Receptionist just keep looking without any response but i know their eye was following, and i heard them reporting of what i was doing, felt a bit uncomfortable Until i was failed in doing check in finally they came in to help, other than that hotel was good overall

I stayed here on a business trip. I thought it would be far from the station, but when I walked there I found it to be surprisingly close. The room was also clean. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is just across the Hiroshima station. So you can easily access to anywhere by tram, metro or train. The room was very clean and they provided all the supplies such as toothbrush, paste, etc everyday

The people at the reservation desk were very helpful when doing check-in through the machines. If I planned another trip to Hiroshima, I would definitely stay at this hotel

For dinner, I chose to take out a steak bento from the hotel café and enjoyed it slowly back in the room, which was a perfect way to end the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay

The hotel’s public bath was great, please note that you have to pay an extra, but that extra is only 500¥ if you join the « loyalty program », which we did

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc)

Looks like an old 80s hotel that got stuck in time. It's huge but hey at least it has view to the castle.

Staying here was mainly due to its excellent location. It's right outside the Shinkansen station, which was perfect for my last leg of the trip. I spent a day shopping before heading back

It’s connected to the main station and Level 2’s exit gets you to the Shinkansen. It is a wonderful hotel with all required amenities and a great bed to sleep on. If you have back issues, this is the place!

very good easy to access fr hiroshima station. if u bought the have fun in hiroshima1 week pass, u can redeem the cake+tea set here at the hotel lobby from 10am-5pm. amenities available at lobby counter area

It made getting around the city and accessing transportation very easy and efficient. In summary, a comfortable and practical option, especially for short stays and travelers prioritizing location

Wait, one more weird thing: we put up the "do not disturb" sign, as we didn't need our room tidied, and rather than most places that will leave a note under the door saying something about getting additional room supplies from the desk if needed, these people literally hung a bag on our doorknob full of every item in our room we might have used and might need a replacement for (towels, toothbrush,...

The room facilities were decent, and the service was very welcoming. Breakfast is served on the 25th floor and offers a fantastic view. They also have daily activities, but I didn't get around to joining any

It was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Room was very clean I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and amazing view in the lounge. I will stay here again next time

Staff is very helpful from checkin. Check in is processed on machine with staff assistance. Room is big in Japanese standard. Very clean , it comes with fridge and good amenities

The onsen was good, breakfast also, even though no food items were labelled in English, which is a no go in a tourist city like Hiroshima. Moved to another hotel the next day, much bigger room and cheaper

Stayed at this chain in Fukuoka four times and have never been disappointed, my first stay at their Hiroshima location and I'm happy to say I found it also to be very good

The location is nice, close to Peace Memorial Park and a shopping arcade. And there are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Although the room is a bit small, it has all the necessary amenities and is clean and tidy. The hotel breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of delicious options, including local Hiroshima specialties

Getting to the hotel from Hiroshima Station was a breeze! Just hop on a bus for 240 yen, get off at Shira jinja-mae, and it's a five-minute walk from there. The location itself is incredibly practical

There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and it's also very convenient for dining and business meals. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming

Great location if staying in Hiroshima

Two things I was dissatisfied with: After staying two nights, they didn't clean the room, only changed the towels and bath towels, and required me to put my green card on the door—meaning I had two cards

Overall it is a very good hotel! Unless there is no space for hanging towel!

When you're tired from traveling, you usually don't pay attention to details, but not changing the towels was really inconsiderate. Other hotels only put up cards after room cleaning

Hotel was within walking distance to main shoppping area, close to peace park and very comfortable and quiet. I caught taxi to hotel from Shinkansen which is not expensive and you don’t have to carry your luggage around

I was very grateful they were able to switch me to a non-smoking room. While it meant giving up a bathtub, the shower room with a built-in seat was actually much more comfortable and convenient.

