Love the Hilton everytime I go. I stay there from time to time to get refreshed.
The hotel is located near the sea. Far from the downtown. The room was clean. It's good by the way.
Far from city. But still mall nearby. Not convenient if not drive. Room is super small.
very welcome, kindness, patient, respectful. Location near by momochi seaside beach
The staff is Very accommodating the food is so good specially breakfast and ilove the place specially the chapel 😇🙏🥰
Hotel is big and nearly beach. Breakfast is good. Room is clean. In the future I will definitely come back to stay here again.

Everything was great except for one issue: the bed doesn’t have proper power outlets. Each bed only has one USB and one Type-C socket, and the Type-C port at my bed didn't work, making it hard to charge my devices. More power outlets in the rooms would be helpful for charging electronics.
There feel good during my stay, except i felt not comfortable is too much of mildew around the wall, ceiling in shower rooms. And part of toilet at 4/F part of them not function properly eg : the cover of toilet only open n close by hand ; no water after used.
You should check out every day, even if your reservation spans a few days. It's especially suggested for solo travelers with minimal luggage.
The hostel gives sense of loneliness. Not cosy at all. Showers have stinky smell. Not super clean. and the main disadvantage if you are staying more than 1 day - is to leave everyday at 11am. Can’t use shower and sleep late. And can only be back at 4pm. So inconvenient. If you are planning to stay 2 or more days - I don’t recommend this place.
Best hotel location which is so near to train station. The only downside are that my capsule is located near the water pump which is noisy during shower peak hour and bed sheets are not changed daily. Suspect that even that only 1 change for my 5 nights did not happen as my bedsheets have a hole on the left and it is the same on 3rd night Loved their pillow, wonder what brand is it and where can I...
Accommodation in Fukuoka can be quite expensive, so a capsule hotel is a great option for solo travelers. Men and women are housed on separate floors with separate elevators, which provided a strong sense of security. The sleeping pods are on a separate floor from the luggage storage, washrooms, and toilets. While the lockers, washrooms, and toilets are conveniently clustered on one floor, this multi...

The hotel is good and the location is convenient, but we are disappointed with the welcomeness we received. We drove to the hotel, no one greeting or assisting at the drop off area, security was ignoring check in guest and asking to move our car away, the bell boy desk staff was chatting without coming out to assist until requested, front desk staff was professional but not a warm welcome. The hotel...
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right by Canal City and not too far from the airport. The breakfast was incredibly generous. My only minor complaint would be the price, which was a little on the expensive side, but honestly, there's nothing else to fault.
We stayed for two nights, and both the room and bathroom were very spacious. The location was incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and drinks, with Ichiran Ramen also just a short walk away. I accidentally left my mouse and facial cleanser behind, but when I returned, the staff went above and beyond to help me find them. Truly outstanding service!
While the hotel clearly shows its age, the service and location are still excellent. It has a distinct 'old money' vibe. We paid extra to upgrade to a twin room, which offered a much better view and a larger space. The pool was uncrowded and very clean. If you're visiting with children, please note that you'll need to reserve a slot for the pool one day in advance.
The Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is situated in the heart of Hakata, offering a tranquil retreat despite its convenient, central location. Rooms boast stunning city or harbor views. The standout feature is **Club Olympus**, the executive lounge, which offers exquisite all-day dining services. From freshly prepared breakfasts and afternoon tea to evening cocktail hours, the quality is consistently exceptional...
The overall service was excellent, even surpassing the service attitudes I've experienced at 5-star hotels in Osaka. My only minor feedback is that the hotel is a bit dated; a renovation would make it truly perfect, and I'd be willing to pay a slightly higher price afterward. The sole disappointment was the hotel's swimming pool. While advance reservations were required (which we diligently made throughout...

Small room but very convenient location Right next to Hakata station and a convenience store with lot of restaurants around. Quick check in and out... I may consider staying again Shopping centres are right by the Hotel so everything is quite accessible via walking. it is great if travel on a budget and just wish to have a room to stay the night
Convenient location to a major bus/train station. The room is small but probably on par with area hotels. Extremely nice staff, although there was not an English speaker available at the front desk when we checked in. Plenty of room amenities (fabric deodorizer, razors, smart phone) and the leave extra towels, etc. if you put up a do not disturb sign.
This hotel is located in the heart of Hakata City. I had a one night stay in this hotel during my transit. Best part about the hotel is the location as there is many convenience stores, coffee shop like starbucks, restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Even though the rooms were small, but it was well maintained and very comfortable. Clean toilets and silent corridors is much appreciated. Hotel staff...
Nice place very close to Hakata station. The staff is really nice and very helpful. Do not hesitate to go to this hotel.
This hotel is conveniently located outside JR Hakata station. Staff can speak conversational English. The room is cozy aka small. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean enough. While I stayed at a non-smoking floor, some parts smell of cigarettes (I blame the guests, not the hotel). My floor, 5th, has a vending machine and is convenient. Breakfast at the ground floor restaurant has a very tasty breakfast...

