Also, the view of Fukuoka Tower and Mochihama from your room is very beautiful, which makes you want to stay here again
Love the Hilton everytime I go. I stay there from time to time to get refreshed.
When checking in, I thought the front desk was okay. However, I was impressed by the attitude of the young woman at the front desk to listen to the story
Hotel is big and nearly beach. Breakfast is good. Room is clean. In the future I will definitely come back to stay here again.
I go to Hakata every year to visit Dazaifu Tenmangu Temple, but this was my first stay at the Hilton. Nice hotel with a lot of space. The view from the room was also outstanding on the ocean
The staff is Very accommodating the food is so good specially breakfast and ilove the place specially the chapel 😇🙏🥰

While the hotel clearly shows its age, the service and location are still excellent. It has a distinct 'old money' vibe. We paid extra to upgrade to a twin room, which offered a much better view and a larger space
The pool was uncrowded and very clean. If you're visiting with children, please note that you'll need to reserve a slot for the pool one day in advance
We stayed for two nights, and both the room and bathroom were very spacious. The location was incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and drinks, with Ichiran Ramen also just a short walk away
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right by Canal City and not too far from the airport. The breakfast was incredibly generous
I accidentally left my mouse and facial cleanser behind, but when I returned, the staff went above and beyond to help me find them
My only minor complaint would be the price, which was a little on the expensive side, but honestly, there's nothing else to fault

Very conveniently located within minutes of Hakata station. Service was efficient and warm. Room was above average size for Fukuoka and very well cleaned. Didn't get to the restaurants however they looked very nice
Very classy and comfortable hotel. Building quality was excellent. The service is definitely a highlight and there was a concierge to help with your needs such as booking of restaurant if you do not speak Japanese
The hotel was built back in 1989 but it was so well maintained! Everything is classic. Parking is convenient as you only pay 1500 yen (in this central location right next to Hakata station) for two days one night
It is very well managed, the tub is spotless and the staff members are all helpful and professional. They also offer two different styles of breakfast for you to choose from, and I am more than satisfied
The station come with few shopping malls connecting together and if you are not familiar you will get lost ! Haha but nothing to worry about it as long you follow the sign board , and food paradise eat whatever you like and craving for
Walking back in winter weather was amazing cool breeze! The hotel was quiet too , and you seldom will see anyone while in the hotel. Staff are friendly , attentive approachable

A good location for shopping and nightlife and convenient for travel with a near Metro station and also quite near Hakata Station. The room was a bit dated and I'm not sure about their cleaning policy
11 check out, 3pm check in is too bigger a gap - but this appears to be industry standard across the country and not a complaint of this hotel alone. However, this is a minor complaint
If companies are going to claim to do certain practices (not change bedding) due to environmental concerns, then these should be joined up. Plenty of single use plastics for instance
Also feel Japanese hotels should be more considerate and flexible with check in and check out times
Parking was in the mall parking lot and you'll need to walk up stairs and take escalators to get to the check-in lobby. Rooms are a bit dated with a small bathroom. We would probably try another hotel next time around
It is in canal city shopping mall. Entrance is quite hard to find. Good for 1-2 nights stay. Rooms are considered acceptable for Japan standard.

Great location right near to the subway and many eateries. Staff were friendly and helpful, and definitely no complaints about the room
Appreciate the weighing scale too! Which let us make sure that our bags were not overweight
Great location, close to metro station. Walking distance to several tourist spots.
Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again
You get all you need staying here. A standard Japanese hotel located a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre
Would definitely recommend this place for families who like to have some peaceful moments while on holidays

It is very good at free for mini bar and parking this time. The room is clean. Hotel is very near HAKATA station. Hotel breakfast has a delicious mentaiko.
After reading some of the reviews, I was initially worried the hotel's facilities would be quite poor and that it wouldn't be great overall
However, once I actually arrived, I realized you really shouldn't get too fixated on negative online comments. There were at least 10 staff members in the lobby greeting guests, a diverse team including Japanese staff
The service felt largely five-star, despite the absence of doormen, and the lobby's interior design was excellent
Prefect location, just a short walk (3 minutes) from Hakata Station. Excellent service, front desk check in is quick , club lounge staff very helpful. If the hotel have a swimming pool will be nice .
The rooms are also quite spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel. Stepping out of the lobby, if you turn right and cross the main road, about 50-60 meters down, you'll find bus stops for routes 300, 301, and 44

