Delicious breakfast. Tidy room. Convenient location.

The hotel is nice and not far from the train station. There is a McDonald’s and a Lawson right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Transportation is easy and getting around is hassle-free. However, the sound of passing trains can be noticeable, so it may not be suitable for light sleepers.

The location is not bad, plenty of food options around and if you're where for an event in Yokohama stadium, bunta or the likes then this is a perfect location. It's near Kannai JR station. unfortunate that the English speaking staff also are not too fluent.

This hotel is well located near Kannai mrt station and near cruise port terminal.
Next there are many food establishments nearby.

Very close to south gate of kannai station. Very friendly staff. Good air conditioning in room. Strong water pressure and hot shower. Close to at least 3 convenience stores for snacks. Lawson is across the street. 20 minutes to international passenger cruise terminal or chinatown.

Everything is good just that toilet is too small. Bed bigger than usual hotel in japan. Near to metro. Many eatries around.

Location is good as closed to butogan but service is so so. As a Guest not feel as home to be welcomed.

I booked the samll twin bed room but they upgraded double bed room for me. The room is clean and neat. Location is just near the station. So convenient. Breakfast is good too. Just one thing is that bathroom is narrow but still fine. 8/10 for me.
