Receptionist just keep looking without any response but i know their eye was following, and i heard them reporting of what i was doing, felt a bit uncomfortable Until i was failed in doing check in finally they came in to help, other than that hotel was good overall

I stayed here on a business trip. I thought it would be far from the station, but when I walked there I found it to be surprisingly close. The room was also clean. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is just across the Hiroshima station. So you can easily access to anywhere by tram, metro or train. The room was very clean and they provided all the supplies such as toothbrush, paste, etc everyday

The people at the reservation desk were very helpful when doing check-in through the machines. If I planned another trip to Hiroshima, I would definitely stay at this hotel

For dinner, I chose to take out a steak bento from the hotel café and enjoyed it slowly back in the room, which was a perfect way to end the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay

The hotel’s public bath was great, please note that you have to pay an extra, but that extra is only 500¥ if you join the « loyalty program », which we did

There are plenty of convenient options for dining and shopping nearby. While the room isn't huge, it has everything you need, and the Wi-Fi is fast. Plus, there's a public bath on the second floor, which is a nice bonus

The onsen was good, breakfast also, even though no food items were labelled in English, which is a no go in a tourist city like Hiroshima. Moved to another hotel the next day, much bigger room and cheaper

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a 10-minute walk to the bus center, Hondori shopping street, and Peace Memorial Park. There are also many convenience stores nearby, and it's quiet at night

The hotel's location is great; just around the corner is the 袋町 (Fukuro-machi) tram stop. It's a 5-minute walk to Hon-dori Street and only 10 minutes to the Atomic Bomb Dome

Room was small but very clean. Everything workered. Onsen bath was also nice. Location is perfect. I would say suitable for solo travelers who want to stay 1-2 nights.

It’s only a few stops away from the main train station and offers breakfast for free in the main floor (7-10am) which was very convenient. The rooms felt spacious after tokyo and the beds were confortable

Perfect location. Within walking distance of the A-bomb dome and the busy shopping/restaurant area. Also just a few tram stops from Hiroshima station. Great value for money.

It provides light breakfast with hot coffee/tea and packs of self-baked bread, which you may eat inside the room or in the hall. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent service, especially the staff offers help when my daughter feels sick during the trip. The room is not big, but well-equipped and clean

It's also just 1 minute away from the tram station to Hiroshima Station, which is 10 minutes away by tram or 30 minutes on foot

Staying here was mainly due to its excellent location. It's right outside the Shinkansen station, which was perfect for my last leg of the trip. I spent a day shopping before heading back

It’s connected to the main station and Level 2’s exit gets you to the Shinkansen. It is a wonderful hotel with all required amenities and a great bed to sleep on. If you have back issues, this is the place!

very good easy to access fr hiroshima station. if u bought the have fun in hiroshima1 week pass, u can redeem the cake+tea set here at the hotel lobby from 10am-5pm. amenities available at lobby counter area

It made getting around the city and accessing transportation very easy and efficient. In summary, a comfortable and practical option, especially for short stays and travelers prioritizing location

Hotel was within walking distance to main shoppping area, close to peace park and very comfortable and quiet. I caught taxi to hotel from Shinkansen which is not expensive and you don’t have to carry your luggage around

It's inconvenient to have to pay extra for parking when you don't want to drive and prefer public transportation in the city

Conveniently located with a Lawson nearby and plenty of restaurants around, making it easy to find food.

Two things I was dissatisfied with: After staying two nights, they didn't clean the room, only changed the towels and bath towels, and required me to put my green card on the door—meaning I had two cards

When you're tired from traveling, you usually don't pay attention to details, but not changing the towels was really inconsiderate. Other hotels only put up cards after room cleaning

The room facilities were decent, and the service was very welcoming. Breakfast is served on the 25th floor and offers a fantastic view. They also have daily activities, but I didn't get around to joining any

It was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Room was very clean I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and amazing view in the lounge. I will stay here again next time

Staff is very helpful from checkin. Check in is processed on machine with staff assistance. Room is big in Japanese standard. Very clean , it comes with fridge and good amenities

Getting here from Hiroshima Station is very convenient. A taxi ride is only about 1300 yen, so for three people with luggage, I'd definitely recommend taking one

This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, right across from the T-Site bookstore. The lobby is on the second floor, and there's a convenience store right on the ground floor

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great amenities and perfect location. I had some medical issues whilst at the hotel and they were so amazing at helping out. They went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend enough.

However, in my high-floor room, I heard some continuous and disturbing noises at night, which is a major drawback. The hotel's breakfast is very good and worth trying

There are many amenities available in the lobby, even sunscreen. Check-in and check-out are easy and can be done using the machine. The tap water is purified and safe to drink

I can’t fathom that! The hotel is around a lot of shopping places so I understand charging for parking, but not customers at the hotel

Rihga Royal hotel, is well laid out with all the amenities, staff were on hand and helpful from when I arrived

The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. Right outside is the Fukuya department store shopping street, and it's less than a ten-minute taxi ride back from Hiroshima Station

There are plenty of outlets in the room and the lighting is taken into account, so you can sleep with your favorite brightness. It is useful to have a strong fan in the bathroom (because there is no smell)

Amazing location, was easy to walk from the station and then really close to all the key attractions in the city. Onsen was brilliant and super clean. Staff and service were great.

