Pension Twilight in Nasu

Staying at Twilight is worth the trip to NasuShiobara. This is one of the best vegetarian meals in Japan. Vegetables are fresh, crisp, cooked with "savoir-faire". Wine is cheap. Owners are really nice. We will be back
Jazz lovers will love the smooth relaxing atmosphere, Miles Davis, Bill Evans, Sarah Vaughan.
Twilight is kids friendly. Plenty of toys to play with. Plenty of mangas to read too

Last year, my whole family and I stayed here twice! It's the best place! It's especially great for families! I stayed here with my family, cousins, and grandparents. We all sang karaoke 🎤 all day long in the "Hatchake" room! (I played the drums 🥁.)
The room with manga and novels on the second floor is also perfect for killing time! And if you forget your cards before your stay, don't worry. There's UNO and ♣️ cards ♠️ on the shelf next to the book room, so it's no problem! There's a bath in the room, but I recommend the open-air bath just to the left after entering the pension. By the way, the owner is a former band member and guitarist 🎸, and he played guitar at dinner. I used to play drums, so we had a great time chatting (lol). Apparently, the food is sourced from a farm near the pension. There were also chickens 🐓 that crowed in the morning. Both the night and the morning were luxurious and delicious.
I would recommend everyone to come and stay with your family, significant other, friends, or even colleagues, as I think you'll have a great time! In fact, please stay!

This has become a tradition for my family. It's always reserved for three families!
When you enter the door, you're greeted by the aroma of aromatic fragrances and a warm welcome from the couple. (^^) You'll find yourself saying, "I'm back! Thank you for your patronage today!" (^^) They serve detox meals, using carefully selected ingredients, including the dressing.
They reopen as a bar at 9 p.m.
The bar is the perfect place for a light snack, with drinks, snacks, pasta, rice balls, and more. ✨
In the corner of the dining room is a nostalgic Famicom. ✨
There are so many cassettes, I can't help but get addicted. lol
And there's a small building next door!
It's called the Hachake Room. 🎵
Perhaps it was the owner, who's in a band, who came up with the idea? There's a drummer, keyboard, and amp, plus a large screen!

Overall, this is a clean, relaxing pension that's worth staying in for more than just one night.

The comfortable atmosphere was wonderful. It was fantastic that they had a wide range of toys, picture books, and baby supplies available, ensuring that children of any age, from one year old upwards, regardless of gender, could have a comfortable stay. The food was also excellent, just as other reviewers have mentioned.

The bar time also offered plenty of service, allowing guests to enjoy retro games to their heart's content. Beyond that, there were family baths, a karaoke room, and more—it was clear that they constantly considered the comfort of their guests. This is truly a place I would want to stay again and again.

This pension offers just the right amount of relaxation. The road entrance can be hard to find, so be careful. Surrounded by forest. It's incredibly quiet, and you'll forget the hustle and bustle! The loft-equipped room was beautiful. Those who don't like hard beds might not be able to enjoy it.
The food is suitable for vegetarians, too. The course meals are small but filling. The rice is organic, chewy, and delicious. The chicken is tender and filling. Alcohol is available for an additional fee, with a wide selection including local beer and wine.
The bath is large enough for about six people, hot enough for children, and has a convenient step. It's also nice that the bar opens at 9 a.m. The wife's personality and customer service are highly praised, with a gentle, motherly vibe! The husband worked diligently in the kitchen. This pension offers service that matches its price. Anyone from young people to those in their 40s is sure to enjoy it!
