This is one of the best hotel I have lived in Japan, the service is amazing and the room setting are great!!! Very nice and tidy room with a public Onsen on 2/F and free parking, this is one of the best in Kumamoto.

Our experience with this was great. Rooms were nice and spacious and love that there was a tub (even included bath salts for us 😊)
Might need to take note of the stairs on the way up, but thankfully just 1 flight.

The spa and sauna in the hotel... they're the best. The room was also very clean, which was exactly the kind of cozy accommodation I wanted.

It is a great location for a walk around Suizenji Park. It is also good for taking the tram to Sakura-machi.
The large bath is a premium concept, but there is a separate fee.

There are many Japanese locals living here, the environment is beautiful, and the front desk staff is very friendly. There is free parking space.
Although the breakfast has few choices, it has everything you need and tastes good. It was very lively during dinner time, with many Japanese people.

The service was average because we didn't understand Japanese and had some difficulty communicating. The location is good, about 15 minutes walk from the JR station. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel and a supermarket about three minutes' walk away where you can buy snacks and drinks. The hotel also provides "hot springs" which are charged in two time periods. Overall, there are still some hotels to choose from.

It's a bit far from the station, so it will be a bit troublesome to drag luggage. Although the hot spring combined with tea ceremony is very unique, tenants have to spend extra money to buy use time, and it is not a one-time purchase. It would be better if the information is clearer on the Internet.

When I was looking at the photos, I didn't know that it was Tata me. I was not used to the small size of the room. Compared with the hot springs in Ureshino, the hot springs are obviously not as slippery. But if you really book this hotel, it would be better to book one with a bed frame. It's really not that comfortable down there. Because the rooms are so small.
