Hotel Epinard Nasu, Nasu1 / 29
8.5
Kanto region, Nasu, 1 Takakuhei, 325-0302 Nasu, uezd Nasu, Prefektura Totigi, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
I like the atmosphere at the hotel. and conveniences The restaurant is very good, with a buffet both in the evening and in the morning. Will come back to use the service again next time.
The hotel is large! I remembered having to walk about 5 mins after parking all the back at the back of the carpark. There's so many good things about the hotel. I will just highlight 3 things
Firstly the variety of the food at the buffet restaurant was awesome and so tasty. Secondly the facilities were amazing - indoor heated pool, games room, a shop that sells local produce, launderette etc
Thirdly, there were evening entertainment with a singer belting out Xmas carols. The hotel was at full capacity with local Japanese which is a huge tell-tale sign of how good the hotel is
It gets crowded during meal times, so it's best to plan ahead. It was convenient to be able to use the room card to shop within the hotel. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, so I think it was good
The environment is excellent, the service is great, and there are many activities to participate in at the hotel. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel, nice breakfast.
I stayed here 7 years ago on a business trip, and this time I stayed here it was still as clean and tidy as before. The front desk has added a machine for check-in and check-out, which is very convenient
The transportation location is very close to Shin-Shirakawa station, just a few minutes walk. The girl at the front desk was very patient and friendly. I am considering staying here next month
The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and there was a parking lot nearby, which was convenient.
The rooms are nice and well appointed. The breakfast provided is satisfactory.
Second time staying, still so clean and so small.

Amazing stay here! This chain is just very good In Japan! Staffs are excellent and room condition is very clean and neat. Will definitely visit again if in the area
The breakfast spread was huge and the food excellent! My only regret was that I only stayed one night. Will definitely be back again for longer when I get the chance
Excellent will come back and stay Mecure Nasu again. Lots of activity for kids and have an excellent free bar.
The train was out of services. The outside area was pretty good and basically made the whole staying worth
Grand Mercure Nasu Highland is a wonderful stay! I loved the panoramic mountain views and the unlimited soft-serve ice cream at the breakfast buffet 🍦 The washing machines were clean and convenient, and the strong, high-quality hairdryer was definitely a favorite
I booked one night at the hotel as a waypoint for my onward trip to Yamagata from Narita. I was pretty blown away by the surroundings and the view of the mountains provided by the rooms

Brand new hotel with 360 view of Mt Nasu on 7/F onsen floor. Food is good with creative menu.
Dinner is ok but not the great one. Onsen is good.
The open-air bath was amazing. The room was modern, and the tableware and paintings were lovely. I'd like to use it again.
The hot spring was a spacious open-air bath overlooking the Nasu Five Mountains, and there was also a carbon bath, so I was able to relax. The food was also delicious, with original dishes made using local ingredients.
The baths were clean and very nice, but since the men's and women's baths are switched, I wish they had designed them with different atmospheres
It's a waste to have the baths in exactly the same design, just in different locations

The best onsen in Nasu area. The staffs is always ready to welcome u on arrival, they provide very friendly hospitality. The traditional Japanese dinner js superb!
Wonderful Sake Brewery tour with lunch and sake tasting. Owner of the company gave us the tour. We took a train there from Kyoto and it was a very nice day.
I enjoyed the snowy hot springs. The bath is almost reserved (Omicron is increasing), and the private room for meals. Towels are always available in the bath, so it was good to have them at any time
The soup is good. The service is OK. Actually, it all depends on the waiter. Overall it's good and the free massage chair is very comfortable
Very good hotel, hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future!
Traditional japanese dinner and breakfast was super. Traditional rooms also super experience. Onsens bery beautiful in autumn colors. So as part of a japan trip i would include this hotel

My friend's family and I stayed here for a golf trip, occupying two rooms for a total of four people. We were extremely satisfied with everything: the meals, guest rooms, views, facilities, and of course, the golf course
If I had a couple of minor suggestions, it would be great if bath towels were available in the communal bath, and if the washbasin faucet in the room were designed to prevent water from splashing and pooling around it
The course meal truly impressed me with its creative and thoughtful preparation of vegetables and fruits, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was the perfect hotel for someone like me looking for a quiet, solo retreat
For dinner, I worried the half-course Italian might not be enough, but it was incredibly authentic, the portions were generous, and absolutely delicious! We visited on a golf package, and the course was very strategic and challenging, yet extremely fun
We stayed here for a golf trip and were pleasantly surprised! The dining was fantastic, the rooms were lovely, the hot springs were incredibly relaxing, and the service was top-notch
It's a little far from the highway exit, but that wasn't an issue and it's perfect for those traveling by car

