Good location in kokusai dori, 5 mins walk from kenchomae station. Limited parking lots if you get back late.

The size is OK, as of other Japan hotel. It was clean in general, but the AC outlet was not clean enough. The location is excellent though, plus its very cheap

And the car park was too small - in case you have no car park space, you have to park at other location outside the hotel area, but still not too far. For the room, it was very small and old

Plenty of tourist-friendly restaurants and shops are right downstairs and remain open till late night. It is recommended for shoppers and people who like to save time from transportation

This hotel has a very convenient location as it is right at the centre of the Kokusaidori, one of major tourist spots in Okinawa

Drawback is that other bits of the hotel are just average and room rate is higher-than-normal

The hotel has a good location, the staff is friendly and the hygiene is very good. The breakfast is very rich. If I have the opportunity to go again next time, I will choose this hotel

The welcome drink was unlimited, and the front desk staff was very polite and we had a pleasant stay. We also had a hearty breakfast buffet. It is also just a short walk from Kokusai Street, so it is very convenient

I booked a Japanese-style room because I was traveling alone, but it was on the second floor of the main building and was very clean and comfortable. The room facilities have been updated and are hygienic

I think most of the rooms in Okinawa are Western-style rooms, but the Japanese-style rooms are larger than single Western-style rooms and are great. I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity

Clean and very friendly staff. Room is comfortable, and they offer alot of amenities, offer free water refill which help us alot since our family drink alot of water. it's next to a 711, for quick grab n go.

Easy access to many locations of interest in Naha. Good if you rely heavily on the monorail. Breakfast was very good too, but do note it's not buffet style

You can ask for a kettle but have to pick it up yourself, they dont bring it up. The breakfast was the strangest we have seen: 4 options of very heavy and greasy food that might serve as a dinner to some

The room is too small but have free breakfast. Also hotel provide face wash, lotion small pack for hotel guests which are good.

Slightly sunshine is infiltrated. Price for this room is not quite reasonable. Restaurant is good and comfortable

Room is look bigger than expectations. It is convenient there is 7-11 nearby and near shopping street. Shop in hotel discount 5% for guest.

Breakfast options are limited, but excellent. The location is surprisingly good. Get off the monorail and head towards Loiwa Hotel. There's a large supermarket, and the hotel is located not far from it

Hotel Sun Queen is in a very convenient location, the surrounding area is quiet and not noisy, and it is convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness is good

The exterior is European-style, the rooms are simple and beautiful, the location is very good, right next to Makishi Station, transportation is convenient, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Kokusai-dori.

The hotel has a nostalgic feel, and the facilities feel a bit old-fashioned, but it's acceptable! The hotel's pool facilities include both an outdoor and indoor pool, and the environment is nice 👍🏻 You can also soak in the hot springs at night

4 friends traveling together, take a taxi from the airport to the hotel for only 1500¥, breakfast with freshly squeezed juice is superb, there is a Japanese supermarket near the hotel, the room is super large no disadvantages hot springs are good, there is also 7-Eleven downstairs

The walkway between the main building and the annex is long, and the elevators have different floor numbers, which can be confusing (in the main building, you press the 2nd floor button, and in the annex, you press the 3rd floor button)

You have to wear shoes or slippers anywhere except on the bed, which was inconvenient. There seem to be rooms without carpet, but you'll have to look into it based on your personal preferences

The cons are: Because it's an older hotel, the facilities are old and don't feel very clean. The carpets in the guest rooms, especially the ones connected to the hallways, are obviously dirty

They were polite and respectful, and the atmosphere was great, allowing for a comfortable stay. The hot springs and sauna are open from morning until late

The 5 of us had drinks and snacks at the lounge area upstairs; we went swimming; we had a light noodle dinner upstairs again; played at the downstairs play area; the 3 kids enjoyed the gachapon too! Amenities for the babies were AMAZING

We're talking free diapers (various brands and sizes to choose from), baby pillows and blankets, toothbrush for kiddos and many more! We could tell everything was thought through very well to cater to families

The location is very close to the monorail and if you like walking you can get to lots of parts of the city on foot from the hotel. I think it's good value for money and I would stay again

We had a ball of a time at our stay. We initially wanted to stay longer but I messed up the booking and by the time I realised, only 1 night was available in the time we were in Okinawa

The hotel is clean and located in a quiet residential area. Since it's a collection of studio apartments, the soundproofing is much better than typical hotels, and the price is reasonable

For us, who sweat easily (Okinawa's weather is quite hot), this was incredibly helpful as it prevented our luggage from smelling like sweat by the time we packed

There's a free public bath at the hotel. The single bed is comfortable, measuring 900 or 1000 mm, but narrow. The exhaust fan in the bathroom works great; you can't hear it

It's close to Naminoue Beach, so it's a great place for beachgoers. I was a little concerned that the laundry room floor was wet from other people's swimsuits hanging out to dry. The room was very nice.

I thought there would be a parking lot dedicated to the hotel, but I parked in the parking lot right in front of the hotel and received a free ticket at the front desk when I left

The downside is that the air conditioning is quite powerful, so I turned it off at night

A little confusing info on check in, they say self check in, but there's no info on it, and you have to check in with the person in reception like normal. Good shower and kitchen which is a good plus

The environment here is good, although the lights are a bit dim. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Meirong Bridge. You can walk to Kokusai Street nearby. It is also quick to walk to the prefecture

The room we stayed in has a bathtub, a small living room, a double room with a partition, a microwave and simple cooking tools. It is very suitable for family living and the price is reasonable.

Clean and comfortable accommodations. The views are not great on the 2nd floor but the rooftop is an added bonus. Restaurants within walking distance for families as well as bars and a Round1.

What's the point of giving out a PIN if it's not the room code? I had to contact customer service, and the entire conversation was in English, which made communication difficult

Before checking in, I was told there was a PIN, which I assumed was the room password. I entered it incorrectly, and the room lock got disabled

While the hotel's 9-hour parking (I forget the exact number) is also cheap at 900 yen, parking next door for an overnight stay is the best deal

Cons I thought it would be convenient to have a mirror with a light, but The batteries in the mirror were dead so it couldn't be used. Also, the elevator hall was dark, so I wish they'd turn on the lights at night

There's a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven just a minute's walk away, and Max Value and Kokusai Street are just five minutes away, so it was very convenient

I stayed here for my child's exam. It's in a residential area, on a quiet back street, so it was great for students. If you rent a car, it's about 10 minutes to Chatan and about 30 minutes to the airport
