Toyoko Inn Satsuma Sendai Station Higashi in Kagoshima

The owner and therefor the staff also are not polite and don't know anything about hospitality. We ate travelling by Bicycles around Kyushu and in all accomodations the staff of the owner had a solution wherewe could store out blije. In some hotels for example Sheraton grande hotel in Miyazaki we could take out Bicycles to our room. But in this Tokoyo Inn ( of all places) staff and owner started to shout that we should leave our bicycles outside the building even before greeting us.
We asked if there was a luggage-storage. The manager first denied this and she Kelt saying we should bring the Bicycles outside and only after I denied to do so and after my husband walked to the apparent luggage-storage, one staff person suggested to put our bicycles in that storageroom! From that moment on nobody even said ' hello' to us and not even goodbye when we left after the very bad breakfast the last reviewer mentioned. We agree with him about that. All Jaoanese breakfasts are wonderfull, the one in this Tokoyo Inn was below standards!