Convince location. Right on the top of the Canal Shopping mall.
Recommended for stay and located in between Hakata station and tenjin
It is in canal city shopping mall. Entrance is quite hard to find. Good for 1-2 nights stay. Rooms are considered acceptable for Japan standard.
A good location for shopping and nightlife and convenient for travel with a near Metro station and also quite near Hakata Station. The room was a bit dated and I'm not sure about their cleaning policy. If companies are going to claim to do certain practices (not change bedding) due to environmental concerns, then these should be joined up. Plenty of single use plastics for instance. Also feel Japanese...
Centrally located in Fukuoka right inside Canal City shopping mall. Easy walking distance to street stall food and numerous restaurants. Parking was in the mall parking lot and you'll need to walk up stairs and take escalators to get to the check-in lobby. Rooms are a bit dated with a small bathroom. We would probably try another hotel next time around.
All things is good ,but inside the bathroom there is no things you have to come to near reception to brings things like brush, comb ....etc
The location is GREAT! It is actually in the Canal City Shopping Center, all you need to do is catch the elevator from your room floor right down to the mall. The room was very clean.

This hotel is at perfect location which is only steps away from the Hakata station. There are two Family Marts and one Seven Eleven nearby, and lots of shopping malls and restaurants for one to choose. Location is excellent. Just a 5 min walk to Hakata Station and Lawson. If you are renting a car, Toyota-Rent-a-Car is just opposite it. We booked a room for three people and the room was rather spacious with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed.
So Convenient to Hakata station, Room is clean and comfortable , a lot of restaurants nearby. Will stay again definitely.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, the location is a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station, and there are lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. I would recommend it to my friends if they stay in Fukuoka.
-Excellent location few mins walk to the train station. Lots of nearby bars, restaurants and convenience stores. -Rooms are clean and typically sized for a Japanese hotel in the city. -Staffs can speak some English and are helpful - we had no issues with the self check in machine. -Excellent value for money.

Service was great, and room is clean, but the building and it's room definitely shows it's age.
Compared to a UK station it’s amazing. Compared to other Japanese stations such as Shin-Osaka it’s just very good. Great food options and as a station has great connections and friendly staff

Great location right near to the subway and many eateries. Staff were friendly and helpful, and definitely no complaints about the room. Appreciate the weighing scale too! Which let us make sure that our bags were not overweight. 😄
Great location, close to metro station. Walking distance to several tourist spots.
i think the location is fair, and services is very good. room is clean and bed is new.
Our hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, making it super easy to get around. You'll find a mini-mart, coffee shop, and restaurants right nearby, plus the train station is just a stone's throw away. Our triple rooms are wonderfully spacious and comfortable – absolutely perfect!

After reading some of the reviews, I was initially worried the hotel's facilities would be quite poor and that it wouldn't be great overall. However, once I actually arrived, I realized you really shouldn't get too fixated on negative online comments. There were at least 10 staff members in the lobby greeting guests, a diverse team including Japanese staff. The service felt largely five-star, despite...
Prefect location, just a short walk (3 minutes) from Hakata Station. Excellent service, front desk check in is quick , club lounge staff very helpful. If the hotel have a swimming pool will be nice .
Unlike some other reviews mentioning poor service, I found the hotel's location to be absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The rooms are also quite spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel. Stepping out of the lobby, if you turn right and cross the main road, about 50-60 meters down, you'll find bus stops for routes 300, 301, and 44. A quick 4-5 stop ride will take...
Rooms with king beds come in two layouts, but the actual floor area is identical; the only difference is the bed's orientation. The bathroom is quite small, and due to the confined space, a slight odor tends to linger after using the toilet. The Executive Lounge offers a decent breakfast, enough to tide you over. However, both the afternoon tea and happy hour selections are quite basic, though it's...

