The room isn't huge, but the bathroom is quite spacious, haha. The location is absolutely fantastic though! It's right above the JR station and Hankyu railway station, and the subway is just a few minutes' walk away. I really love that convenience. The view from the room window is also great. We probably slept in late, so the noise wasn't too bad. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Great location, right by the tram stop. There's a microwave on every floor, and the complimentary drinks are nicely packaged. The night view is pretty good too, and you can even see Mount Fuji from the window on a clear day.

We only booked this hotel for one night because of its proximity to a park we planned to visit the next day, and the location turned out to be perfect. It’s very conveniently located just a short walk from Keihan Kyobashi Station. We arrived in the evening and loved how close the hotel was to the shopping center and plenty of restaurants. The area felt nice and cozy, making it a great place to stay, even for a short visit.

Great location, clean and tidy. I stayed for 6 days and the room was cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. The view from the window was lovely too. Thumbs up! 👍

Very convenient as hotel has a few lines. Only 15 minutes to Dotonbori via light green line. Take north exit coming out from airport rapid line. There’s a basement supermarket too. Close to Osaka castle and lots of food around.

Very convenient location between stations (can't remember the service providers). No airport limousine bus nearby though.
Ample supply of amenities at lobby.
Eco cleaning and no room cleaning for 3 days, trash clearing and towels replacements.
Enjoyed my stay.

All the staff at the hotel are well-trained, polite, and very welcoming ❤️. Our stay was fantastic! I have to especially praise the hotel's breakfast; there's a huge variety, everything is delicious, and they even make kimbap fresh on the spot, which is excellent.

The location is truly unbeatable! If you're coming by JR to Kyobashi, make sure to exit via the North Exit – the hotel is right across the street. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. The front desk service was very warm and helpful; they even arranged a high-floor room for me.
