The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It's also not far from Fukuoka Tower.

When I booked, Trip.com recommended this hotel as the number one in Fukuoka for food, so I didn't hesitate to book it. If you're attending a concert at PayPay Dome, honestly, don't bother staying anywhere else! The walkway shown in picture five leads directly to gate 7 in just five minutes. There's also a FamilyMart right next door – a lifesaver in winter! Seriously, while others are lining up for transport, I'm already checking in! I had enough time to drop off my stuff, relax, and then go for dinner when the crowds...

The environment and service here are top-notch, making for an excellent experience. It's a 20-minute walk to Fukuoka Tower and Seaside Momochi Park. Plus, there are direct bus routes from Hakata and Tenjin right to the hotel's doorstep. Definitely lives up to its reputation as the second-largest Hilton globally!

Room size and location were our main criteria. Very good for both. Very clean and well maintained hotel; but it is showing its age, esp the room/bathroom. Only one plug at each bed; no usb plugs anywhere. Bring an extension and/or plugs. Also, only two-prong plugs accepted; bring an adapter. The breakfast buffet was average. The famous Fukuoka-baguette wasn't to my liking ... so I cut out all the fillings...

It's not very cheap, and it's an old capsule. I think the large public bath is nice. I chose the Royal Capsule, but I didn't really understand what was so royal about it. You can't bring in food or drinks, it's a hassle to go out, and there are many other things that make it difficult to use.

This hotel is pretty standard for a cheap Japanese business hotel experience, so no complaints about the amenities, but they still use physical keys for the hotel rooms, and they ask that you leave the key with the front desk every time you leave the hotel which is pretty annoying.

Service: The hotel let me leave my suitcase with them both before and after check-in and check-out. They let me use their glue which I needed for something. A small thing, but appreciated. Clean, quiet, and tidy. Very close to the subway station. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right outside, as well as another old-school grocery store. Not recommended. The main reason is the inconvenient location. It's about a kilometer walk to the Tenjin area, and the subway station is in an awkward spot. The hotel is part of the canal city shopping mall and also has a direct lift access to B1 of the mall. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from Hakata train station., alternatively one can take a train for 1 station on the nanakuma line and there is still a dedicated exit sheltered to the mall.

Great location! You can access Canal City directly from the basement, and there are many restaurants nearby, close to the shopping street and the subway station. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old. You only get mineral water and a late checkout until 12 PM if you're a member. A definite plus: they have a laundry room! 👍

This hotel is located in Nakasu, right in front of the famous yatai (food stalls), making it incredibly convenient for late-night snacks. Nearby, you'll also find the 24-hour Ichiran Ramen main store and Don Quijote.

This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station's Chikushi exit. The room was a bit small, but you can store your luggage there. The room was extremely small for a couple to share. Not enough space for luggage. Only one coffee shop, no other restaurant or lounge. No room service. No bedside lights for reading. Room only have green tea bags, no red or black tea bags. Almost all employees at Front Desk don’t speak English, hard to get information or communication in finding out places to go. As far as accommodation goes in Fukuoka, this is one of our favourites. Excellent location, great hospitality from staff and the best part is how spacious the room was!
