Small but clean room. Comes with all the basic amenities like fridge. Cold/room temperature Water and ice dispenser is available on all floors which ia convenient. Exit via the west exit of JR Osaka Station and walk for about 4 mins and you will be at the hotel. If taking airport limousine, alight at Herbis Osaka and walk for 4 minutes to arrive at the hotel. Convenient location if you are taking the...
The hotel's location is excellent. From the west exit of Osaka Station, turn right, walk straight, and cross a small road, and you're there. There's also an airport limousine bus stop nearby. There are plenty of dining options if you walk back to Osaka Station, and even more shopping opportunities since it's surrounded by malls. It was also very convenient for our trip to Universal Studios the next...
The location is absolutely fantastic, the hotel is clean, and the service is excellent. Even though it's close to the railway, for such a prime location in Umeda, the price is incredibly good, making it my top choice. Compared to other Japanese hotels, the room and bathroom are quite spacious. Having traveled to Japan over a dozen times, Hotel Hatonishiumeda is definitely my go-to hotel in Osaka. What...
The hotel is located at the West Exit of JR Osaka Loop Line (make sure to look for the West Exit when you get off, otherwise you'll have a long detour). Take Exit C, turn right and go straight (don't enter the mall), cross the road, and you'll be at the hotel. It's very close to Exit C. The closest convenience store to the hotel is a 7-Eleven, which you'll see if you turn left after exiting C. I stayed...

The room was spacious. Toiletries were collected at check-in. On a weekday, we went to Universal Studios in the afternoon, entering after 3 PM (bought tickets for 2 adults and 1 child at a nearby Lawson convenience store for 780 RMB). The next morning, we took a boat from a nearby pier (400+ RMB for 2 adults and 2 children, bought on-site, and you can book the aquarium for the morning).
This is an excellent choice of hotel right outside Universal Studio Japan. Newly done room, beautiful bathroom. Tea & coffee, water and ice provided as well as use of microwave. There is a convenience store on the first floor. The staff were very helpful. Luggage stored and taken to the room prior to check in. 10 out of 10.
Excellent, very satisfied. The breakfast was surprisingly rich, especially the sea bream rice, which was delicious.
If you're visiting USJ, this is the best hotel! It's clean, tidy, and has a fantastic location. Oh my goodness, I just love this hotel!
The hotel's really close to the subway, which is super convenient. There are tons of food options around the subway station, and a convenience store right downstairs. So, after a long day at Universal Studios, you don't have to worry about finding food. The bathroom is separate, very clean, and has great water pressure.
Facilities: It's only a ten-minute walk to Universal Studios, very quick to get there on foot.
Hygiene: The bathroom was quite clean. However, the room itself was a bit old and had a dusty, damp smell.
Environment: The bay outside the window was relatively quiet, so the overall environment was decent.
Service: Good service, everyone was warm and polite. The breakfast was also pretty good for a Japanese...

This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient. On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good.
Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.
This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. I just completed another five-day stay. I really appreciate that the hotel always reserves the same room for me. As always, the service was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with very fresh ingredients, truly reflecting the high quality of a '御三家' (top-tier) establishment. I look forward to returning again soon.
The room was spotless, and the river-view room offered a stunning panorama, even in winter it was breathtaking. There are plenty of shops to explore nearby, along with many local eateries. You can sit downstairs, enjoy the scenery, and soak up the sun. I'm planning to return in the spring!
Location: 4.5/5 A bit out of the way, but there's a shuttle every 20 minutes from the Osaka train station, which is very convenient.
Common Areas: 5/5 I really love this kind of understated 'old money' aesthetic – not flashy, but full of character.
Room: 4/5 You can tell it's a bit older, but it has everything you need. The toiletries are from Pola, and the hot water pressure is excellent.
Service...
Better than the reviews. Room was incredibly large and the beds so comfortable. Every items you would need were available in the bathroom. The view of the river was incredible. You can walk along the river path to the Castle. The free shuttle bus is very handy. The staff are amazing.

A nice experience at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The rooms were clean although there were a few stains on the mirrors and in the toilet. Service was exceptional, staff were kind and ready to help. Location is near to the Yodoyabashi metro station. Overall a really splendid experience at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka hotel.
It is my first visit to this hotel, ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The hotel itself is very classic with different facilities. Location is very good and convenient. There is a convenient store in few minutes walk. It is only within 10 mins walk to the MTR station too. The breakfast is very good on 1/F with Garden view. I like the scrambled egg very much which is very tasty and smooth. The breakfast served...
We stayed in a Club room and the room was lovely (not as described from these reviews). The service in the club lounge was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location with the nearest train station about 8 mins walk.
Was really disappointed that we were told about the complimentary pool access with our room and then denied entry because my husband had tattoos. He was with me and tattoos were clearly...
The hotel itself is fine and comfortable. I was just disappointed that using the pool cost an extra 1500 yen. I’d booked the hotel to be able to use the pool but didn’t see the information that it would cost extra. The pool is actually not in a great state of repair either. Also, my plans changed and I wanted to extend my stay but not only would I have had to change rooms (small inconvenience that...
The room is very small, about 26 square meters, but it feels less than 20. A five-star hotel that costs almost 2,000 a night, but no slippers? The bathrobe is so thin and cheap? There is no plug at the head of the bed? The stool in the room is broken like this? But I have to say that the breakfast is delicious, the facilities are complete, and there is a gym, sauna and swimming pool.
Very satisfied, especially the Japanese lady at the front desk who can speak Chinese. Check-in was quick and smooth. The facilities are also OK, at least clean and safe

