It was such a good experience . Loved the location . Near konbinis and restaurants . There was a gym and laundry room b1. Didn't use their public pool, the staff were so kind, nice and polite . They were so helpful with their suggestions . Its so near the Honmachi station . Loved my stay there

The hotel was very clean and the location was quite convenient for getting around. There were also many great places to eat nearby.

The room was quite spacious for Japan, which was a huge plus. The location is super convenient, right next to the subway exit. The soundproofing seemed pretty good; I didn't hear any noise. The hotel has a central heating system, which made it very comfortable. After a long day of shopping, you can relax in the hot spring downstairs – though it is a bit small, haha. There's also a convenience store behind the hotel with plenty of food and drinks.

I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel was incredibly clean and hygienic, which made me feel very comfortable. They also have a bathhouse inside, which was quiet and not crowded. The location is excellent too, very convenient for getting around and not far from Shinsaibashi.

Room is great. Huge compared to many Japanese hotels. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel but that is for one line only. There are 9 lines in Osaka! Another station is about 5 minutes walk away, at the St Regis hotel. That one will take you to the airport line too. Walking to the main shopping district takes about 15-20 minutes. Not recommended for the way back to hotel if you intend to shop! There are two good restaurants right behind the hotel. One that sells Xiao long bao and the other a cozy Japanese restaurant that is the cheapest in the whole of Osaka! At least from what I know. I ate there 5 times in the one week I stayed at the hotel. Staffs at the hotel are very helpful but unfortunately not very knowledgeable so do your own research if you have any ‘touristy’ questions.

This hotel is super convenient, just 50 meters from the nearest subway station. Getting here from Kyoto or to the airport only requires one transfer. While there isn't much sightseeing right around the corner, you'll find plenty of convenience stores and drugstores, plus a Saizeriya downstairs. Shinsaibashi is a 20-minute walk, and Namba is 30 minutes away. The staff are friendly and kind, definitely living up to 5-star standards. The room was spacious; we easily pushed two beds together for a huge 2.4-meter sleeping area – perfect for families with kids! The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and they even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the hotel feels new and well-maintained.

The hotel is not far from Shinsaibashi, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk. I originally booked a double room, and asked the front desk for a quiet room. The front desk mentioned that the double rooms near the highway could be a bit noisy, so they ended up arranging a twin room for me, which was quite quiet at night.

You can never go wrong with a Marriott property. I originally wanted to book the Marriott at Tennoji, but after looking at my previous itinerary, it was too out of the way. This Courtyard is great, a direct shot to where I needed to be! Plus, it's not in a super central area like Shinsaibashi, so it's not noisy. The two subway lines nearby make it convenient to get anywhere.

The room itself is standard, nothing special to mention. My only complaint is the water – too little, only 400ml a bottle, and that number just feels unlucky... Everything else was fine.