Located very close to Heiwa-odori which has some events. Very convenient to enjoy the city event and night life. Very freindly and welcoming staffs with great service. It’s Japanese hotel so cleanness is surely excellent

Very convient for traveling around Horishima. Located right next to the railway station. You can watch the trains from your window. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants in and near the station

Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases

We used the Ta-Q-Bin (luggage forwarding) service to send our bags to our next stop in Nagoya, and the staff handled it perfectly

Inexpensive, clean, good location. Rooms were smaller, AC setting were only low/med/high. Only down side was the mattress was very firm and the pillows(1 per bed) barely thicker than a folded towel

Not sure what folk are going spending for £20/night, which I paid last minute for a twin room. Comfortable bed, private bathroom, amenities and wardrobe provided. Deserves a much higher rating

Just remember to ground yourself before clicking buttons in lift/do it through clothing to avoid an electric shock (lol)

It was probably an old building, but it was renovated, and it feels like a long time ago. The air conditioning in the rooms is inconvenient; there are only three settings, and you don't know what the temperature is

It's very clean, the beds are comfy and the bathroom has everything you need. You get a toothbrush with a mini toothpaste and a pijama. Be aware that there is only one plug available in the room and one in the bathroom

Even on the lowest setting, the air conditioning was so cold that the room was freezing. The bathroom leaves much to be desired; everything is shabby, the toilet doesn't flush well, and there's no exhaust fan at all

The bed in the hotel was bigger than I expected. Although the room was small, the facilities were quite complete. The only thing I felt was that it was a bit damp at night. The location was quite convenient.

Even with language differences, they were welcoming and always tried their best to assist guests professionally. The hotel atmosphere felt calm and relaxing, and overall, it provided good value for the stay

Had a really pleasant stay at Urbain Hiroshima Central during my trip in Hiroshima. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping areas, and public transport

Amazing location and excellent price in the heart of Hiroshima. The onsen is amazing and the hotel also provides noodles between 21:30 to 23:00, ice cream after spa and probiotics

I stayed at the Matsuyama Dome for two days before heading to the Hiroshima Dome. This hotel is close to the Peace Park and seems to be quite old

Unlike the other five Dome hotels I stayed at in Japan, it didn't have separate entrances for the bathroom and bed. The room was a bit small, but it was enough for one person

The breakfast was delicious and the bath was spacious and comfortable. The location was good, right next to the Chuden-mae tram station. There is a 7-Eleven nearby.

The service and room was excellent. The hotel staffed helped me with the bus timetable to Tadanoumi and also helped me reserve a seat to Hiroshima on their shuttle bus

It's a bit of a walk from the hotel, but the price and breakfast are satisfactory.

When I asked about the location of public transportation, he was able to tell me the location without making a disgusted face. Also, you can drink freely, and the popsicles on a hot summer day were delicious

I took a plan that included breakfast, and it was delicious and had a lot of variety. The loungewear was pajama style, so I was comfortable and didn't have to worry about it getting exposed.

After check out, they were so kind to keep my bags even though I had to leave Hiroshima late at night. 🔹Convenience store is close to the hotel. Cons: 🔹Room wasn’t as big as I expected. 🔹Room didn’t have soundproof walls

Pros: 🔹Free coffee and bottled water in the lobby. They kept my suitcases for me since I arrived too early before check in time

I was playing music (normal volume) at night. After several minutes, I received a request from hotel not to be noisy because they received noise complaint from the neighbors

(This time 4000 yen / person, all-you-can-drink) It is the Sunplaza Hall that we would like to make a reservation every time because it is easy to use various memorial services and group correspondence, the size of the meeting lobby, and the group photo on the main stairs

I accidentally booked a smoking room which I didn't notice but they gave us a non smoking one. Room was large, by Japan standard, bathroom was small but very clean and updated. Kanebo shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

After getting off at Shin-Iguchi Station, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the overpass to the hotel. The room is small and a little old, but clean and tidy, enough for one person

The staff were very polite and secured a parking space for me even though I checked in at night. The breakfast was also of high quality, so it was a very satisfying experience.

The capsule rooms are a little uncomfortable as most capsules do. But the public bath and all the relaxation areas were excellent. Staff is very friendly and it is definitely worth the price.

Hoster we're very helpfully because check-in software is just in Japanese, but they helped me with everything. Also was very close to transport and adult service ;)

Incredible sauna facilities. One of the best I’ve experienced. Definitely recommend for sauna if you’re travelling to Hiroshima and need to recharge your batteries

First time in a capsule hostal, and this was SO amazing. Was to be in a gentleman club. Bathroom and sauna was amazing, a Lot of space, and amenities
