Yokohama, Naka-ku Yamashita 254 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is incredibly convenient, right next to JR Sakuragicho Station. Self-check-in was a breeze, and the lobby offers complimentary amenities like disposable towels, bath salts, and facial masks. Breakfast on the first floor was excellent, and there's even a train museum there.
Very satisfied with the service, and the transportation nearby is very convenient.
A wonderful stay! My friends and I each booked a "Superior Single Room" for our trip, and I found the room size just right for one person. My favorite part was the bathtub—it has built-in steps, which made soaking very comfortable and convenient. The room was clean overall, and the front desk staff were professional. The only downside is that the price was a bit high. It would be perfect if it were...
Good Value, Repeat Stay in Yokohama
This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I’ll definitely book again when I visit Yokohama. The rooms are super clean and tidy, with good‑quality toiletries that cover everything you need. Staff respond quickly, smartly, and are very helpful. The cozy lobby offers hot coffee, tea, and chocolate 24 hours, making it a welcoming space any time of day. Location...
Convenient transportation and clean rooms.
Location: Super convenient, right outside the JR station, just one stop away from the major hub, Yokohama Station.
Surroundings: There's a supermarket right downstairs from the hotel, and within walking distance, you'll find drugstores, large shopping malls, and a cable car station. Plus, there are tons of great food options.
Room: Quite spacious and even has a bathtub. On the 3rd floor, you'll find...

The surrounding transportation is very convenient. You can take the Kawashi 51 bus directly from Haneda Airport, and there's a large shopping mall nearby.
I booked this hotel for my nephew's family of three, and they told me they were extremely satisfied with their stay. The main reason was the hotel's excellent location – it was convenient for everything. Whether it was shopping or dining, they didn't have to walk far to find what they needed. The most thoughtful touch was the 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, which meant they could go downstairs...
The location is very convenient with a walking distance from JR Kawasaki Station of around 6 minutes through underground Shopping Mall. There are lots of dining place and shopping place nearby that you no need to go far away. The Room size is quite big that you can open wide your lugguges with out problem.
It's a bit far from the station, but acceptable. The distance to both JR Kawasaki and Keikyu Kawasaki is similar. There's a convenience store downstairs and a shopping street nearby. The room was spacious and clean. During my three-night stay, the hotel cleaned the room once. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd consider staying here again if my itinerary allows.
Very close to Kawasaki Station. You can’t go wrong with Daiwa Roynet-branded hotels, always incredibly professional and English-friendly.
It's ok, very easy to find from Kawasaki train station. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping malls. The room is small but very clean and quiet. I didn't try the breakfast.

The room was clean and I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed for two nights. The hotel is next to Shinzian Station on the Keikyu Line and Keihin Tohoku Line. It's actually in Kanagawa, not in Yokohama city.
Let’s talk about the advantages first: The hotel is very convenient. Whether it’s going to Tokyo Station or Haneda Airport, it’s all on the same line (Haneda needs to get off in the middle and transfer to the opposite side to Haneda). There are many...
Very comfortable, very clean, good service attitude
I only stayed one night but it was a comfortable stay!
The location is far from the station, clean and hygienic. Noisy
It's close to the station, but not directly connected, so even if you can see it, you have to go around in a circle.
Breakfast is included, which is nice, but you eat in a space next to the front desk that makes you wonder, "Where am I supposed to eat this?"
There were lunch boxes available to take to your room.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.🩷😍
The location is fantastic! The hotel's shuttle bus runs hourly to and from Kawasaki Station and Haneda Airport, which is incredibly convenient. The room itself has an industrial style and is quite spacious, with everything you need. I'll definitely stay here again next time I use Haneda Airport. Highly recommended! 👍🏻
Very good breakfast. Pleasant quiet relaxing surrounding . Efficient Free Shuttle service to and from Haneda airport and also to Kawasaki city. Interior is a little outdated. Bedroom is clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood. Eco friendly hotel.
I flew from Hokkaido to Haneda for an overnight stay, with an early morning flight the next day. So, I didn't get to use many of the hotel's facilities. However, there's one thing that truly stood out: the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Kawasaki Station. It ran perfectly on schedule, exactly as published, and the drivers were incredibly polite, professional, and even helped with...
Although we only stayed there to catch a flight next day, the hotel is really cool and clean. I recommend staying there.
This hotel has an industrial vibe, a spacious lobby, and fantastic views outside. There are many joggers by the river, and the scenery across the way is lovely. The hotel offers shuttle services to Haneda Airport and JR Kawasaki. The rooms are quite large and very clean, and all the amenities are eco-friendly. The pizza is delicious. It's a standard budget hotel, located in a convenient area in each city, so there are almost no problems. Plus, the price includes breakfast, making it my go-to choice whenever I visit major cities in Japan. However, this time, perhaps because there were too many guests, the bowls for breakfast ran out and weren't replenished in time. If you arrive late, some dishes are also unavailable and won't be...
The breakfast was delicious. Check-in was easy, and I would like to stay here again.
It's a shame there weren't any non-smoking rooms, but the room was clean and it was close to the subway, so access was great. ✨
I'd love to use it again.
The only amenity in the room was a toothbrush set. Guests were required to bring anything they needed, including sleepwear, from the lobby.
This was the first time I had to ask the reception for a toothbrush.
The room was clean.
I was a little bothered by the sound of neighbors opening and closing doors, which seemed to echo.
Check-in was smooth, and breakfast was delicious. I checked in late at night, but perhaps because of that, it wasn't crowded. I would definitely like to stay again.

