onseen. Good location.

Was quite basic but alright. The smoking room being next to the main sleep section wasn’t great. Also the whole floor was very hot and with a thick fur blanket (comfy as it was) made everything a lot hotter. But that’s me being picky, £30 for 2 nights was good enough value. Just average
Good location, kept clean regularly and reception uses English very well. Even got a nice new years gift upon check in.
If only the single room had a separate door lock, so that you don't need to lock the cabinet every time you go out.
The capsule pod / private room design is very good. You get the price of a hostel, but privacy of a normal hotel room. Good location, walkable to both train station and Atomic bomb dome.
This is the place that made me appreciate capsule hotels. Spotlessly clean, with a check-in that’s a little strict but very efficient. Facilities are well designed and guests are very respectful. I was also able to store my bike, packed in its rinko bag, without any issues. A capsule experience I can recommend.
Washing machine available, everything you would expect from a budget friendly capsule hotel, good location, only some of the mattresses in the rooms which were not updated yet would use an exchange since especially towards the middle they aren’t so thick (compared to the sides).

Hiroshima, Kawaramachi 10-20, Naka-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. Excellent staff, location, and rooms. The luggage area is separate from the capsules, which helps avoid the constant opening and closing of suitcases, a very annoying thing that often happens in hostels. If I return to Hiroshima, I will definitely stay here again. Highly, highly recommended!
I stayed at Sejour Inn Capsule and had an excellent experience. This is a top-quality capsule hotel: everything is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stylish place to stay. Highly recommended!
We stayed for one night in one of the private rooms. The private room is apart from the main room and separated by a fabric shutter. It contains two pods, two lockers, a desk, a kettle and a tea set. Pros: The shower was very clean. The amenities provided are great. No issue with noise within the ‘quiet’ area. Multiple shared spaces which are well maintained and well decorated. Very close to a tram...
Hostel Sejour Inn in Hiroshima offers a peaceful stay, benefiting from the quieter atmosphere of a less touristy city. Fantastic staff and value for money. Very comfortable pods with good clean facilities, as well as lounge areas for relaxing/ working. Three separate toilets and shower rooms on each floor.