veriy good position and best choice if you would like yo join local day tour. Most tour depart and return very near hotel.
Staff are nice, good location, nearby hakata station, free coffee machine at the lobby
I forget my belonging in my room, but the staff told me that they find nothing and can not help. I think the Japan quality is decreasing because they hire more foreign staff.
There’s shin shin ramen and other types of ramen around and a bento shop for u to grab a bento before u hop into the train!
Really good place comfy bed and pillows, decent sized TV awesome robe you can wear 😎, great place overall

nice location for shopping - can reach JR station and underground from its B1 Good restaurants- many high ranking restaurants near by such as Mushashi beef bowl,Rikyu beef tongue good amenities- have nice onsen for recharge after one day of shopping
Miyako Hotel Hakata is in a fantastic location — right across from Hakata Station and surrounded by plenty of malls, shops, and restaurants. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped
Room is very clean with sufficient light in place. Except for not having the gym facility, I am totally satisfied with the hotel location, staff services as well as the facility of the hotel
One of the highlights is the spa area, which includes both indoor and outdoor bath on rooftop (13F) — very relaxing after a long day. One downside during our stay was the parking situation
Location is so convenient that connected to the Hakata station and is only a one min's walk in between. Very easy to go anywhere for sight-seeing and shopping around
We were traveling as a group with multiple pieces of luggage, but the hotel entrance isn’t directly connected to the parking area, which made it a bit inconvenient

It was pretty compact but good enough since it was just me, although a large piece of luggage would get in the way. The bathtub was also not full-size, but I made do. The cleaning lady was sweet and met my needs
The hotel breakfast was good with modest amount of food choices, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I think this accommodation provides good value for money with great service and friendly staff
I had the do not disturb sign and she’d just leave fresh towels and water at my door
The hotel looks relatively new. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a room for solo person and it was expectedly small, with limited space for luggages and moving around
Service is good. Hotel main building has been renovated recently and looks fashionable. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Great value for money.
Nice room, but I feel good for 1 pax. 2 pax will be too clamp. 5min cross the room.to subway, it is very easy. 1 stop away got Mcdonald n KFC.

Great location by foot to shopping/restaurant/cafe/gachapon/Subway/Tenjin underground/Donki/blue bottle cafe/ and more! Receptions staffs are helpful 👍🏼 3 famous Ramen’s restaurants - Ichiran/ShinShin inside Parco B2/久留米大石碗are just walking distance
Except the above, everything was great, the staffs were very friendly and responsive, also able to communicate in English. Location is amazing, no matter food or shopping, everything is just downstairs
Everything is good. Very convenient location. Room is spacious and clean. Good view from our window 15F. Bathroom is nice and bright and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.
Cleaning is okay but can be better since there is a permanent stain in toilet. The maid should have used special chemical for deep-cleaning. They all are helpful and kind
Location is really good. Convenience for transportation, shopping and dining. Hotel room is spacious and hygienic. Highly recommendation and surely will stay next time.
Very good location, connected to Tenjin underground mall. Could even see the sea from the room. Room has everything you need, although a little small.

Suddenly on the 4th night at 3am the Aircon leaking water like a faucet, which woke us up & the corner of the bed were all wet, we have to bring all the tower & move our bed away from the leakage area at mid-night & didn’t sleep well the whole night due to leakage water drop sound tik-tok-tik-tok
It was only after 1am, but when we returned to the hotel to change clothes, they showed us to our room, which was ready. We appreciated the staff's thoughtfulness. The large public bath was also spacious and comfortable
Due to the night before, we didn’t sleep well, so the 5th last night, we woke up late, front desk call us at 11:10am requesting for us to check-out on a hurry
I was thinking of Sapporo Candeo, so I didn't bring any cleansing products, but the disposable items provided were even less generous than at Sapporo Candeo
Please kindly record this matter onto hotel & we deserve some compensation for such inconvenience?! Hope to hear from your end of out come the soonest
We had lunch and planned to go sightseeing, but we were hit by heavy rain along the way, and our folding umbrellas were useless, so we got soaked

