Nara, 8-1 Sanjo-hommachi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Highly recommended for its convenient location. The hotel is directly connected to JR Nara Station, making it super easy to arrive by train and explore Nara without long walks. Restaurants, shops, and buses are just outside, and major sights like Nara Park are within walking distance. Staffs are friendly too!
Extremely satisfied! The room discount was fantastic. The location is convenient, the room is spacious, and the facilities are complete, including a laundry room, a bathhouse, and complimentary capsule coffee.
It is a very good location ..near nara park ..just 10 mins drive ..you can reach there …there is a family mark nearby …but ..if you wanna park the car ..you check carefully where is the car park ..it is not free but the price is very reasonable..24 hours just 900yen …the hotel located at the 3 floor …so ..if you don’t realise where is the car park ..you have to go 3 floor asking the reception then...
Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained. The location is excellent, right outside the JR station, making it super convenient to go feed the deer at Nara Park. I'd definitely recommend it and will choose to stay here again next time.
Location, brand, restaurants and bar. Supermarket nearby. I like this place very much Nara Nikko
We always satisfy their solid customer service.
Any problem not found about the facilities.
We enjoyed the sake/wine tasting very much.

Close distance to the train station but it's on the opposite direction of the commercial street. Clean room, basic amenities. Couldn't get extra pillow as usual. Good enough for quick visit in Nara
very near the jr station. convenient to get the bus to nara park.
Small room but full amenities.
Breakfast is not so good but acceptable!
Suggest you should book the room with breakfast for all hotel in Japan
Good: Good cost performance, Good staff, great variety of food, convenient location - next to train station and convenience stores, signs are in english and Japanese. Staff have limited english skills which is ready good for simple requests I think.
Bad: room seems to have no air conditioning (cool cold air) - the "air condition" dail only has fan speed not temperature and it blows warm air. The window...
Excellent location—right next to Nara Station, making it very convenient to take the bus to Tōdai-ji and Nara Park. The hotel room was very clean and well-equipped, with a bathtub, TV, refrigerator, and everything you might need. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely my top choice for my next trip to Nara!
It's a well-known fact that accommodations in Japan can be pricey, so for my trip, I opted for several chain budget hotels, and Smile Hotel was one of them. It offers great value for money.
The Smile Hotel in Nara is conveniently located right next to Nara JR Station; you can spot their sign as soon as you exit the station. It's the perfect starting point for exploring Nara.

the Japanese style service is very comfortable and the natural hot spring is great
This hotel is super conveniently located right next to JR Nara Station, making transportation a breeze. There's a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket next to JR Nara Station, which is really handy. You can also catch a bus right outside the hotel to Nara Park.
The hotel offers many optional services, showing great thoughtfulness.

This hotel is great! It's right by JR Nara Station, yet the soundproofing is excellent. The staff are really friendly and even gave me a free face mask. It's also super close to Nara Park, just a short walk away. Overall, a fantastic experience!
Facilities: The hotel is located in a building right next to Nara Station. There's a skybridge from the second floor of the station platform that leads to the elevators, which take you directly to the hotel. Check-in, breakfast, and the hot spring are all on the same floor.
Environment: The hotel's surroundings are well-equipped. Nara Station and the bus stop are right downstairs, the supermarket...
This hotel slightly exceeded my expectations. The service and facilities, including the hot spring and complimentary drinks, were excellent. The breakfast was incredibly diverse, and the location is very convenient. I will definitely book this hotel again if I have the chance.
The transportation is incredibly convenient; you can take an elevator directly from the platform to the front desk, so there's no need to worry about wind or rain. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby.
The hotel's own hot spring is open all night, which is perfect if you want to avoid crowds.

It was great for a short stay of 2-3 days but would be challenging for a longer stay as it does not have self-service laundry. It was inconvenient to drive 10 minutes to a laundry shop. Its service was great and staff were very polite and helpful. Its gym was well-equipped compared to other hotels in Japan we have stayed in
The hotel facilities are very new, and the design is clean and refreshing. The location is a bit secluded, but they offer a shuttle bus service.
The best hotel in Nara. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Service was gret.
very clean and staff very nice and warm welcome. also they share some best food restaurant to us. will come back next time.
Excellent new hotel
Stylish and very comfortable
International but with a touch of Japan and Nara
should consider this the best hotel around in nara town. nice environment, and nice service. the breakfsst varieties could have been a little bit more, and that would be wonderful.

