I stayed one night because it was cheap and I needed to find a place at short notice.
The room felt like a former love hotel that had been renovated to look like a regular hotel.
The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and there was small pieces of dust here and there.
I'm sure the sheets had been washed, but there was other people's hair and other debris stuck to them.
It would have been nice if they had a vacuum cleaner in the room.
There was also a lizard in the bathroom.
When I woke up the next morning, there was a big spider on the wall.
There were so many tiny insects everywhere that I couldn't figure out where they came from, which was very unpleasant.
I was also bitten by a mosquito even though I didn't open the window.
Honestly, I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one was by far the worst.
I probably won't stay here again.

I stayed for two nights ✌️
It was fantastic! First of all, the bath towels and amenities were organized in separate drawers. And there was a light behind the bathroom mirror that illuminated the area next to it! So stylish! And the separate shower and toilet were also highly praised. ✨It really is an apartment! I'll definitely use this as reference for living alone!! The air conditioning and refrigerator were so effective they were almost too cold! ☺The apartment was well-cleaned, and bottled water was provided! The shower took a while to heat up, but that was fine since I wasn't in a hurry! There was also an air dock in the room. It was reasonably priced, but it was worth every penny.✨ However, there were no restaurants nearby, so I had to walk to the supermarket about 10 minutes away. It might be better to have a car! It's about a 15-minute walk from Dobutsuen Station on the monorail, and it's in a residential area. Since it was a walk, I gave it 4 stars. I'm not a local, so I don't know if it's a renovated love hotel, but it looks similar to the one next door, so it might have been a former love hotel. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.✨

Wi-Fi was available, which was great. It was also cheap. There were an unusually large number of outlets (seven in a room the size of eight tatami mats). Unlimited charging. Amenities were provided.

There was someone at the front desk who (maybe) could barely speak Japanese.
There was a centipede in the room.
There was no phone to reach the front desk.
It took 10 minutes for hot water to come out. It came out just fine.
There were no pajamas. There were traces of something made from scrap wood in the closet.
The equipment and supplies were all purchased from Daiso.

First of all, the rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. The bathroom was only a shower, but it was sufficient.
Service was only discussed at check-in (this is the same at all hotels).
There are ashtrays at the entrance for smokers. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.
The location was just a three-minute drive from the convenience store.
If you don't expect too much, I think it's perfectly fine.

I went in on a Saturday night, attracted by the low price, but there was no bathtub, I waited more than 10 minutes for hot water to come out, and the air conditioning didn't work very well.
The bedroom was awfully spacious.
I've never experienced such a terrible place, even though they say cheap means bad. It's insane.

The room used to go to the nearby Polytech is a Japanese-style room, and there is no 10 tatami mat bath, and it takes about 3 minutes for the hot water to come out only in the shower, so it is better to take it out in advance until it becomes hot water. There is a cheap parking lot for 2 people per room for 5K per night. Breakfast is served without night, so it is better to buy it at the 7-Eleven store in front of you.

Excellent room space, clean and friendly staff. Maybe the only bad point is that they don't speak English in the place, but that is no reason not to stay at the hotel.
