1st class service. The staff are all absolutely wonderful; so kind and so helpful. 1st class hotel room with private onsen. 1st class food (breakfast and dinner) that rivals some 2-3 star Michelin restaurants in London. Incredible 2 nights stay - so peaceful and relaxing. A bit of the beaten path but can wholeheartedly recommend this superb Onsen resort.

A perfect resort hotel can only be truly appreciated by experiencing it firsthand. So perfect I almost don't want to share it, hehe.

We stayed in the Sky Tower. The Akari and Sora buildings are the cheapest standard rooms. The rooms themselves appear to be the same size, but the Sora room uses more space for the open-air bath, while the Akari room seems to have made the open-air bath space smaller and made the room larger. My wife and I are celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and we stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. We were not disappointed! The hotel suite is 100m2 and is huge . Our suite was with 3 futons, perfect for 3 gentlemen. The huge bathroom was well supplied with the nicest cosmetic amenities and fluffy towels. The room is a bit old, probably built during the G7 meeting in 2016. But the services are very good, and the scenery is also very good. It feels like being out of this world. It is quiet and I had a good rest.

We stayed here to celebrate my wife's birthday. All the food was delicious, and we were very satisfied with their request for a birthday plate for dessert. It was a memorable hotel stay and my 4-year-old daughter said she wants to stay here again!

The spacious parking was a big plus! The room was also very large and relaxing, and I was lucky to get one with a nice view. It was great that the lounge offered free alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks. The only downside was the limited hairdryer space in the women's changing room at the underground public bath, which led to some waiting.

The room was clean, but the windows were rattling and very noisy, and there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom and toilet. I would have been happy if they had done a better job of preventing odors and fixing the rattle of the windows. I'll think twice about staying here again.

The service of staff could be better.

This hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from Ugata Station. The rooms are comfortable and the service is warm and attentive! The breakfast spread is also extensive. I suggest the hotel post the specific station for the shuttle service on their website so guests know beforehand (we only found out which station to go to for the shuttle after emailing the hotel).

The hotel was great. The location is nice, but the road to get there is time consuming especially with all the curves through the back roads.

First-class service, making you feel at home everywhere. From 19:00 to 22:00, in the comfortable environment on the second floor, you can enjoy snacks, drinks and cocktails. I booked the plan that included breakfast. It far exceeded my expectations, and everything I ate was delicious. The lounge was comfortable and had a great view, and the hotel-sponsored tour of the hotel was very enjoyable. I was able to learn about the hotel's history, and it was more than worth the price. I would like to come back with my whole family next time.

The location is excellent, very close to Kashikojima Station, the hotel has a shuttle bus, and the service attitude is very good. The lounge is open from morning to night, and you can go to the Bay Suites Hotel next door for dinner. The French food is great!

It was a wonderful place. The beautiful sea, white sand, sky, and stars in the night sky were a storm of emotions. The room was spacious and clean, with full glass windows, so if you time it right, you can see the beautiful sunset from your room. The large public bath was a little far, but the hot spring was great. I would definitely like to stay again.

The location is great. Unfortunately, the filter for the air purifier in the room was full of mold, so I had it replaced, but it was still full of mold.

We stayed here as a group of four, including three adult friends and one four-year-old child. The pool can be used until 6pm on the same day and from 10am to 2pm the following day for an additional fee, and there was a jet relaxation corner in the indoor heated pool, so it was very refreshing. The hot spring afterwards was free and fun.

There are so many things to do in this resort that you will not feel bored and just stay in the room. To name a few, they have a golf course, a marina, a tennis court, yoga area, stargazing at night, and bonfire at night where you can roast marshmallows, have tea or coffee.

The Nemu Resort Hotel is a great quiet place to be secluded from the ruckus of a major city. Lovely place just to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

We roasted marshmallows in the lounge, played table tennis, and enjoyed morning yoga, so we had plenty of activities to enjoy. A standard resort hotel with large rooms and great scenery. It has some nice entertainment options. You can rent a car to explore the area and there is a bus station pick-up. It is very cost-effective.
