Receptionist just keep looking without any response but i know their eye was following, and i heard them reporting of what i was doing, felt a bit uncomfortable Until i was failed in doing check in finally they came in to help, other than that hotel was good overall

Location was good, not overly loud location, but there did not seem to be effective elevators nor laundry services for the size of this hotel

The hotel is just across the Hiroshima station. So you can easily access to anywhere by tram, metro or train. The room was very clean and they provided all the supplies such as toothbrush, paste, etc everyday

I stayed here on a business trip. I thought it would be far from the station, but when I walked there I found it to be surprisingly close. The room was also clean. I would like to stay here again.

This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea

The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣

It’s connected to the main station and Level 2’s exit gets you to the Shinkansen. It is a wonderful hotel with all required amenities and a great bed to sleep on. If you have back issues, this is the place!

We had a nice one-night stay. The room had noticeable dust so could be cleaner, but other than that it was a good experience. All the necessary amenities provided, there also is a guest lounge with snacks.

Staff is very helpful from checkin. Check in is processed on machine with staff assistance. Room is big in Japanese standard. Very clean , it comes with fridge and good amenities

The location is nice, close to Peace Memorial Park and a shopping arcade. And there are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The breakfast was excellent! They had fried oysters, grilled oysters, and Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki – so much food that you wouldn't feel hungry for most of the day

We didn't use the onsen - but thought it was a good amenity to have on site. The room items (toiletries) were kept at the front desk, which helped limit the amount taken by certain guests overtaking products

The room was excellent, clean and bright, with a strong water flow in the bathroom; the bathtub filled up quickly. Two chairs by the window were very comfortable for enjoying coffee and the street view in the morning

Hotel was within walking distance to main shoppping area, close to peace park and very comfortable and quiet. I caught taxi to hotel from Shinkansen which is not expensive and you don’t have to carry your luggage around

I was very grateful they were able to switch me to a non-smoking room. While it meant giving up a bathtub, the shower room with a built-in seat was actually much more comfortable and convenient.

Very convient for traveling around Horishima. Located right next to the railway station. You can watch the trains from your window. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants in and near the station

The hotel is so close with the tram (so called streetcar in Hiroshima). So if u’re tired of walking u can take the tram anywhere. But for the cleanliness, it’s clean but i found out hair in the bathtub, that’s fine

You can have a sofa in the lounge and read some books with coffee and relax!! Any guest can drink!! The guest room was great! Clean and comfortable!! The bathtub and toilet separated!! Good! You can sleep on the fluffy bed so you will get a good sleep! I highly recommend you to stay here if you come to Hiroshima!! Enjoy!!

Among the best 3 stars hotel I stayed in Japan so far. The front counter service staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. Location is quite central and a close walk to Atomic Bomb  Dome, Peace Garden and museum

The location is excellent and the hotel is right at the centre so it's only a few walks to Hiroshima castle, the peace park and the shopping street.

Also, very convenient to get to Hotel and back to Hiroshima Station via street car 1, 2 & 6. The best highlight is the shower room, almost perfect

The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. Right outside is the Fukuya department store shopping street, and it's less than a ten-minute taxi ride back from Hiroshima Station