Nara, Omiyacho 1 N 1-6 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A really lovely and peaceful place, despite it being in a bustling area it really is so tranquil when you go in . It’s super clean, being only slippers or socks throughout the hotel. You can store your shoes in the special place in the lobby. Lovely outside onsen.
I originally wanted to book a designer B&B, but after booking it, I chose this hotel instead. I've stayed at Dormy Inn hotels in Hokkaido and Tokyo before and had good impressions of them. This Nara location is visible right from the train station. The downsides are that it can be a bit noisy when trains pass by, and a 1.4-meter bed is a bit tight for three people. The advantages are that the lobby...
Excellent as always! I used to stay at the onsen hotel on the west side of JR Nara Station, but this time I tried On-yado Nono on the east side. The service standards are consistently high. The noodle bar, where you can grab a late-night ramen, also doubles as a cozy spot for a coffee during the day – it's incredibly relaxing. It's super convenient for getting around anywhere on the JR line. Plus,...
Booked this through Ctrip's 919 sale, got it for just over 400 RMB a night!
While most hotels in the Kansai region come with hot springs, this one's bath is particularly special and doesn't feel stuffy (those who've stayed elsewhere will know what I mean, haha).

Very good breakfast. The hotel is clean and has nice wooden smell. The onsen is alway crowded. There are 2 excellent massage chars that always occupied. The ramen at 21.30 is also good but with a long queueing. There are free ice cream and yogurt milk.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I'd definitely choose it again. The location is perfect, right next to Nara Station. We were so touched that the hotel allowed us to check in early. The bathing facilities are fantastic with an open-air onsen. After a relaxing soak, you can enjoy manga, ice cream, free late-night ramen, and complimentary drinks and alcoholic beverages. The hotel is not far from Nara station. It is comfortable for family trip. And the location is good, it has a convenient store and a lot of restaurants nearby.
The breakfast set is very good. I recommend to order Japanese food , it is tasty.
Nice simple room. Near to eatery nearby and stone throw distance to jr Nara station and kintesu station.
Perfect location in the center. Not much facilities but that's the thing with all of hotels in Japan I've been to.
Facilities: Well-equipped
Cleanliness: Spotless
Environment: Decent
Right next to Nara Station and Kintetsu Nara Station, this hotel boasts a convenient location and excellent value for money. The room is typical of a Japanese business hotel – perfectly fine for a stay. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. Beautiful lobby, but ugly ceiling. need renovation
Hotel is quite dated, onsen is crowded as it opens to public as well. Only good is that you do not need to pay for onsen tax should you decide not to go onsen.
The hotel is quite old, and my room on a low floor felt a bit dim. The hotel's attached hot spring was pretty good, with three pools and a dry sauna. Parking at the hotel costs 500 RMB.
Every aspect was perfect. Top service and best staff, plus generous breakfast. Highly recommended!
Pretty good, but a bit far from Nara Park.

There are no amenities like toothbrushes in the room. You can ask at the front desk, but it's a bit inconvenient.
Breakfast was delicious. The morning walk event was also good exercise before dinner.
An amazing place! Loved everything and will be back!
The room layout is very interesting, the breakfast is great. The location is extremely convenient, and all major attractions in Nara can be reached on foot except Toshodaiji Temple.
One of the best hotels I’ve stay so far. Highly recommended
The room is quite big, and there is a small balcony where you can go out and get some fresh air. The chickens in the yard downstairs are sleek and shiny. They said there were four chickens, but I only saw three. The rice balls for breakfast are OK, freshly made by hand. It is within walking distance of Kintetsu Nara Station.

Its location is very convenient (next to the Jr Nara station). There are many restaurants, convenient stores, Aeon …
Getting to Naito JR station from Kyoto was very smooth and convenient. The hotel had confirmed our booking for three adults for two nights in Chinese, English, and Japanese. good location and room is clean and tidy. Also, it was near the museum that I wanted to go.
Really close to JR rail station, clean and tidy hotel, excellent showers facilities.
The rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located right in Meriken Park, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sea view. The off-season rates offered excellent value for money, making it a superb choice for anyone visiting Kobe.
This is one of my favorite hotels. It boasts a stylish design and is directly accessible from the JR line. Despite its proximity to the station, the soundproofing is superb. The hotel is conveniently located right by the high-speed train station exit, making transportation very easy. The room was clean, and I really appreciated the ice machine on the first floor.
While the room was compact, it was cleverly designed. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully kept, and Fou provided excellent service.

All hotel staff and employees will greet and welcome guests with warmth and hospitality; the location is also excellent, with convenient transportation, and it is easy to reach scenic spots or the city center by car.
The room was very clean, the service was excellent, and there were many pillows to choose from. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection and was quite delicious, and the complimentary cocktail bar in the evening was also fantastic. The front desk could also help with printing, and the fee was reasonable, much more convenient than going to a convenience store.
The hotel is less than 50 meters from the subway station. While Shin-Omiya Station isn't a major station, it stops at almost all trains to Osaka, Kobe, and Kyoto, except for the limited express trains which require an extra fare. Although there aren't as many restaurants near the subway stations as near Kintetsu Nara and Yamato-Saidaiji stations, there are still about ten. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs...
Good service, room was way too small though since they used a queen at the bottom in case of 3 guest capacity. Because of this your luggage space is negligible. But I guess that can't be changed.

I chose this hotel because it's close to the station. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. This was my second stay, and I'd definitely like to come back again.