Modern & hi-tech hotel with great view, spacious room and helpful staff
Absolutely loved this hotel, it was really accessible and close to all places, has a superb view of the Yokohama skyline and the room is really clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend this hotel to family and couples!
This was my second visit to Yokohama, and staying at this InterContinental was an excellent choice, truly the best decision of the trip. Staying at The Kahala Yokohama truly redefines what an immersive vacation feels like 🌺. The moment I stepped in, I was enveloped by a vibrant Hawaiian atmosphere, and a cheerful 'Aloha' from the staff instantly melted away my travel fatigue.

This hotel boasts a prime location, a very generous breakfast, and excellent surrounding amenities. I always stay here for business trips and highly recommend it to business travelers.
This isn't my first time staying here.
I was too busy on this business trip to take any photos…
We absolutely loved our time at the Kahala. All of the staff worked hard to do everything in their power to make our stay comfortable.
It was as beautiful as the photos.
There were plenty of amenities.
They'll deliver ice if you call.
Room 5 & 7 were extremely poorly cleaned. I've stayed in ten hotels during this trip to Japan, and this is the first time I've seen items left behind by previous guests in a room. Good service and many kinds of guest room essentials and guest room amenities provide.
Location was good. However, breakfast was served in the Café below the hotel. The queue for breakfast and wait was long .
Great hotel location 👍 Everything was good.
The location is great! You can walk to Sakuragicho to take the cable car 🚡, and the subway station nearby is also very close. There's a Saizeriya and a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is super convenient!
The hotel's location is super convenient, right near Kannai Station, and there's a food street with tons of restaurants just across the road. It feels quite secure too, as you need to use your key card to operate the elevators. You can grab daily necessities from a self-service dispenser, and the room rate offers great value for money. Plus, the breakfast set is very filling.
It was a hassle to communicate about a lost item; they wouldn't let me use the platform to talk to the owner directly. I won't choose this place again. The communication was too troublesome.

The place was old, but well kept enough. The staff were helpful, and the location is near the furthest exit of the train station - so mostly sheltered, which is great
Great location, but not very clean and there many payments in the hotel: for TV, luggage storage etc. staff hardly ever speak English
Hotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. It's a bit far from the station, and the surrounding area is mostly residential, so you'll have to walk a little further to buy things at the convenience store. However, the facilities are fairly complete. The only issue is that the toilet platform is quite high; those with mobility issues should be careful. The front desk staff are very polite.
I stayed here for business. It was a hot day, so they extended my check-out time. I'm grateful for their kind assistance.

This hotel is great! It's right next to Chinatown and just a short walk to the subway station. Highly recommend!
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for dining. The beds in the rooms are quite large, unlike typical twin beds. Although the hotel is a bit old, the cleanliness is decent. However, on our last night, around 4 AM, a drunk Japanese guest tried to open our room door. While they didn't succeed, it genuinely scared us. We immediately reported it...
Location is great, right inside Chinatown. Also there is a bus stop right outside the hotel for haneda airport express. Amenities were lacking as they charge money for extra bath towel around 500 yen. We needed another towel for our son but since the room was a king bed only there was only 2 towels. Reception staff super helpful with info.

It's a great hotel! Loved every minute I stayed there. It was about 40 minutes from tokyo proper and reasonably priced. They have english speaking staff and free toothbrushes and bath supplies. The bed and room were decently sized for Japan. Honestly I would love to stay here again!
The hotel is average, neither good nor bad. It's a bit old, and you have to climb stairs to get to the lobby, which is a bit of a workout. It's clean enough, but the bathroom is a bit small, making it hard to turn around.

It is in an excellent location, 3 min walk from JR station. The staff are friendly and professional. The room is clean and neat. The breakfast is healthy. I definitely will stay again.
The cleanliness exceeded my expectations; the room was practically spotless.
The room size was also worth the 380 yuan per night price.
The breakfast selection was limited, but the taste was acceptable, about average.
The main drawback of the hotel is its proximity to the tram lines, resulting in frequent tram noise between 6 am and midnight, making it somewhat noisy.
It was very conveniently located near the station. I went to Toyama Kaya to visit my grandson in Komaoka. My grandson was crying so loudly that we had to stay in a separate room.
I'm retired now and enjoying a relaxed stay, but I often use this hotel for business trips.
I've stayed at Toyoko Inn hotels all over the country.
It was close to the station and the rooms were a little larger than other business hotels.
This Japanese hotel has good access from Seoul Station and is also great value for money, so I've stayed here many times!
There's a CU next door, so I'm happy that I can quickly go shopping even late at night.

My only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small.
I would give higher rating if the room is slightly bigger. I can't open my 28 inch luggage at all actually. The service was great, this hotel is one of the very few hotel that entertain my special request for towel art since this is my honeymoon trip
I just stayed one night, but so far everything is satisfy. The art room is beautiful as well.

Probably my mistake that I did not cross check when identifying pax per room and I was requested to pay extra JPY12000 and finally I paid after some questions. Incredible hotel. Lovely staff that were super helpful, very comfortable rooms and lots of free amenities, they had everything you could possibly need.

I stayed here for one night! There's a convenience store on the first floor, which was super handy. It's also really close to the station, so transportation was excellent! I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.
The room is very small. It's just about okay for one person, but at 700 RMB, the price is incomparable to what you'd get domestically.
I had a very comfortable stay. I loved that you could choose your pillow, although the one in the room was already perfectly comfortable. The pajamas were also great, not stiff or uncomfortable at all. The only downside was that breakfast was extremely crowded, probably because it's so popular. I think it would be even better if the dining area felt a bit more spacious.