Beautiful sea view, swimming pool. Several restaurants, as well as a barbecue under the open sky on the beach. Some days fireworks viewing on the terrace on the beach
The highlight of my Fukuoka trip. It was quiet and relaxing, offered great value, had spacious rooms, and the staff were very friendly. After spending three days enjoying the park, we even extended our stay
Reservation required for restaurants. Night pool only available to adults. Free shuttle bus between the hotel and Hearts Bus Station Hakata. Swimming ring JPY 3000, sandals JPY 2000
The rooms are quite spacious and all offer sea views. It's located at Fukuoka's Uminonakamichi Station, with an aquarium and a large park nearby, perfect for a relaxing two-day stay at the hotel
Location is great for those who prefer the road trip. Delicious buffet is provided by hotel during breakfast time. The hotel is just next to the 水族館 & Park with few minutes walking distance

And the outdoor pool is very small, unlike the hotel's promotional photos. You may be fooled by the photos. It seems that one of the several condos is rented, and it's confusing with the entrance to the other buildings
There is a small hot spring pool (swimming suit required) and a sauna. The hotel is not in the city center, but it is only 6 subway stops from Hakata
Don't be fooled by the pool photos. This is not a hotel, but a residence. Or, it's more correct to call it a condo. It's good because you can cook your own food. Unlike the exterior, the interior is old
You can pick up tea bags of various flavors at the front desk on demand. There is an uncle at the front desk who speaks fluent English! The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, which costs 1,300 yen
Very noisy freezer and no price reduction. Pool costs extra! No reduction in the price even when 4 people couldent sleep which is the main reason for having a hotel room…
The room was much larger than I expected, the view was amazing, and the reception staff were very friendly, but the only thing that was disappointing was that the TV, microwave, and other facilities were a bit old.

Family friendly hotels with huge parking lot. Decent breakfast and welcome drinks with big room in Japan. Despite there are some 暴走族 in the midnight. Very price wise and service quality balance.
Great stay This hotel is in a great location in the heart of Sakae district, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped
The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable
The customer service staff at the front desk were very kind, very attentive and explained the hotel's various services in detail. The rooms were also very clean, with ample space and free parking spaces
Value for money. Excellent buffet breakfast featuring Hakata delicacies. Welcome drinks, soda and coffee from 12 noon to 11pm.
affordable, clean, quick service, outlets by the bed, free wifi (that doesn't require sign in), spacious downstairs lounge with free coffee until midnight, free parking, a good variety for breakfast, meal tickets for tenpura next door at hirao, and although there is no onsen, there is a huge spa just a 5 min drive away for 800 yen

Everything was good. Amenities buffet was fantastic. Coffee packs & assorted teas all good. Lobby a bit small though.
The location is very convenient and near to the train station. There are many eateries around. There is also a convenience store located nearby.
The location is very convenient, two 29” baggages can be opened and lay flat at the same time.
Very good location. It locate opposite of hakata station, surrounding with convenience store and restaurant
The room is small but clean and convenient, many kinds of shampoo in lobby to choose
If two or more tourists guidebooks of the same language about the scenic spots or local attractions in the neighbouring towns or cities with in*fo of transportation could be placed in the reception lobby, it will help guests plan their journeys during the days of stays in the hotel

This is an established five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, it's very clean, and the service is generally satisfactory. They even have a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk
I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip! A special shout-out to housekeeping for folding my pajamas and even arranging my little bear every day – such a lovely and thoughtful touch! ദ്ദി(• ˕ •マ
Its location couldn't be better – right next to a subway exit, and just one stop from Tenjin. Plus, there are drugstores and supermarkets directly downstairs, and you can easily walk to trendy cafes in Yakuin
What truly impressed me, and was a pleasant surprise, was the availability of Chinese-speaking front desk staff and laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The room size was also remarkably spacious
The ground floor restaurant offers a good dinner, but the buffet breakfast selection is quite limited. It was identical for all three days of our stay, which made it feel like poor value for money
Fantastic! While it's an older hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained, and the service is excellent! The location is absolutely superb – just a 3-minute walk from the subway station exit

The location is right in front of the runway, with planes taking off and landing, so it's a bit noisy, but the city of Fukuoka is actually very close to the airport, so it's almost impossible to avoid the sound of planes
Although this hotel is not located in the city center, the price is reasonable and the rooms are clean and tidy. It is less than 10 minutes' walk to the subway station and about 20 minutes by subway to the city center
I realized at the last minute that I had made a mistake and booked the wrong room, so I contacted the hotel and they accommodated by upgrading my room. I'm grateful that I no longer have to find a new place to stay
The room was spacious, had a separate bathroom and toilet, and was clean, so I was able to spend a comfortable night. It was also great value that breakfast was included for this price
I would definitely consider this hotel again if I have the opportunity
There are also 711 and donki nearby for convenient shopping
