Clean spacious rooms compared to many other Japanese hotels. Nice breakfast with good selection of at least Japanese style breakfast. Better coffee than many other Japanese hotels. Was a pleasant surprise that the hotel was that good for the price paid.

when I visited this hotel, it was very busy season. almostly no room to choose in Sapporo at that time. so it cost a little bit high. but morning meal was good and its location is good.

Rooms were ok but the walls are very thin and you can hear what is happening next door. The ac makes a load humming sound all day long as well. The shower curtains have a stench of mold. I was not happy with my stay to say the least.

We stayed here during the snow festival and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good too! It was a short walk from both the snow festival and Susukino, so I would say the location was nice as well!
