Perfect location and kind staffs. The best thing is its reasonable price. But it might be disturbing late at night or early morning because I could hear other guests moving or taking shower from my room.

Wonderful bed and breakfast just a few minutes walk from the harbour and red brick warehouses. Wonderful people running, both of whom speak great English as well.

Nice place and great location. Hotel is Owned and operated by a local couple. I remember the lady with her beloved boxer. I stayed here in 2010 and enjoyed beautiful Hakodate. Climb the mountain and enjoy the local food. Old port town and a few good sites. The old warehouses here and in Otaru are interesting

Couple that runs the place is very accomodating. Breakfast is a little expensive but not out of the ordinary. Showers are private and in a shared space. "Double" rooms are big enough for two beds and space to get in them, not much more, which was fine for my purposes. The location is very near old Hakodate historical district and the red brick warehouses.

Clean and comfortable pension about 20 mins walk from the JR station. Has private shower and bathing facility (although not in your room). Cant comment on breakfast as we had to leave early and stayed only 1 night. A little noisy as the rooms werent very soundproof. Host was nice and spoke a bit of English. Overall a comfortable stay but nothing special.