Hotel Floracion Nasu, Nasu1 / 26
8.1
Kanto region, Nasu, 1796 Takakuhei 🧭 Map
I felt the food was a little lacking, not in quantity but in quality. I think it's good for a young family, but how about a 50-year-old couple?
It's located on a hilltop in a vast ranch. And yet, we were able to use the hotel's hot springs and power outlets, so there's nothing to complain about
I'm really glad I camped here for my first time. Most of the guests were in campervans, and their manners were excellent, and I'd like to emulate them in the future. I'd like to return again in the future
There was no alcohol in the vending machine near the bath, but I did find juice, ice, and an ice maker. It's best to assume that you won't be able to purchase alcohol and snacks locally
The location is also excellent as a base for sightseeing in Nasu Highlands. Cooking outside the vehicle is prohibited, but awnings are allowed
Plots are on a first-come, first-served basis on the day, so specific lots cannot be specified when making a reservation. However, due to the high number of users, there are many ruts and puddles can form on rainy days

Wellness Forest NASU, Nasu1 / 30

The facility has a historic feel, but the service is good. There's a convenience store near the lobby, which is convenient.
I thought it might be a little late, but I went to see the autumn leaves in Nasu, and since I was there, I decided to stay overnight. So, I stayed at Wellness Forest Nasu
Perhaps the timing was good, as I was able to enjoy the private bath and also soak in the large public bath, both indoors and outdoors, to soothe my fatigue
Overall, I had a good impression of the bath (private reservations available), dining room, staff, and cost
This time, a friend introduced me to the hotel and I stayed there, and I was very pleased.
It wasn't new, but it seemed well maintained and was a comfortable place to stay.

The food was delicious and the staff were excellent; my partner has quite a few allergies, the allergens of which tend to unfortunately appear quite often in traditional kaiseki style dishes, but the staff were very careful to offer substitutes for the dishes she was allergic to
This Onsen hotel may be small but the staff tried the very best to assist you. The traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast were fantastic
The Onsen was also really good - they would also allocate a private timeslot for you to enjoy some solo time
Very good place for rest after hiking in the mountains
An old-style hot spring hotel with good service
The food and hotel service was good.

located hillside, excellent view from room and lobby, should be recent refurnish, cozy ID vibe and love the tone and cleanliness. the restaurant staff is very friendly, had a fine dining dinner and worth the value
Good service, staff friendly..morover all amenities are available
bath Only the open-air bath is a cloudy sulfur spring, and the temperature and atmosphere were very good. The indoor bath is not a hot spring, but it is cleaned properly and has a clean feeling
As for the much-debated French dinner: it was fine! Yes, it features cold dishes, which might not suit all palates, but I understood the concept. Personally, I'd recommend it in a heartbeat
After solo hikingin the peak fall colors, relaxing here with a hot spring and a French meal for just around ¥30,000 for two nights was a steal. At this price point, it's incredible value
suprise morning breakfast buffer is alot more nicer than dinner. onsen is very great, with outdoor onsen, may not suitable for senior as you need to walk down the stair

After being shown to my seat, I was immediately asked what I wanted to drink, which I wondered why, even though I hadn't even looked at the menu. I guess most people order beer. I wanted sake, so I asked to wait a bit
Dinner was different from what I expected, and it wasn't busy, so a room without meals or breakfast would have been enough. I had high expectations because I booked a room with an open-air bath
The hotel's main entrance felt small, but once inside, the interior was very open and spacious. A senior staff member greeted me with a smile. The check-in process was quick and efficient
Since the alcohol was good, I wish they'd offered it as an option, or offered complimentary beer
The toilet and sink were separate, and there was a shower room just before the open-air bath, so even if there were other guests, there was no need to worry about running into each other
This was the first time I used a travel coupon after the COVID-19 pandemic. From there, my love for hot spring trips was sparked, and I still enjoy hot spring trips almost every month

) The food was the best part of the experience. The portions were huge, but both breakfast and dinner were so delicious and carefully prepared that we felt bad we couldn't finish them
It's easily accessible from the highway. The room didn't have any special amenities, but it was well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. The food was mostly homemade and delicious
Family of four (ages 2 and 5) Stayed in September 2025 The price was reasonable, the reviews were good, and we'd been staying in hotels a lot recently, so we chose this pension. I'm very satisfied with our stay
Even the plumbing fixtures, which can be a bit of a concern, have been replaced with newer ones, giving the impression that they have kept the good things while also updating them
I used to come here every year on family trips when I was a child, and even as a child I had fond memories of it being a great place, so when we went on our recent trip to Nasu, we decided to visit for the first time in 20 years
There was a wide selection of food, each one carefully prepared. You could feel the attention to detail and warmth in the dishes, and everything was delicious. I was very satisfied with both the hospitality and the food
