Daiwa Roynet Hotel Osaka-Kitahama in Osaka

We stayed in the Junior Suite with two extra beds. The room was very spacious, with two double beds and two single beds. There was a sitting area as well with seats and a coffee table and ample space to place four large suitcases. We stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel staff and reception staff to be very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. The bathroom and shower was spacious. Check in was quick and easy. The location worked for us as well as it is just one door down from the Osaka Metro entry. It is in a quieter part of town so it is not noisy at night. And there are a few conveniently located cafes close by as well. We wanted to give an extra shout out to the reception staff as our return flight was delayed by 14 hours and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night’s stay in the same room we were in with little notice.

Great stay overall. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, with many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Amenities were also good and sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The elevator was quite slow, but overall it was a good stay 👍🏻

This is my second stay here, and it offers great value for money with clean rooms. This time I came with my son, and we booked two separate rooms without any hesitation. The hotel's location is excellent; although it's a bit of a walk to the Midosuji Line, it's a straightforward walk down one street from the hotel, and there are FamilyMart and Lawson convenience stores along the way.

The hotel provides various luggage forwarding services, like Airporter and sending luggage to your next hotel, which are very convenient. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful, answering every question and providing hands-on instructions.

This time, I had a late flight. After checking out in the morning, I stored my luggage. When I returned around 6 PM, the hotel front desk was still able to help me fully charge my devices, and I used the restroom before heading out. Their service truly stands out among chain hotels.

The bed is large and comfortable, though the pillow was a bit high. The air conditioning allows you to adjust both heating and cooling. Most importantly, the smoke detector above the bed doesn't have a red light, which is perfect for light and sound-sensitive sleepers.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time. I loved my previous stay, and this one was even better! The property and rooms are clean, design is great, and the price is excellent.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had at hotels under 15,000 yen per night. The quality and variety of the food were fantastic, and I will definitely be coming back. The hotel also provides pajamas, free coffee on the first floor, and simple amenities like cleansing gel, face cream, bath salts, and more. Really loved it!

The 4th times that I accommodated at Roynet Kitahama. Very clean and comfortable room. Suggested to reserve a premier room with massage chair. Price is very reasonable.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kitahama Station and close to Nakanoshima Park, making it easy to explore Osaka’s main sights.

The hotel is in a great location near the station, making it very convenient to get around. Taxis are easy to find right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and well organized, with a comfortable bed and all the standard amenities. The staff were polite and efficient, and the room was spacious enough. Overall, it was great value for this trip 👍🏽

Very near to the nearest metro station, Kitahama.
There’s a lawson nearby. Mos Burger, sukiya and yayoi are all walking distance. Clean and spacious room and spacious toilet.
