I saw some reviews saying the room was small, but when I arrived, I found it to be perfectly fine, especially for a solo traveler like myself. It was much better than I expected – very clean and comfortable. It was also quiet at night, and there are two or three convenience stores within a five-minute walk. All in all, I had a fantastic stay. I'll definitely come back if I have another trip between Osaka and Tokyo.

Located in Kitahama, this hotel is in the heart of Osaka's business district. There are no noisy izakayas around, so it's quiet and safe at night. It's about 300 meters from Kitahama subway station, which is very close, and Yodoyabashi station isn't far either.

A decent business hotel. There are many cafes nearby. The room is quite spacious for Osaka, where space is at a premium, and the bedding is very comfortable. The front desk staff can communicate fluently in English.

The room was a bit small, but well-equipped with a mini-fridge, and it's conveniently located near a convenience store. All the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were friendly and could speak some simple Chinese. The self-check-in machine made the process very easy. It's also quite close to attractions, easy to walk to, and if you prefer not to walk, the subway is easily accessible.

We like the connecting room for our family trip and stay a few times in the Kitahama branch.
The service is very thoughtful and they provide towels at the lobby when raining for use right at the entrance.You feel so warm just like at home.
Also, there is a beautiful heart in the lobby

Close to Kitahama & Yodoyabashi subway stations. The room was quite spacious and very clean... overall great value for money. On the first floor, you can pick up various disposable toiletries. Sotetsu is truly a hidden gem chain in Japan. For breakfast, there are many choices nearby, offering great value for money.

The room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was quiet. The location was also quite convenient, being close to two subway stations. The service was good, and overall, I had no issues. There's also a convenience store and places to eat right next to the hotel.

Very close to the subway, just a few minutes' walk. There's also a supermarket right by the subway exit, which is great for stocking up. The hotel's surroundings offer good dining options for experiencing local flavors; I had some delicious Vietnamese food. The breakfast was simple but had everything needed, which was perfectly fine.

The rooms are well-equipped and very clean. Every time I go shopping in Osaka, I pretty much stay at this place. Plus, this Kitahama branch is very close to both Yodoyabashi and Kitahama subway stations. The surrounding area is quiet and by the canal, unlike the noisy areas of Shinsaibashi and Namba. If you want to shop for clothes, you can just take the Midosuji Line to Umeda or Shinsaibashi. And if you're looking for anime merchandise, you can take the Sakaisuji Line from Kitahama Station to Nihonbashi or Ebisucho. Aside from the bed being a bit small and the pillows not being super comfortable, everything else is perfect.
