Naha, 2-1-20, Kume (in the centre) 🧭 Map
If you're looking for good value, Toyoko Inn is always a solid choice. It was my first time in Naha, so I wasn't familiar with the area
They offer free coffee in the morning and a selection of drinks, including beer, from 3 PM to 9 PM. The microwave in the lobby was also handy. Even though it's close to the main road, it was quiet with the windows closed
I'd definitely go back and recommend it to friends
Check-in was self-service, but the front desk staff here tried to push their membership card. My room was right by the road and incredibly noisy late at night, with street racers adding to the din
I took the wrong exit and had to haul my luggage over a pedestrian bridge, but thankfully, my suitcase wasn't too heavy, so it wasn't too bad
The soundproofing was really poor, definitely not as comfortable as the one I stayed at in Osaka

I extended my stay in the original room. All I had to do was go to the front desk in the morning to update my key card. The room is a good size, with enough space to open a suitcase
The decor is relatively new, and the soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet stay. If you want housekeeping, you need to book it and stick the sticker on your door before 10 AM
The lobby is on the 9th floor, guest rooms are on the 10th floor and above, and the restaurant is at the very top of the building. Enjoying a meal there while taking in the views is a truly unique experience
The room this time was quite spacious, and all toiletries could be picked up from the lobby. I'm very grateful for the comfortable environment and service this hotel provided during my 6-day, 5-night trip
The hotel's location is superb! Diagonally opposite on the left is the 3A Department Store, and diagonally opposite on the right is the DFS store
The car park is located downstairs and charges per use, with a maximum of 1100 yen

The room size isn't small for Japan; you can open two suitcases. However, the service is mediocre because the front desk is usually unattended for self-checkout, making it hard to find help when needed
We have a pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk is quick in responding to our queries. Among our stays in Okinawa, this is the only hotel we face no issue in communicating.
The hotel's location is excellent, and the annex rooms are very new, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's very close to the Prefectural Office Station, and Kokusai Dori is also within walking distance
There are two convenience stores nearby with everything you could need, and plenty of great food options. It's very clean and hygienic; I'll definitely stay here again next time
Staying in the Anex building which is spacious and direct access to 7-11 across was Lawson. No changes to park In hotel as it always full
The annex facilities are newer than the main building, and they offer luggage storage. As for hygiene, it was very clean

Still the beautiful blue skies and white clouds. A rare triple room and a convenient location. We bought a one-day tour and the hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore everything
The hotel is really clean and all staff are very friendly. It is just a 5mins walk to nearest train station and 8mins walk to the kokusai shopping steet for tourists. The rooms are big and spacious
This hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. They have complimentary drinks and beer every day. The Chinese staff are very friendly and welcoming
The hotel's location is excellent, and they offer unlimited complimentary drinks every day. The afternoon and midday activities are really unique. Soaking in the hot springs every evening was incredibly relaxing too
So nice to stay in this hotel which have various alcohol and ramen service. Superb
The hotel also offers complimentary beer, plum wine, Awamori, and even free late-night ramen, providing excellent value for money! They have children's tableware, making it comfortable and convenient, and with so many free food and entertainment options, it truly feels relaxing and enjoyable

I booked a Japanese-style room, which was quite unique and spacious enough. The hotel's overall service was excellent
The hotel's location is good, not far from Kokusai Dori and Naminoue Shrine
Breakfast was very crowded; I thought it was the off-season, but there were so many people! We had to wait a long time for the elevator, but the food was replenished very promptly
The room facilities are a bit old, but it's clean and tidy, and the room size is quite generous. Older, well-established hotels usually have better management. The location is great, and the breakfast is good too
The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some team members were more fluent in English than others but we were still able to converse. The breakfast was also delicious with a good amount of variety
The breakfast spread is amazing, with a good variety of Japanese specialties and foods, and they offer extended serving hours, which is a huge plus. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around is easy

On the 13th floor, which is the top floor, there is a large public bath that is not a hot spring, and it was spacious and comfortable. It was also good that it was close to Yui Rail Asahibashi Station
The location of the hotel is good. It’s near the monorail station.
The room was clean, and although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, amenities were replenished throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Okinawa
The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of the city center, steps away from the subway entrance
It's incredibly convenient to get to Kokusai-dori, Naha's most bustling street, and just a 20-minute drive from the outlet mall. Getting around couldn't be easier!
Had a packed itinerary on this day so only spent the night and checked out early morning for our flight. As compared to the other hotel rooms in Okinawa, this was the smallest we had for 3 pax - it was very squeezy