Great place to stay and get around
Near Shin Osaka station but a little bit difficult to find the way to the hotel from the station
Good facility with nice variety of amenities
Hotel is a 5 min walk from Shin Osaka station (exit 4) which makes it convenient. Many restaurants and eateries at Shin Osaka station. Wide selection of Japanese and Western choices at hotel buffet breakfast - sashimi (salmon and tuna), miso soup, ramen, fried prawns, sukiyaki beef, fruits (pineapples, mangoes), breads, hotdogs, bacons etc.
Room that we booked are quite spacious for 3 Adults with 2 medium luggage laying open on the floor. We are given a room on the 24th floor (highest floor) with a nice city view and part of the train track.
Location is good for those traveling to Osaka via Shinkansen as hotel is near to Shin-Osaka station.
Easy to find foods and traveling to most of the tourists attractions.
Location consider near Shin-Osaka station, we booked hotel breakfast for 5 days, a bit boring on the breakfast selection but the taste not too bad. Hotel room seem very new but the bed and table a bit dusty even though everyday got make up room service, anyway overall is good. The most remarkable experience is there are many amenities like cotton buds, face soap, hair wax and some others even like...
I recommend the twin room; the double bed was a bit small, but the twin room was very comfortable. It's easy to find with navigation after exiting Shin-Osaka subway station's Exit 4.

This is my second time staying here, and they even gave me tickets to the observation deck upstairs! The hotel is still incredibly well-maintained after all these years – the room was spotless. I'm very familiar with this location; Ichiran Ramen is right downstairs.
The views, day and night, are absolutely unbeatable! Breakfast was good too. The Kintetsu Department Store right downstairs, as well as the surrounding Abeno shopping street and Q's Mall, are fantastic for browsing. Plus, it's really close to the subway station, making transportation super convenient.
service is excellent and the view is amazing. had a great time here and wish i stayed longer
Everthing about the hotel is fantastic except the breakfast which is very mediocre. The location has access to a few train lines besides being the 1st stop from Kaisai Airport on Haruku line. Below hotel has 3 floors of restaurants and a departmental store with supermarket. The hotel room has great view of Osaka city from morning to night.
The subway station and a shopping mall are right downstairs, making it super convenient to get around. You can even drop off your purchases in your room and continue shopping! The high floor offers a beautiful night view, and the lobby also has a nice outlook.
Marriott Miyako has became my go-to hotel when I visit Osaka due to the convenient location, hardware has always been wonderful and front desk staffs are always welcoming and polite, breakfast is pretty good with different main dish (eggs) everyday
However, I did not have a good experience this time at restaurant ZK, its my third time having teppanyaki there, but this time the chef seems not happy...

Highly recommend Hotel Kansai for solo travelers! The best part is the easy access—you can use the underground Whity Umeda walk (Exit M14) to avoid the rain and crowds. It’s right in the heart of the action, so you can explore the Umeda Sky Building or Hep Five and be back in your room in minutes. Simple, clean, and perfectly situated for anyone who wants to spend their time exploring rather than commuting
I stayed at Hotel Kansai for four nights. Overall, the room was pretty good — comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very small, but that’s fairly standard for Japan, so no real surprise there.
The staff were great and very friendly, although check-in is self-service, so you don’t really need much help anyway.
There were a few negatives that are worth mentioning. One small but disappointing issue...
I frequently stay at this hotel! The renovated rooms are great and very comfortable! It's also quiet! Perfect for a solo traveler! The front desk service is good too! A special shout-out to the breakfast – it's absolutely delicious! Eating a hearty breakfast and starting a beautiful day is a great choice! I recommend choosing a higher floor for excellent views!
easy check in and check out. able to keep my luggage before check in at 1500
The room was very clean; although a bit small, it had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful, especially the Chinese food options. The location is excellent, very close to JR Osaka Station and Umeda Station, making transportation very convenient. There are also many pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, so finding places to eat or shop for groceries was a breeze.
The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Umeda and Osaka Station. The facilities are basic, but it's clean enough, especially considering the price. If your trip mainly involves just coming back to the hotel to sleep, it's perfectly adequate. After a long day of exploring, that moment of lying down is truly wonderful.

