I stayed here for the first time when I visited the Sapporo Snow Festival.
The hotel is conveniently located, just a 3-5 minute walk from Nakajima-Koen Station's Exit 3, right past the Sapporo Park Hotel. There's also a FamilyMart on the way, which is very handy. From Sapporo Station, it's about a 5-minute ride on the Namboku Line to Nakajima-Koen Station.
The hotel itself feels a bit old, and the bathroom in the room shows its age as well. However, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's perfectly fine. On the 6th floor, there are vending machines for juice and alcohol, an ice machine, a microwave, and even a washing machine.
Overall, it's a decent place, nothing spectacular but gets the job done.

A very satisfying stay.
The hotel is very close to Nakajima-koen Station, just a three-minute walk from Exit 3. Be aware that the traffic light between Nakajima Park and the hotel entrance requires you to press the button on the pole to change to green.
The hotel facilities are a bit old but acceptable. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Disposable amenities can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor. The soundproofing is excellent, so there's no noise. The room size is quite generous, enough to open up a 26-inch and a 30-inch suitcase. The window view is absolutely stunning; the view facing the Toyohira River is breathtaking, and the view facing Nakajima Park is also very beautiful. For this alone, I'd give it a five-star rating.

The hotel location is great, right near Nakajima Park. You can take a stroll there during the day. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; we lost our room card and they reissued it for us for free, which was a nice touch. You absolutely *must* try the BBQ place near the hotel – we went twice!

The hotel is great, and the window view is beautiful, overlooking Nakajima Park and half of the city. The hotel has a laundry room, microwave, and ice machine. You can also request daily cleaning, and the amenities are very comprehensive, including facial cleanser, moisturizer, makeup remover, razor, cotton swabs, comb, and more. The room is also very warm. I can't find any flaws.

Hotel is 10-12 min walk from centre. Elegant and beautiful hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff are incredibly helpful and polite. A yes on everything.

It's not in a bustling area, about a 5-minute walk from a small subway station, so you'll need to transfer. There's a large park across the street, perfect for a morning or evening run if it's not snowing. The room is a bit small, but the view is quite good.

The twin room was quite spacious, with enough room to fully open three suitcases. You can pick up various toiletries yourself at the front desk. The staff were very friendly (though they mostly don't speak English, so a translator is needed).
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Nakajima-koen subway station, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right next to it.