I stayed here on my previous trip as well. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to Hakata Station, Canal City, and several popular bakeries (the ones with queues!). The room size is decent enough for two people. Upon check-in, we received complimentary capsule coffee, which we could prepare ourselves using the in-room machine.
The room was larger than I expected, with enough space for my 28-inch suitcase. There's also a hot spring bath on the top floor. The location is fantastic, very close to Hakata Station, about a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious, with small, clean, and neatly presented Japanese-style dishes. My only minor disappointment was that the sea urchin rice had already run out.
The room wasn't overly spacious; while the twin beds could be pushed together, we could barely open our 28-inch suitcase by the wall due to limited space. Location-wise, it's fantastic for subway users, with the station entrance right outside the hotel. However, for those focused on shopping, it's somewhat inconveniently situated between Hakata and Tenjin, meaning it's not truly close to either major...
Extremely convenient close to many drugstores, famous breakfast, bread stores, Canal city, Hakata station.
It’s one of the best hotels in Fukuoka! The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is perfect, it closes to few big shopping malls and you don’t need to worry about finding food or shopping. I will definitely go back there again.

Love our room, very spacious for a Japanese hotel. Comes with almost everything, especially the washer with dryer. I used it everyday, done with laundry before I was back to home country.
Great location in between tengin underground shopping and canal with nearby amenities. Buses to hakata station. Decent stay, slightly smaller rooms but great shower
The hotel location was excellent. Bus stops right in front. Only 4 stops to Hakata Station by bus. Room size was great for Japanese standard. The in-room washer was a big plus. I will come back to stay again.
Clean and spacious room located in trendy Tenjin. In-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. Check in and check out was completely fuss-free. Breakfast selection was small but the food was delicious and good quality. Food tray should be returned to the wire rack at the middle after dining. Recommend using exit 3 instead of exit 6 for heavy luggage as exit 3 has an up escalator.
Decent room size and has all that is required for a comfortable stay. 500 m away from Hakata City and near to Tenji Underground shopping mall.
Great Value for money, large rooms and great location. Walking distance between three metro stations and plenty of good restaurants.

It's not very cheap, and it's an old capsule. I think the large public bath is nice. I chose the Royal Capsule, but I didn't really understand what was so royal about it. You can't bring in food or drinks, it's a hassle to go out, and there are many other things that make it difficult to use.
First, the bad points: There is a simple air conditioner, but it only creates a very gentle breeze. So, even though it was still April, it was hot inside the capsule. There was a wooden slatted floor under the futon, but it was really hard. I woke up several times in the middle of the night. The volume knob on the TV was broken and I couldn't adjust it. There are toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom...
It's located just a short walk from Hakata Station, so access is pretty good. It is typical of capsule hotels that you take off your shoes at the entrance and check in at the front desk. Since it's a capsule hotel, I was a little worried that it might feel cramped, but since it was a royal private room plan, I had my own desk and was able to spend a very relaxing time. The public bath was also quite...
This is my first time using it. Fukuoka has also seen an increase in inbound tourists, making it difficult to secure last-minute accommodation. Even if it was empty, it was much more expensive than usual. In the meantime, choose this one. This is probably the third time I've used capsules in my life. (The first time was a connected room, and the second time was a private room.) Although it was a little...
the shower has great water power and the temperature control is excellent. although the English speaking level of the staff is not very good, the response and attitude are very efficient and positive.
The amenities were essential. The liquor was also placed in a small bottle so it was easy to use and useful. The room was good and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The correspondence of the owners of the hotel was also polite and comfortable. Check in was late so I wanted to come early and relax lol

The hotel is very minimalistic but the location is excellent. The public bath is also quite enjoyable. However for families, remember that Nakasu is a night club/karaoke area at night!
The location of the hotel is prefect just few mins walk to the station. The room is not too small when compared with other hotels in Japan. However the toilet is small and they only provide the room cleaning service once in five night stay.
The hotel is not very big, but it has great service.
Great location and onsen on top floor is awesome, open until 2am. Bed wasn’t the comfiest and washroom is small. But use the onsen daily to bathe and life is good.
Great location. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.
The room was excellent, and the rooftop hot spring bath was a fantastic bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke great English, even patiently understanding my rather poor Japanese. Very nice hotel, everything is 5/5, I have only had one night stay before flight, being close to bus terminal is very nice
