Receptionist just keep looking without any response but i know their eye was following, and i heard them reporting of what i was doing, felt a bit uncomfortable Until i was failed in doing check in finally they came in to help, other than that hotel was good overall

Nice and clean. Transit and shopping mall are close by. But the room had no closet to hang up the clothes.

Location was good, not overly loud location, but there did not seem to be effective elevators nor laundry services for the size of this hotel. There are only 7 washer/dryer combo units for a building with 14 floors! The walls are also thin and you can hear every knock from your neighbors. I don't think our room was vacuumed before we checked in.

The hotel is just across the Hiroshima station. So you can easily access to anywhere by tram, metro or train. The room was very clean and they provided all the supplies such as toothbrush, paste, etc everyday. The people at the reservation desk were very helpful when doing check-in through the machines. If I planned another trip to Hiroshima, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Overall, this is a good hotel. Rooms and hard products in general are dated but they’re kept clean. Service is good. The location isn’t very convenient besides the Miyajima ferry service departing from the hotel but most rooms come with a view. Their public path isn’t free (free for me as a platinum member) and isn’t big enough. I tried a couple of restaurants on site and they were good as well.

Great hotel with a good location and also very affordable

After all, it's a high-end IHG hotel, so the facilities are very complete. Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and it's also very convenient for dining and business meals. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. If I travel to Changdao again for business, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. This is a very modern hotel. The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Had basically zero complaints, room was clean and didn’t feel dated. Seemed good value for cost. Showers a bit awkward for people who are tall (6’3+) as I accidentally hit my head on the roof once but it was was not really an issue.

It is close to the Atomic Bomb, Paper Crane Tower and other attractions. The Christmas lights have been lit up and it is extremely lively. After bathing in the hot springs, there are desserts 👍🏻 and breakfast has fresh fried oysters 😋 which is very satisfying. I will continue to support Domei

The service and room was excellent. The hotel staffed helped me with the bus timetable to Tadanoumi and also helped me reserve a seat to Hiroshima on their shuttle bus. This hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed here about 8 months ago and I’m glad I took their advice as the hotel and staff were excellent! 5 stars!

The hotel is located a bit further from the city center than what I imagined. Overall the stay was great, the room is spacious, a bit old… The breakfast was very busy (had to wait 5 min before going in), the breakfast buffet has therefore a large variety of choices. No hot chocolate though… Staff is great ! There is even complimentary drinks and cookies available. I would recommend for 1 night only

this is us most expensive hotel in my 8 days trip, this is possibly the most modern and tall hotel but the room is so small and no water kettle, the night view is nice and my son keep watching it

Having no idea why there are so many 5-star reviews. The location is good but that’s it. The room gives cheap and not-really-clean vibes. My skin was itchy after one night on these sheets. The transportation is incredibly convenient, with the airport shuttle right downstairs. High-speed rail, subway, and tram stops are all just a 3-5 minute walk away. Shopping and dining at the mall are also very easy. The mall even has a Pokémon Center and a 24-hour supermarket on the second floor. The room facilities are quite new, and the check-in and check-out process at the lobby was excellent.

This property far exceeded my expections. I give much credit to the exceptional service provided by the Front desk team and housekeeping. This sauna is off-limits to women. There are two sleeping areas, and the price remains the same whether it's peak or off-peak season. The sauna has an auto-loyly function, so you can feel refreshed.

If you're here just for the sauna, you'll be very satisfied. The capsules are simple but clean. The large public bath and sauna really helped me relax. Recommended for solo travelers looking for value for money.

The location is really good for tourists because this hotel is located in the center of the downtown. You can arrive there soon after getting of the city train.