Afternoon tea starts at 3 PM and I thought it was quite good, offering local alcohol, three flavors of local brown sugar, and other beverages, ending at 6 PM
It's also convenient for visiting Kokusai Street, Naminoue Shrine, and other attractions. Overall, it was a good stay experience
Excellent environment, pristine hygiene, and top-notch service! Plus, it's conveniently located.
very good hotel and worth to stay . very convenience and near monorail station. good facilities, at least enough for normal guest requests. price is not high and highly recommend this hotel to others.
The hotel has a good location; there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven on the first floor if you go through to the street level, and you can access the monorail and a mall from the second floor
A normal hotel for staying and traveling, so far so good. Will consider t0cstay again next time.

I was happy to stay in this hotel as it was in the middle shopping street n easily to find foods n souveirs. The best part is the coin washing machine n dryer. The only bad thing is pillow too soft n towel too short.
The room was a bit small, as is common with most Japanese hotels. However, the location is fantastic, right on the main street of Kokusai Dori. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety and delicious food
For the price, the rooms, breakfast, and service are all excellent. If you're looking for a resort by the sea, this isn't it, but for a city-center stay, this hotel is a great choice
Overall, it provides excellent value for money and is highly recommended. Its location is superb, situated right on Kokusai Dori Street
It was convenient to borrow an umbrella on a rainy day. Right downstairs from the hotel is a specialty shop selling Yukishio (snow salt), and their ice cream and chocolate crunch cookies were delicious
The bathroom was convenient for showering, offering both a bathtub and a separate, quite spacious shower, almost like those found in a public bathhouse. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant once

Comfortable room. Onsen is the best. All is good except WiFi reception on higher floor is kind of slow.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Miebashi Monorail Station, making it just a few minutes' walk after a direct monorail ride from the airport. While the rooms are compact, they are well-equipped
Everything was great. Location is convenient, breakfast is tasty. Public bath is good
This hotel offers excellent value for money. Its location is fantastic, approximately a 7-minute walk from Miebashi Station
Onsen: water temperature not as high as i wish
Breakfast: great variety, Japanese style breakfast
Reception: friendly English-speaking staff
Free-flow Welcoming drink: okinawa drink and tea. Overall, good for short stay
The port is also incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute stroll away, making it an ideal choice for anyone planning trips to the outer islands. Despite its size, it's well-equipped with all the necessary amenities

The hotel service was excellent, and the location was great, especially with a row of shopping malls across the street – it was all-inclusive! Although the hotel was small, it had all the necessary amenities, such as a microwave, washing machine, toiletries, water dispenser, coffee machine, and Orion beer, wamori, and juice from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Aside from being a bit far from the station, the hotel is generally quite good. Breakfast and rooms were both good
The windows open, and the breakfast is Japanese and delicious. The staff is wonderful, and the cleanliness is excellent. There are plenty of facial products on the ground floor
There's a shopping mall across from the hotel, offering plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment for business travelers and families. Diagonally opposite is a museum and art gallery, which are also worth visiting
The accommodation experience was fantastic!
The hotel is located near Naha Main Place, with convenience stores and the Okinawa Museum nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and a delicious breakfast was included
The lobby on the first floor provided ample toiletries and bathrobes, and there were two elevators to reduce waiting time. The minor drawback was that the rooms were quite cramped

But two episodes eroded the satisfaction over service standards:
1) Booked 2 rooms for a total of 5 pax, through Trip. com via the same booking on the same day
Good location & kind staffs.
Perfect!
Walking distance to shopping street. The best is beer vouchers to redeem
however upon arrival, only one room was given the daily welcome drink coupon (Orion beer) while the other was not. When asked, they said it was a change in policy and not all rooms are given the welcome drink
Great location near monorail station. 2 cans of beer for adults/night with complimentary drink extremely suggestion for drinking activity. But breakfast is not full line buffet like others Japan hotel

