LiVEMAX RESORT KAWAJI in Nikko

We booked a room with beds. But there was only mattress and blankets. There were no even shower in the room.

Public bath place was good. But there was so many garbage’s surround the public bath place.

Very bad smell in the toilet in the room, and corridors also.

There was a mountain view behind the window. But ugly to see there because of dirty windows and balcony .

Very dirty room with dusty. So many damages and color shades of walls.

Whole the night was so loud from next room, may be drunken people. But we couldn’t inform to the reception. Because of there was not a phone to connect the reception.

If there has some emergency situation, should have a telephone line to connect with hotel staff. But at least no phone line in rooms of the hotel.

It was the worst night we were in a hotel in Japan !

私たちはベッド付きの部屋を予約しましたが、実際にはマットレスと毛布しかありませんでした。部屋にはシャワーさえありませんでした。

大浴場の施設自体は良かったのですが、大浴場の周りにはたくさんのゴミが散らかっていました。

部屋のトイレや廊下にはとても悪臭がしました。

窓の外には山の景色が見えましたが、窓やバルコニーが汚れていて見苦しかったです。

部屋はほこりっぽく、とても汚れていました。壁には多くの傷や色あせがありました。

夜通し隣の部屋がとても騒がしく、おそらく酔った人たちでした。しかしフロントに連絡することができませんでした。なぜなら、部屋にフロントへつながる電話がなかったからです。

緊急時のためにも、ホテルスタッフと連絡できる電話回線が必要だと思います。しかし、少なくともこのホテルの部屋には電話がありませんでした。

日本のホテルで過ごした中で、最悪の一夜でした！
