The overall environment, facilities, and service were good.

The only downside was that the room soundproofing wasn't very good.

This hotel is absolute exzeptionell!! It is immaculate in every way: the staff is super polite, the rooms are superb - there are Yumatas provided for dinner and breakfast and for the use within the hotel so that you don‘t have to break the style wirh western clothing. The food is wonderful. The minibar is for free and refilled every day. There are two extraordinary lounges where snacks and beverages are available for free all day. This hotel still is a hidden gem with mainly japanese guests. Absolutly extraordinary!!

We stayed in the Sky Tower. The Akari and Sora buildings are the cheapest standard rooms. The rooms themselves appear to be the same size, but the Sora room uses more space for the open-air bath, while the Akari room seems to have made the open-air bath space smaller and made the room larger. Even though it was a Sky Tower, the room was spacious and the hot spring was comfortable, making it a fantastic room. We had a private room and the menu made generous use of local Mie ingredients, including spiny lobster. The ingredients were quite good and the portions were generous, making it a very satisfying dinner. The private bath, called Ten no Kagami, is spacious and luxuriously designed. We went in before dusk, so we enjoyed the view. The Sazanami Lounge, located on the beachfront, is amazing. It's close to the ocean and has drinks and snacks, making it a space you can stay in for a long time. At night, the lights from the neighboring hotel were beautiful and added a nice accent to the scenery. In addition to the food and facilities, I was very satisfied with the hospitality service. I would like to go again. This area is surprisingly full of high-end inns and hotels.

"Teisho" seems to mean "shore" or "water's edge," and "basara" means "a lavishly decorated appearance." This inn was a wonderful, "beautifully decorated" inn, located on the tranquil shore of Ago Bay. The room I stayed in was in the Wind Wing in the main building, and was a generous 100m², with an open-air bath, an indoor bath, and outdoor resort sofas, making for a very comfortable stay. There is one private bath for a fee and three free ones. Reservations are required, with one bath reserved at check-in and another at 5pm. I tried the "Amano Kagami" and "Kuyuri Nobiri" baths, and I particularly recommend Amano Kagami, as it has a very open feel. Dinner is served in a private room. You can enjoy creative cuisine while looking out at a small pond where Nishikigoi carp swim. The alcohol seems a little on the pricey side. All the dishes were carefully prepared with seafood and local ingredients. The Shima-oki Sashimi, which featured a generous amount of sea urchin, and the Charcoal-Grilled Kumano Beef with figs were particularly memorable. On the way home from dinner, guests were served a late-night snack of boiled fish, edamame, and inari sushi. I thought this was excellent service. The hotel also offers a lounge called "AOI" near the entrance, which serves a variety of drinks, including alcohol, and snacks, and a slightly more remote lounge called "Sazanami," located on the waterfront a short distance from the main building. Both are excellent places to relax. While the breakfast was nothing special, both the Japanese and Western dishes were delicious. I chose this lodging because I wanted to spend a relaxing day in the resort town of Kashikojima, eating lots of delicious food and drinking, and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend this lodging for couples looking for a quiet getaway.

It was very good. Unfortunately, I was unable to try all the experiences that were available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you're planning on going, it's best to do your research and prepare accordingly. You'll be left waiting with your fingers crossed lol. The rooms are great! The food is good, but I wouldn't say it was the best! lol. The little souvenir cookies at the front desk are very tasty. (If you don't get the boxed ones) The staff's service is impeccable. There seems to be something like a membership system, and reservations for the private open-air baths are given priority to members. I guess that can't be helped, but it's a bit disappointing lol.

My wife and I are celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and we stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. We were not disappointed! We stayed at Room 302 and 303 and both rooms had private onsens with spectacular views of the Ago Bay. The food was excellent and the public onsens all have special architectural designs which are unique. We particularly love the Moon Shrine onsen which opens up to the starry night and have great views of the moon as you soak in the warm waters. Overall a special hotel and highly recommended!

I was taken there for my birthday in February.
There are 3 hot springs and you can make a reservation by time system, so I made a reservation for all the hot springs!
The system is difficult because the reservation time is fixed, but the staff first taught me politely.
From the open-air bath in the room, you can overlook the sea and feel the liberation, which was great!
I've been to various inns, but this was the most wonderful room bath so far (^^)
There are several lounges on the premises, where you can enjoy sweets and alcohol during your stay.
The lounge is spacious, so I didn't have to worry about the distance from other customers.
I had rice at the rice place, but it was good because it was a semi-private room.
Everything was delicious, especially seafood!
It was a good experience to drink authentic fillet sake for the first time.
All staff will treat you with courtesy.
I once again felt that a good inn is different from the quality of the staff.
I would love to stay again someday.

Everything from the pick up to the drop off was great! Realize the importance of hospitality!

When we arrived in the pouring rain, he ran with an umbrella in one hand to meet us at the car. Thank you for helping me carry my luggage.

At the time of check-in, warm tea and hand towels are served with cute Japanese sweets. It was raining and it was a little cold, so I was relieved.

I was guided to the room and explained everything while using a tablet.

There is also a view from the window, so you can spend the whole time in the room. Children are not allowed, so it was very quiet wherever I was in the inn, and I was able to read the books I brought with me.

There are also 3 private open-air baths that can be reserved 3 times. It was cleaned every time we changed rooms, and there was detox water, so I took a good bath ( ´∀`)

The garden seemed to be managed by a dedicated person, and it looked beautiful in any weather.

There was a lounge, and not only soft drinks, but also alcoholic beverages and snacks were lined up at the time, and there were interesting books and DVDs that were all serviced (´∀`).

I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service for both dinner and breakfast. A small amount of food that you can enjoy with your eyes, tongue, and ears will make you feel full.
I even got a souvenir from Mr. Inari as a late-night snack. Hijiki and deep-fried seaweed go well with the mellow and sour gohan.

I soaked in the semi-open-air bath in the room over and over again, and maybe because I warmed up my body, I fell asleep while listening to the rain on my bed... I was sound until morning.
A luxurious time to jump into the bath after waking up, watch the raindrops, and be absent-minded.

It was a really great time. I thought it was good that I was able to enjoy the inn itself without having to go sightseeing!
I've decided to work hard again and find time at Basara-tei-san (*ﾟ∀ﾟ)

We stayed at the Crown of the Moon. I was able to enjoy an extraordinary experience with high-quality service.
The dining venue was quiet in a private room, and the food was luxurious and delicious. The alcohol menu is also substantial, and I got Inarizushi for a late-night snack.
The room was a maisonette and was too large for a couple, but it was well equipped and I was able to relax. I gave it 4 stars because the bath in the room was not a hot spring. The private bath was very spacious and soothing.
I was satisfied with the cleaning and service.
