It’s connected to the main station and Level 2’s exit gets you to the Shinkansen. It is a wonderful hotel with all required amenities and a great bed to sleep on. If you have back issues, this is the place!

The size of the room offered is different from the information provided in your website and it is far below from expectations. After many rounds of complain, the hotel offered another room on the third night. Very disappointed with the hotel.

I had a great stay at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima. The location is excellent, directly connected to Hiroshima Station, which made traveling extremely convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Great location. This was a room connected to the King room that we also booked. Would have been spacious if there wasn't an extra bed that we requested for a third guest. If staying for three people, a Deluxe King room would be more spacious. I would book this again if I return to hiroshima!

Perfect location. Very convient for traveling around Horishima. Located right next to the railway station. You can watch the trains from your window. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants in and near the station. The service was fast and personable. Perfect combination to make the guests feel welcomed. The rooms are spotless. Stayed here during a mid-February trip and the location is its greatest strength. Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. The transportation is incredibly convenient, with the airport shuttle right downstairs. High-speed rail, subway, and tram stops are all just a 3-5 minute walk away. Shopping and dining at the mall are also very easy. The mall even has a Pokémon Center and a 24-hour supermarket on the second floor. The room facilities are quite new, and the check-in and check-out process at the lobby was excellent.

Overall, this is a good hotel. Rooms and hard products in general are dated but they’re kept clean. Service is good. The location isn’t very convenient besides the Miyajima ferry service departing from the hotel but most rooms come with a view. Their public path isn’t free (free for me as a platinum member) and isn’t big enough. I tried a couple of restaurants on site and they were good as well.

The hotel’s public bath was great, please note that you have to pay an extra, but that extra is only 500¥ if you join the « loyalty program », which we did. Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Room was very clean I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and amazing view in the lounge. I will stay here again next time.

We had a nice one-night stay. The room had noticeable dust so could be cleaner, but other than that it was a good experience. All the necessary amenities provided, there also is a guest lounge with snacks.

Staff is very helpful from checkin. Check in is processed on machine with staff assistance. Room is big in Japanese standard. Very clean , it comes with fridge and good amenities. Location quite central and easy to get around. Highly recommend!

Great hotel with a good location and also very affordable

After all, it's a high-end IHG hotel, so the facilities are very complete. Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and it's also very convenient for dining and business meals. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. If I travel to Changdao again for business, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

I choose this hotel for 2 reasons. One is its nice breakfast. In particular, the smoothie is the best of the best. You have to try it. The other is , they are close to the station.

The hotel location is very convenient, 3 mins walk to Hiroshima train & tram station, include restaurant & shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly & the room is clean, I love their quality coffee, one of the best I had in Japanese hotels. Just for details, their towel fabric is high quality, soft & high absorbing in water. I stayed in Nagoya last year & this is my 2nd stay in Hiroshima Daiwa Roynet

This is a very modern hotel. The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Shukkei-en Garden is just over ten minutes away, Hiroshima Castle fifteen minutes. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. Right outside is the Fukuya department store shopping street, and it's less than a ten-minute taxi...

Had basically zero complaints, room was clean and didn’t feel dated. Seemed good value for cost. Showers a bit awkward for people who are tall (6’3+) as I accidentally hit my head on the roof once but it was was not really an issue.

Firstly the hotel did not give us a room on the floor indicated. Supposed to be 8-16 we were given 7, when we asked about it the counter person just kept saying sorry, full. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima's busiest pedestrian street, making shopping and dining very convenient. Although the breakfast restaurant isn't particularly spacious, the variety of dishes is excellent and they taste delicious. This hotel offers great value for money.

We were so happy with our choice with GRAND BASE. Room to move and put luggage, spotless, secure, easy to check in and so very close to all the historical areas we wanted to explore. Easy walk to many restaurants and the ferry boat to Miyajima. We would strongly recommend this apart/hotel.

It was a small hotel near the Peace Memorial Park, making it easy to walk to the park and the museum without a lot of crowds. The rooms were nice and big, giving us lots of space to relax.

Family Trip We only stay for 2 nights. Location was great, close the Peace Memorial Park area and train line. It just took a bit longer to do the self check in. Otherwise was a great experience.