Location is excellent - within short walking distance to Ashabashi monorail Station and Naha Bus Station. Although size of room is small but it has sufficient amenities and good WiFi
Very near monorail about 8mins walk exit by West exit. Just 6-7 stops to Naha airport. Make sure to go to the correct best hotel right beside Lawson. Only downside is the bed for me a bit too firm
I was with a child who eats only home cooked food. They kept my food in freezer as per request and helped us. The fragrance of room fresher was the best i have ever experienced
The pricing was extraordinary considering the four stars, and this was definitely one of my best hotel stays even though it only lasted one night
Free breakfast is also good with western and local options. All in, it is value for money
1. Convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from Asahibashi Station. 2. Very clean and tidy. 3. There's a convenience store right next door. 4. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Location is good with around 5min walking distance from the train station. There is a big mall nearby for shopping and dinning too. The only bad thing is that the room is a bit small and can barely open a 28inch luggage
Location: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel
The hotel is located at a very good spot. Close to a big shopping malls and some local restaurants. Round the corner is a convenient store. But the male public bath was broken down during my last night. What a shame.
Museums and art galleries are also just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The best part was the large public bath – it was wonderfully relaxing!
Really great, the room was good and they even help me change It to a no smoking for free. The service was great, the workers really kind and was just in fron a huge mall and some convinis
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a fantastic Japanese restaurant called "Noroshi" just a 5-8 minute walk away, with a great selection of Japanese whiskies. Highly recommended!

It's a big hotel and professional. We booked a Standard Double Relax (Non-Smoking) room. The room is just like in the pictures. Very clean Very mindful Very Demure. The staff are very friendly and have a service mind
Our favorite part of the room is the massage chair! Because my boyfriend can sit and relax while I get ready in the morning 🌄. Great Location as there is 24hr. Family Mart is right next to the hotel

First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Asahibashi Station, and there's a direct walkway from the second floor to the monorail station
A taxi from the airport costs around 2000 yen, which is quite a good deal if you're traveling with a group
It's less than a ten-minute walk to the start of Kokusai-dori, offering a quiet escape while still being close to the action
The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of local Okinawan dishes, such as Ryukyu ramen, sea grapes, and peanut butter pig's ears. You can pretty much try all the local specialties just by having breakfast there
The hotel also has a pick-up/drop-off point on the ground floor, so taking a taxi is very convenient

This hotel is conveniently located, well-equipped, and offers excellent value. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the onsen is relaxing and refreshing
Clean and polite, very good location. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and the Kokusai-dori shopping street is about 100 meters away.
The room was great, I've stayed there before and it's been updated a lot this time, all the facilities are great value for money. The small disadvantage is that the bathing place is always crowded and closes too early
Don't expect the front desk to know any English, bring your own translator. The room is equipped with air conditioning and an air purifier, but the air outlet of the air conditioner blows towards the head
The staff is attentive and friendly, making it a great choice for families and groups. Even if the front desk staff doesn't speak English, be aware of this

The hotel is quiet both inside and out. It's situated on higher ground, requiring a daily uphill and downhill walk to reach the car. The cleanliness, environment, and service are all good.
Good food but not enough to fill you up
Good service
Not modern compared to other hotels
All the old people
Although the hotel felt a bit dated, the facilities were comprehensive. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy. Location: The location was incredibly convenient for getting around
Both of the hotel's on-site restaurants were decent, especially the Spanish one, which served delicious food at reasonable prices. Stay: The room was very clean and tidy
Food: Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options. Personally, I preferred the Japanese choices, as the Western selection was a bit limited
I was a bit disappointed not to have had the chance to try the hotel's restaurant, but I'll definitely make sure to do that on my next visit

Small room but very practical. The service is good and the location is great, walking distance from everywhere.
The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff
We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again
Experience was great. Breakfast is awesome. Onsen is fabulous. Location is unbeatable. Only complaint is a lost key will be charged 1100yen. Never had a hotel charge for lost key before.
Overall, it's a good place, and I'd consider staying here again next time

Facilities: Our room was on the 9th floor
While the room isn't huge, it's a 'sparrow small but complete with all its vital organs' – perfectly fine for one adult and one child. The corner sofa was a nice touch, very convenient
