My second time stayed at this hotel. Location is good just west 1 exit at Tenjin station for 5 min but needed to walk stairs unless you exited via departmental store to ground floor but needed to cross traffic light! Room is ok but still small even I booked a double large bed room via trips.com ( I doubted the hotel didn’t aware of it but gave me a regular double room! Don’t add breakfast as it is just a set and small!

It's roughly a 5-minute walk from the airport subway station, and very close to Parco, Tenjin Underground Shopping Center, and various trendy restaurants. Nakasu is a little further away, but overall, the location is quite convenient. The room was generally clean, but the facilities were noticeably dated. While some of the finer details of cleanliness were lacking, it was generally acceptable.

The overall experience is pleasant. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to the many public transportation stations.

We stayed the hotel for 3 nights. We caught the subway train from Fukuoka airport to station Tenjin, West 1 exit is closest to the hotel, only few minutiae walk. A lot of restaurants and convenient shops around. We stayed in double room and super small, recommended to stay in twin room, the size is much bigger. The staffs are friendly. It has coffee machine in lobby provided to guests for free which is bonus. Overall experience is great.

The hotel staff are polite and well conversed in English. The breakfast quality is on average which you may prefer trying the food outside after one or two days. The room is quite small if you are with kids and the room is quite hot. The ventilation should have room for improvement. The location is fantastic, within 5 mins walking distance to train station and lots of shopping malls nearby.