Very nice hotel. Next station and around have many shop. Provide free toner, cleaner
Had a good stay here and enjoyed the facilities. Excellent location - near the metro and train stations as well as airport limousine bus. Many shopping centres nearby too!
The room was spotless and incredibly well-lit. Even though it was winter, the room was really warm. The public bath on the 18th floor was also very clean, and soaking in it after a long day of sightseeing was wonderfully relaxing.
Hotel was decent, toilet was abit small. Room was spacious with a good amount of space between the bed and the wall sofa - can open 2 big luggages.Location was decent, quite a walk to Kitte mall and Lucua mall but there is a route you can walk where you can get to Osaka station without steps (by taking the elevator at Breeze). It's right in front of the zoo, surrounded by many homeless people, so it's quite dirty and messy. It's a bit of a walk to Abeno. The hotel is incredibly close to Tennoji Station and easy to find. The staff were very attentive. While the room was small, it was fully equipped. Room is clean and tidy. Standard Toyoko inn breakfast. Near to metro station.
Looking at the location, you can tell it's going to be noisy, with a road in front and a railway behind. I make a reservation every time I go on a business trip to Osaka, but it was a bit disappointing that there was hair in the bathroom and transparent plastic left on the chair, perhaps because they hire foreigners for cleaning; however, I assume it was a mistake.
Had a wonderful stay and enjoyed my time in this Osaka hotel. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station. Convenient hotel as a hub for surrounding areas like Kyoto and Kobe.

The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced. Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed.
## Location:
It's a bit far from Osaka JR Station, but you can get there directly via bus #88. There's a convenience...
Fantastic! Clean, tidy, and beautiful 🤩. The hot springs were also super comfortable. Thumbs up! I'll definitely come back again. It's also very close to all the attractions.
This hotel is really nice with its natural hot spring and free flow drinks available from vending machines. Location is not too bad, near train station and bus stops.
An absolutely wonderful Japanese hotel experience. The lovely lady at the front desk, who spoke Chinese, kindly explained how to use all the hotel facilities. The onsen (hot spring) was definitely the biggest highlight; a soak in the evening really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. The ladies' room was especially thoughtful, equipped with a vanity mirror and a curling iron. It was very quiet, and...
The room was small but very clean and well-equipped. You can pick up toiletries you need, as well as nutritional supplements and face masks, from the lobby. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store downstairs, and the service was excellent. Every day, they'd give us a spa code so we could use the hot spring anytime. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the subway, but it's great if...

Stayed here for 4 days with friends and had a very good experience.
The location is excellent, right near Shinsaibashi, making it very easy to walk around, shop, and find food.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay.
Staff were polite and helpful, even with language differences.
Amenities are simple but sufficient for a longer stay focused on exploring...
Nice hotel. Near restaurant area. next to train station. Nice staff. The most I love is... smoking room. Good price for Osaka.
Really good hotel. It takes about 15 minutes of walking to reach Namba. Rooms were above average in-size and hotel was located off the busy nightlife area.
2-3 minutes walk to train station easy with luggage. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Will definitely return.
great service, good location next to exit 4 of NAGAHORIBASHI metro station
free ice
free amenities
free microwave
but the bed was a bit small and blanket too
and also bad smell from smoke🥲 all over the first floor
This hotel is under Hotel Route Inn management. So the room is as usual to be small and cramped. Yet its facilities are far less than Hotel Route Inn. No public bath. Poor breakfast variety choice. Chargeable car parking. Hotel also locates 10 mins. to 15 mins. walk from all tourist spots.
Hotel serves guests in tourist region rather than key business region. Tourists like to have snapshots...
The hotel is very close to popular shopping areas, just a short walk away. There's enough space in the room to fully open a suitcase, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

Location was amazing. Hotel was exactly what you needed, but nothing more. Rooms were a bit small. Bathrooms were a little smelly. Bit right in the middle of everthing you needed. Close to all the pokemon cards, close to dontabari. Close to the markets. Good for the location.
Location is the best bit. Straight into the Dotonbori district, closer to Namba station, and there is a Lawson directly over the road. Rooms are clean and comfy. My only feedback is that rooms and bathroom are on the small side, and pillows a bit flat. Otherwise great. I'd stay again.
Location was great. The shopping streets are right beside it! Filled with restaurants, pharmacies, Japanese food wares, connected to multiple shopping streets. Namba train station 8mins walk away, Kuromon market 5mins walk and many more.
Apa hotel do not provide daily housekeeping or bottled water (welcome bottled water only on day1), they does it every 3rd day and provide the towels exchange at your...
Have stayed at other apa hotels and they were great. This was a bit small. No room for suitcase. No under bed storage making it feel extra cramped. Refused 20 min early check-in despite the room being ready and already waiting 3 hours wanted 2000y fee. So sat and waited. Customer service concept is non existent when it comes to check-in, obviously early check-in is a money maker for Apa. I think western...
I recently stayed at APA Hotel Namba-Eki Higashi and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Namba Station and very close to Dotonbori, making it super convenient for sightseeing and food hunting. There’s also a Lawson convenience store right opposite the hotel, which was really handy for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything needed during the stay...
Its predominant advantage of this nation-renowned chain hotel is the location - 5-minute walk from/to the train station and near the traveler’s most beloved local store - the Donki mall. Tightly moderate room space with season-dependent varying prices. Bathroom like most of everywhere else in Japan has tiny compartment which, in my opinion, the European guys might probably find it uncomfortable. The...
