Everything deserves a perfect score: the service, the ambiance, the price, and the location are all superb. It's only 1.6km from the Umeda shopping district, so you can walk there in about fifteen minutes. The hotel is also very quiet.

This hotel was the perfect base for my tours. The main pickup point was very close by. It's a bit further from Umeda Station than some others, but still easily walkable. A major plus was the reception staff—their English was excellent and made everything smooth. Overall, fantastic value for the convenience.

The staffs are very friendly and they took care of you just about everything. Would come back here next time.

Nice price in such convenient / famous location, cleaning service and lobby welcoming are pretty good. But elevator and corridor have strong cigarette fragrances mixed with perfume, would recommend to improve it for family / inhalation sensitive guests. Although room not so big but it’s fully-functional and comfortable.

The hotel room was excellent. Huge, comfortable beds and pillows, great bathroom and the facilities overall was super. We got water bottles everyday, pyjamas and cleaning. Located in Kitahama, this hotel is in the heart of Osaka's business district. There are no noisy izakayas around, so it's quiet and safe at night. It's about 300 meters from Kitahama subway station, which is very close, and Yodoyabashi station isn't far either.

The room was a bit small, but well-equipped with a mini-fridge, and it's conveniently located near a convenience store. All the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were friendly and could speak some simple Chinese. The self-check-in machine made the process very easy. It's also quite close to attractions, easy to walk to, and if you prefer not to walk, the subway is easily accessible.

We like the connecting room for our family trip and stay a few times in the Kitahama branch. The service is very thoughtful and they provide towels at the lobby when raining for use right at the entrance.You feel so warm just like at home. Also, there is a beautiful heart in the lobby

The location is very good. 20mins walk to Umeda area. The room and the services are typical APA standars. Unlike other APA hotels in Osaka, its very quiet. No car or motorbike noises.

Why not excellent? Still need some improvement. The shower is at the bathtub. The body wash and shampoo at the other end, need 1 or 2 steps to take. It is quite slippery, asked for anti slip mat, but only suggested to use towel. I think it is more dangerous than not using. The light at the ceiling faces to the bed head, very uncomfortable.

The room was too warm; the air conditioning worked well, but was quite loud, so you had to turn it off to sleep, which in turn raised the temperature even more.

The room is fully functional and close to the tram station. The breakfast is delicious, check-in is convenient, and there are not many foreign tourists. I don't know why I was given a room on the lower floor near the elevator. The payment method mainly relies on credit cards and cash. WeChat and Alipay are not supported, which is a little inconvenient.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, so convenient! Getting to the airport or anywhere else in Osaka is a breeze with the subway right there. Shopping is super easy too, with the Japanese outdoor brand Montbell just around the corner.

Whenever I'm in Osaka, Conrad is my go-to hotel. The service is consistently excellent, and the avocado toast for breakfast is a must-try. Plus, with the subway right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere.
