It has a very high-end feel; the old-fashioned European-style rooms are rare in Japan. The hotel is small but very comfortable.

It might be a bit cold for Koreans.. It felt like there was a shower room, toilet, and sink on the veranda
It was really cold in the morning, but thankfully there was a bidet
It didn't feel old or worn out. It was well-maintained and clean.
The hot spring water wasn't hot, so I was able to enjoy it just fine
The service was good, but I'm not good at speaking Japanese or English, so I had a bit of trouble, but if you take Papago, you can communicate!
It was a cozy place. All the staff were impressive and nice. If I get the chance, I'd like to visit again and enjoy it all. ㅎㅎ

Very considerate and caring services
Dinner was exceptionally nice. A very nice outlook.

Traditional style japanese onsen hotel, staff with great hospitality and service could not be bad. We did not dine in at the hotel and thus no comment on catering. There are plenty of restaurant choices in town if not dine at the hotel. Walking distance to city centre and with a supermarket right opposite on the road, convenient location

The western style room was AMAZING. The ryokan has it's own bathing facilities which are also awesome.