The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Shukkei-en Garden is just over ten minutes away, Hiroshima Castle fifteen minutes

Had basically zero complaints, room was clean and didn’t feel dated. Showers a bit awkward for people who are tall (6’3+) as I accidentally hit my head on the roof once but it was was not really an issue

Breakfast was a bit limited, but the restaurant with a view was great. The public bath was very comfortable. The washing machines are right next to the public bath

It's near the station, but going back and forth gets tiring and the streetcars are very slow. For business stays though, it’s great. There’s a large 24/7 Lawson next door with food and anything you might need

First time staying in Toyoko Inn. It’s a cozy hotel that feels like home. The location isn’t ideal for sightseeing in Hiroshima

Check in and check out was very smooth, I liked the breakfast there. Umecobu Ocha is must drink

It was very clean and comfortable. The elevator also requires a key card to operate, so the security was excellent.

There is also a convenience store right next door, as well as a very good restaurant open 24/7 and really affordable (under 1,000 yen). The room was also very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the welcome was friendly

Very modern and convenient hotel in downtown Hiroshima. It’s only a 5-min walk to Peace Park. The bed was super comfortable and it had outstanding amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The rooms are clean and more spacious than in the APA hotel chain, and you can open the window, which is also important. Although the hotel isn’t newly renovated, it doesn’t feel worn out or outdated

It's very clean, has gorgeous views over the adjacent river (canal?), rooms are an acceptable size, bed was extremely comfortable, and bus stop is right out front with quick links to the station (1 stop) or Peace Park

The bed in the hotel was bigger than I expected. Although the room was small, the facilities were quite complete. The only thing I felt was that it was a bit damp at night. The location was quite convenient.

Awesome hotel with gender seprated hot baths and sauna. Great location, walking distance anywhere and convinence store nearby. Rooms are small and not in great shape but are being cleaned and made up daily

It was great experience there to stay with urbain Hiroshima central. They keep your luggage safely if you have visit around even your stay already finish so it helps a lot

Nice clean room with plenty of space for single person. Small onsen downstairs with hot bath. Good location and friendly staff. Free drinks from 3pm a handy addition

I have one suggestion please change checkin time because 3 pm too late if someone fly from other cities or country

Hotel in great location with very helpful staff. It's not a fancy hotel but it covered all our needs and was just what we needed for one night near the station to visit Hiroshima and Miyajima. Would stay here again!

Overall it’s a superb location for train station, restaurants and supermarket. Quiet hotel and front desk staff are very professional in explaining everything. Room was smaller compared to other Japanese rooms

A classic place ,good location ,nice service and fully convenient staff. Easy to catch up JR and Bus by walking. The breakfast and welcome drink is OK. The size of room limit to 2 persons max.

I could clearly hear the neighbor coughing in their room 😭, which made it hard to sleep. The main issue was the noise isolation (or lack thereof).

The breakfast felt like a Japanese home-cooked meal!

Amazing location and excellent price in the heart of Hiroshima. The onsen is amazing and the hotel also provides noodles between 21:30 to 23:00, ice cream after spa and probiotics

I stayed at the Matsuyama Dome for two days before heading to the Hiroshima Dome. This hotel is close to the Peace Park and seems to be quite old

Unlike the other five Dome hotels I stayed at in Japan, it didn't have separate entrances for the bathroom and bed. The room was a bit small, but it was enough for one person

The breakfast was delicious and the bath was spacious and comfortable. The location was good, right next to the Chuden-mae tram station. There is a 7-Eleven nearby.

The service and room was excellent. The hotel staffed helped me with the bus timetable to Tadanoumi and also helped me reserve a seat to Hiroshima on their shuttle bus

This hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed here about 8 months ago and I’m glad I took their advice as the hotel and staff were excellent! 5 stars!

this is us most expensive hotel in my 8 days trip, this is possibly the most modern and tall hotel but the room is so small and no water kettle, the night view is nice and my son keep watching it

Overall the stay was great, the room is spacious, a bit old… The breakfast was very busy (had to wait 5 min before going in), the breakfast buffet has therefore a large variety of choices

Most hotel systems would split you into two rooms (one adult, one child), but here, you get a 30 sqm room with two beds, accommodating two adults and two children at a fair price

Really enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location to explore the city. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. The snacks and drinks available each day are a very nice touch

Spacious room as we booked the queen bed room. Clean and it’s v new . Too bad the lounge and supper, tea break and the communal bath is not open due to covid.. it would have been even better with those perks

Modern and clean hotel, located close to the electric train (trams) Reception is located on the top floor (14) lots of nice accessories available plus lovely snacks and coffee/tea through out the day, highly appreciated

The hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor

Our assigned room 1425 was very small, doesn’t match with 21 square meters as per hotel room description.   Hotel breakfast was quite poor and often times, it’s empty

Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…

Exceeded my expectations, the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and their English was excellent. I'll definitely choose Daiwa again!

A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking

The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended
