Nice and clean. Transit and shopping mall are close by. But the room had no closet to hang up the clothes.

Location was good, not overly loud location, but there did not seem to be effective elevators nor laundry services for the size of this hotel. There are only 7 washer/dryer combo units for a building with 14 floors! The walls are also thin and you can hear every knock from your neighbors. I don't think our room was vacuumed before we checked in.

The hotel is just across the Hiroshima station. So you can easily access to anywhere by tram, metro or train. The room was very clean and they provided all the supplies such as toothbrush, paste, etc everyday. The people at the reservation desk were very helpful when doing check-in through the machines. If I planned another trip to Hiroshima, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Stayed at this chain in Fukuoka four times and have never been disappointed, my first stay at their Hiroshima location and I'm happy to say I found it also to be very good. It will certainly be on my list again next time.

The location is nice, close to Peace Memorial Park and a shopping arcade. And there are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Location Wa perfect for food and attractions. But the hotel should reconsider their restrictions on access to free coffee, tea and water. It should be available to guests throughout the day and not just between 2pm and 9pm. Umbrellas should also be provided to guests as a goodwill gesture and not as a rental considering the cost of staying in the hotel per night isn’t that cheap.

Lovely stay in Hiroshima. It’s only a few stops away from the main train station and offers breakfast for free in the main floor (7-10am) which was very convenient. The rooms felt spacious after tokyo and the beds were confortable. Recommendable if you are staying more than one night or plan on having a late night around nakaregawa dori.

First time staying in Toyoko Inn. It’s a cozy hotel that feels like home. The location isn’t ideal for sightseeing in Hiroshima. It's near the station, but going back and forth gets tiring and the streetcars are very slow. For business stays though, it’s great. There’s a large 24/7 Lawson next door with food and anything you might need.

Among the best 3 stars hotel I stayed in Japan so far. The front counter service staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. Location is quite central and a close walk to Atomic Bomb  Dome, Peace Garden and museum. Also, very convenient to get to Hotel and back to Hiroshima Station via street car 1, 2 & 6. The best highlight is the shower room, almost perfect.

The location is great for visiting Heiwa Kōen (Peace Park) and for sightseeing around the city, and the price is also very reasonable. I noticed that many of the guests were from overseas. While there's a public bath, it was smaller than I expected. Also, it would be nice if the welcome drink service started a bit earlier.

Toyoko Inns are a safe place to stay. Also, no matter where you go, breakfast always has something local, so I was looking forward to it, but there was a huge line from the morning so I ended up giving up. It's a shame because I woke up early in anticipation. The location is great!

The location was also good, with plenty of restaurants. However, there are many bars and entertainment venues in the alleys, so I wouldn't recommend bringing children.

We’ve stayed in a few Toyoko Inns now and they are easily my favourite chain to stay in in Japan. They are super clean rooms for an affordable price and they provide you with pyjamas which is a lovely touch. We paid for the parking which was very reasonably priced aswell. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This was my first time staying here. Smoking was allowed in the room, but I informed them in advance that I didn't smoke, and they properly deodorized the room. The location is close to Hiroshima Station, and there are many restaurants, so it's not a problem. There are two elevators, so I didn't have to wait long for the elevators to get in. Not sure what folk are going spending for £20/night, which I paid last minute for a twin room. Comfortable bed, private bathroom, amenities and wardrobe provided. Deserves a much higher rating. Just remember to ground yourself before clicking buttons in lift/do it through clothing to avoid an electric shock (lol).

We stayed in Hiroshima for only one night. The hotel has an excellent location, as it is very close to the station. So we arrived, left our bags, and went to visit the city. We left early, so we didn't have breakfast. The rooms are good and comfortable.

The hotel room was good the only concern i have is this japanese girl staff at the front desk i think she's pregnant. I don't know if she is tired or what but i think she doesn't want her job not accommodating and her face frowns a lot. This was a lovely place to stay. The staff were excellent, very accommodating and helpful with all our queries. We hadn't included breakfast when we booked but were able to pay for each day that we wanted it without any trouble. We also took the free shuttle back to Hiroshima Station at the end of our stay which was a huge help.

It is close to the Atomic Bomb, Paper Crane Tower and other attractions. The Christmas lights have been lit up and it is extremely lively. After bathing in the hot springs, there are desserts 👍🏻 and breakfast has fresh fried oysters 😋 which is very satisfying. I will continue to support Domei
