Comfortable stay with good facilities (better if you have a car)

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The facilities were good and the place was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the onsen, which was very relaxing after a long day.

Check-in was done using a self-service machine, which was quite smooth and convenient.

One thing to note is the location 🙃it is not very convenient without a car, so I would recommend driving. If you have a car, then everything is fine and easy to get around.

Service was decent overall, and everything went quite smoothly. There is still some room for improvement, but it was a good experience and worth the price.
Would consider staying again.

The stay was alright, quite hard to get up to the hotel, but the view from up there is amazing

The room features four beds plus a sofa bed, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes utensils, a microwave, an oven, and a hot plate. The bathroom is fitted with a washing machine and hot water facilities. This property is located in Otaru, and you'll need to pass through Sapporo each time you travel. If you have limited time, it may be more convenient to stay in Sapporo to save time. We chose this location for its beautiful views, excellent room amenities, and free parking. Overall, we had a great experience here, with a Lawson convenience store and a market nearby for easy access to supplies.

It was a bit troublesome to enter detailed information and have a video interview when checking in without prior notification. The property has parking spaces, but the first parking lot is more suitable for small cars or requires some skills.

This apartment offers a practical and comfortable stay, especially for those looking to explore Otaru on foot. We appreciated the basic utensils and cutlery provided, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The thoughtful inclusion of toothbrushes and toothpaste was a nice touch, and the microwave was handy for quick reheats.
Comfort is well-addressed with one air-conditioner and a heater, ensuring a pleasant temperature regardless of the weather. The washing machine was a huge convenience, and we had options for drying clothes either on the hanger stand inside the room or on the balcony.
The location is a major highlight, being within easy walking distance to both Otaru Canal and Sakaimachi Street. We also found it convenient to have a Lawson and various eateries nearby, though it's a good idea to check their opening hours as they can vary.

Important Considerations for Your Stay
While the location is excellent, it's important to note that the road leading to the building is steep. This could be particularly challenging if you're driving, and we would not advise driving during winter due to the road conditions.
For those with a car, there are two parking areas available. The closer one has three slots, while a slightly further option offers approximately 12 slots. Keep this in mind, especially if you prioritize a closer parking spot.
