The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is great. However, the front desk and room cleaning services have a lot of room for improvement.

The hotel experience was excellent. The breakfast spread was amazing and the stuff service was beyond my expectation. Even the hotel manager who served us was very friendly and cared/greet all the customers he met in person. Good job Conrad Osaka 😊

Whenever I'm in Osaka, Conrad is my go-to hotel. The service is consistently excellent, and the avocado toast for breakfast is a must-try. Plus, with the subway right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere.

The room was great, just a bit of a walk to the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic!

The lobby is luxurious and grand, while the rooms are decent. Room service is excellent and responsive to all requests, including turn-down service and proactively replenishing bottled water. Breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, but all the ingredients are fresh and delicious.

The location was convenient; we managed to walk to the train station, mall, and Osaka castle. The view from the Sky Bar and the room were amazing. Overall the services were professional.

The room was clean and comfortable, and there were staff members who spoke Chinese. Everyone was very polite, the surroundings were quiet, and the night view was beautiful. The bed's firmness was just right, so I slept very well.

Conrad Osaka should be considered one of the better hotels in Osaka, and it's quite pricey. This was my first trip to Japan, and since I was traveling with my child, I opted for a nicer hotel.

Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel.

Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind.

On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks.
