The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It's also not far from Fukuoka Tower.

When I booked, Trip.com recommended this hotel as the number one in Fukuoka for food, so I didn't hesitate to book it. However, when it came to breakfast, I was truly disappointed and felt quite let down: ① The coffee was the worst I've had in any hotel in Japan. ② There was a lack of substantial dishes; only one salmon dish could be considered so, but it tasted really bad. ③ Almost all the dishes...

If you're attending a concert at PayPay Dome, honestly, don't bother staying anywhere else! The walkway shown in picture five leads directly to gate 7 in just five minutes. There's also a FamilyMart right next door – a lifesaver in winter! Seriously, while others are lining up for transport, I'm already checking in! I had enough time to drop off my stuff, relax, and then go for dinner when the crowds...

The environment and service here are top-notch, making for an excellent experience. It's a 20-minute walk to Fukuoka Tower and Seaside Momochi Park. Plus, there are direct bus routes from Hakata and Tenjin right to the hotel's doorstep. Definitely lives up to its reputation as the second-largest Hilton globally!

Overall, the hotel is excellent. It's an older property, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it's still very clean. The location is super convenient for shopping and going to the beach, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. Highly recommend.

The hotel is right next to the subway, making it super convenient to get to Tenjin, Canal City, and Hakata Station – just a maximum of 3 stops away. Plus, there's a bus stop across the street with direct service to Fukuoka Tower. The room was quite spacious for Japan, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases.

As far as accommodation goes in Fukuoka, this is one of our favourites. Excellent location, great hospitality from staff and the best part is how spacious the room was! Now, this hotel has been around for a while and had been renovated but despite evreything, we just loved the overall package. Even the shower was so powerful you probably thought you were bathing at Nachi Waterfalls! 😁

I had a great stay at Miyako Hotel Hakata. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, which made getting around Fukuoka very easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and daily housekeeping kept it spotlessly clean. Located in the Fukuoka Port area, it's about a 35-40 minute drive to the city center. Free parking is available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The space in the queen room was decent, fitting two suitcases comfortably. The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop just a few dozen meters away, and Hakata Station is a short walk further. The staff were friendly, though their English might be a bit limited as they used a translator.

very normal hotel and maybe a bit old. fixed bed lamps and women's onsen shelf doors are tilted. onsen hair dryer is also not of high quality. there is no lounge or desks to work in both the lobby and the bedroom so might not be suitable for business trips. im not sure why the rating is so high because nothing particularly stood out to me.

I booked the smallest room and I was surprised how functional it was! It had everything you would need. The staff and the hotel were all great. Breakfast was variable. The only drawback is that the window doesn't open and it is not transparent, so some light goes in, but it is impossible even to see outside, let alone get fresh air.

I realized at the last minute that I had made a mistake and booked the wrong room, so I contacted the hotel and they accommodated by upgrading my room. Best thing about the hotel is probably the onsen at the basement of the main building. Mostly Japanese and Koreans gentlemen when I visit the onsen. Booking the main building is better so you don't have to walk for the onsen. Room in main building is only a few dollars more. Room is pretty big for 1 pax, enough space to open luggage beside the bed. Otherwise, pretty standard fare. Only bad thing...

We had checked in to Hokke Clud Hotel2 times during this vacation. We love the facilities provided, breakfast is really nice and we are looking forward our buffet breakfast every morning. Surrounded by Koreans, the hotel boasts an excellent location with many unique restaurants nearby. There are also Fukuoka's famous 'yatai' (food stalls) right outside the hotel on the street, though unfortunately, there's always a wait whenever I try to go.

Despite the small size, the hotel is within walking distance of the Fukuoka domestic airport. Also, their helpful staff speak good English! Perfect for foreigners!

The room we stayed was quite small. With a double bed inside the room, there was hardly any room for us to move around. The room was smelly and I suspect they do not clean it too often. It was definitely not worth the price we paid for. We also asked for changing to a twin room but it could not be entertained.

This hotel, located in the Hakata Station area, offers a shuttle bus service that takes about half an hour to reach the property. However, it's important to note that on weekdays, there are only a few scheduled trips to the hotel. On holidays, the free round-trip shuttle runs all day, approximately once an hour. During my stay, which was on a weekday, only the 10 AM and 11 AM shuttle buses were available...

Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else about the hotel was good. It was clean and hygienic, and conveniently located close to the Tenjin shopping district, within walking distance. There were also plenty of dining options nearby.

This has to be the best hotel in Fukuoka ! The room is super spacious and beautiful. Love their in room breakfast. The view was breathtaking. They do provide lounge are as complimentary every night from 8p.m-11p.m too and it's free flow alcohol and snacks. The front desk are helpful and friendly. Very spacious room, nice lounge with free drinks in the afternoon and evening, lots of different alcohol to try out. There are small snacks in the evening and self made udon at 22:00. Free parking and paid onsen nearby. The staffs are all super nice and helpful, we feel very comfortable staying there. The location is deserted but free shuttle buses are available.

A hotel with an uncommon concept. However, the equipment isn't very smooth. The staff doesn't speak English.

Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, but the hotel is looking a bit tired (compared to 10 years ago when we stayed previously). Lighting in rooms is poor and the beds are simply old and worn out. Shuttle bus into Hakata is useful but the schedule is pretty limited and whilst the railway across the road is an alternative, there probably are better options closer to town.

I stayed here for two nights during the Fukuoka Dome concert. I left Haneda at night and left the airport after 10:30pm. It said that check-in was until 11pm, so I called the hotel and they told me that I could check in until midnight, and that there was a side entrance after that. The room price is not expensive and the hotel facilities are generally a bit like an older hotel.

The best thing is that the surrounding area is not crowded. It's quiet and everything is nearby. There is a super cheap supermarket, Don Quijote, Sushiro, and Yume Town a little further away. The hotel's facilities are a bit old, but if you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel that's not crowded, this is the best. There is a subway 5 minutes away, so access to the city is easy.
