Best Hotels in Shirahama

The price wasn't too outrageous, so I quickly booked a package that included dinner and breakfast (one night, two meals). Overall, it offered decent value for money. We arrived in Shirahama quite late

The main picture is misleading! I couldn't find the hotel after getting off the train. The first attached picture is what it actually looks like! Exit Tottori Station North Exit, and it's diagonally opposite on your left

The sea view room offers excellent scenery. Reviews mentioned an uphill walk to the hotel, so we took a taxi with our luggage. Without luggage, walking was fine

For three people, two nights for under 2000 RMB, I think it's a great deal. The location is truly excellent! It's right opposite the train station, with many shops and a huge 7-Eleven

While there is a slope to the hotel, it's not as daunting as some online reviews made it out to be. The Marriott's facilities and services are excellent

Honestly, I booked this hotel specifically for the rooftop view, and the white sand beach of Shirahama definitely didn't disappoint! Plus, the hotel rooms are quite spacious, which is a rarity in Japan, making for a really great stay!

There are almost no restaurants around the hotel, so it is best to book dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast is also very rich. When traveling in Japan, my favorite thing is the hotel breakfast

The white sand beach right outside is absolutely beautiful, and I heard the sand was actually imported from Australia! The half-board (dinner and breakfast) was decent, nothing spectacular but no complaints either

This Hotel is a new facilities and traditional style hotel because their room is divide in two part, the first part is western room which have two single bed and other is tatami room

There is a car park. The hot spring is good, with sauna. The rest area provides draft beer and other soft drink. There is a game centre, and staffs are nice.

The annex room was spacious, but the view was obstructed. The hotel service was excellent, and the lobby cafe offered a superb view. It's a bit inconvenient as you need a taxi to get to the city center.

The three scenic spots of Shirahama are nearby, only about a 15-minute walk. There are also delicious ramen, set meals, bread, etc. Most importantly, the food is affordable and delicious! 😃😃😃

I don't usually write reviews, but I absolutely loved this hotel! Transportation is great; a bus ride from Shirahama Station to Shin-Yuzaki Station takes about 20 minutes

Although the hotel is on a small hill, it's only a two-minute walk, no effort at all. Across the street are the popular Seamore and Key Noodles restaurants, and Sakinoyu is just a short walk away

The hotel is located near the Shin-Yuzaki bus stop in Shirahama. It's accessible by walking up a slope. Because of its hillside location, ocean-view rooms offer a great view, overlooking Shirahama Beach

Dinner is served as multi-course meal - which was AWESOME! Private natural hot springs bath overlooking the ocean (ocean is literally few steps from the room). Great golf courses nearby as well

2 hr drive from Osaka but definitely worth the trip! Superb staff and management! Super clean and comfortable in every sense! Includes private dining for both breakfast and dinner

Excellent hot spring, view and service Room is clean, tidy, big and comfortable. Hot spring is really nice with excellent view at night. You can easily see many stars at night. Breakfast and dinner are incredible

It was located right across the sea and next to an ancient public Onsen. Don’t miss it if you are interested and it’s super cheap. We had the food inside our room for both breakfast and dinner

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can take a bus directly from the JR station, and Shirarahama Beach is just across the street. The staff were very welcoming and explained all the facilities

I‘ve been there already 3 times. It’s an older hotel but has everything you need and an onsen.  It‘s close to the beach and the orice is reasonable.

It's a members-only hotel. I've stayed there several times. I love the hot springs ♨️. I cook my own dinner and breakfast, and I enjoy cooking and eating them.

I was surprised to see black algae floating in the bathwater, but after researching, I learned that it's also a type of mineral deposit. I had mistakenly thought it was only white, sulfurous deposits

Location: Superb location, even closer to the sea than the Marriott on the map. The bus stop is right down the hill. You get a direct sea view from the window. Good points: The AC works well

There's an izakaya across the street that's also excellent and worth trying. The beaches on either side are only about two to three hundred meters away on foot

This hotel is easily accessible from the JR station by bus, a 20-minute ride covering 5. 4 kilometers, just get off at Shin-Yuzaki station. The hotel's ambiance is excellent

The best thing about this hotel is the service by the staff. When I first got off the public bus and started walking up the slope with my luggage, the hotel staff run out from the hotel, and help me with my luggage

When I drive into the driveway, the staff greeted me and parked the car for me. The room is excellent, v spacious for 2 persons. The shower and rest area faces the sea, excellent sea view

The staff were very friendly, and there was even a lady who spoke Chinese! As soon as we got off the bus, a staff member ran out from the hotel to help with our luggage – super thoughtful and attentive! If I come back to Shirahama, I'll definitely choose this place again

After checking in, there was a staff who come to the room at 530pm to set up the futon beds for us. For a small fee, you can n actually get the staff to cut your fruits for you! They really know how to pamper the guests

The hot springs are all designed. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a lot of variety and the taste is generally good. This time I will visit again and we will prepare welcome refreshments

The "King's Buffet" at Kawakyuu is the real deal! We had both breakfast and dinner, and both were excellent. There's a great selection of Japanese and Western dishes

The dinner buffet is great!!! When booking a room, you need to confirm whether it includes two meals. You can really eat delicious food. Ctrip's order confirmation is also very fast, almost in seconds
