The hot spring wasn't as appealing as in the pictures. Breakfast was decent, especially the cake, which was delicious. For the hot spring, maybe because of the cold weather, the glass fogged up and you couldn't see anything.

The room was spotless, and the location couldn't be better. It's incredibly convenient, being very close to Mount Hakodate, the Red Brick Warehouses, and the train station. Plus, there are tons of fantastic dining options in the area.

The hotel is not far from the station, about an 8-9 minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service to the station. The breakfast was incredibly lavish, with everything you could possibly want. From various vantage points, including the restaurant and hot springs, you can see Mount Hakodate.

The room was spacious, which was great for traveling with kids. There's a supermarket on the first floor, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's an ideal location, very convenient for getting to Mount Hakodate and the train station. There were always taxis waiting right outside the door.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times, and what truly makes our stay special every single time is the incredible hospitality of the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Soto. He is the only one who consistently remembers us and treats us with such genuine respect and kindness. He makes us feel like family. I really enjoyed this hot spring hotel. On Mondays, it was so crowded that the entire place was practically reserved. It's said that the former shogunate soldier, Hijikata, bathed there. The room was large, but going up and down the stairs was inconvenient. Unlike Noboribetsu, they didn't offer to help carry luggage to the room. The duvet cover was too small; the duvet tucked inside, not covering the feet or shoulders—it wasn't designed for adults. The shower faucet was difficult to turn on and off.

A typical hot spring hotel, a bit far from the city center, but the rooms have private hot spring baths, which is very convenient! The service was excellent, the environment was nice, and the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared! Recommended!

The 8th-floor open-air bath overlooking the hot spring is very small; even five people would feel cramped. The indoor public bath on the 1st floor has poor ventilation, while the rooms are generally okay. The crab legs for dinner were terrible, the beef jerky was tough, the tempura sweet potato was good, but many other dishes were cold. For our wedding anniversary, we've been staying in Hakodate for a few nights annually since last year. This year, our trip coincided with the fireworks festival, so we specifically booked this hotel, hoping to be near the launch site, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. A comfortable stay. It's very close to the airport. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors, though compact, felt very well-appointed. Amenities were plentiful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis after soaking in the hot spring. You can even spot monkeys from the tropical botanical garden right from the accommodation, which was amusing! :)

The stunning ocean view was incredibly relaxing. The foot bath directly faces the sea, offering a breathtaking vista. The rooftop outdoor hot spring was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. The glass panels were murky and stained, and we could clearly see the rooftops of nearby buildings, which were uncomfortably close, so privacy was a significant concern. I highly recommend this hotel! The buffet is delicious, and it's conveniently located right next to a tropical botanical garden where you can even watch monkeys enjoying the hot springs. Plus, it's close to the airport!
