Guest house iroha in Nakijin

Thank you so much, I had a lovely short stay here. My room was simple, in a cute house located in a beautiful remote area in the forest. The owner was incredibly friendly and so was her family. I felt so welcomed and it made me really happy.

An inn where you can experience things you can't experience in the city

It's located on a hill in the countryside, and for me, who is not used to driving uphill, the narrow and steep slope made me hesitate to go up the hill, which was very scary, but I couldn't get there without going up the hill, so I pressed the gas hard and finally arrived.

It wasn't on the navigation system, so I entered a nearby point.

The building gave the impression of a large, beautiful house in the village, and in the garden there was a space for having a bonfire and playing, along with a terrace.

Because of the location, it was surrounded by trees, and at night I was able to see stars like I'd never seen before, which was amazing.

The building was a shared house, and on the first floor there were two tatami rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet.
There were various musical instruments and toys in the living room.

The second floor was a large room that one family could use, like an attic without any doors, which children would love.
There was a swing and hammock on the second floor, which the kids enjoyed using.

There was a rice cooker, stove, and a shared refrigerator in the kitchen, so we were able to cook freely, which was very helpful.

(There were no restaurants in the area, so we went to a supermarket about 15 minutes away by car to buy groceries.)

There was a washing machine (for a fee), but no dryer, so if you don't have time, your laundry may not dry.

Towels were also charged, and bath towels were borrowed directly from the owner.

We arrived around 6pm, checked out at 10am, went out to watch the sunset, then went shopping, cooked and ate when we got back, and hurried to take a shower with the kids because the lights were turned off at 11pm, so we didn't have much time to stay, but it was a memorable experience because it was a place you don't often get to stay in.

The kind owner was a wonderful person who enjoyed the countryside life.

Cosy and lovely guesthouse in Okinawa. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and played some music for us to enjoy. There were also maps and lots of things available to do - it is a shame it rained for most of the trip. I would definitely come back to stay again!

I spent enjoyable days with the strong-willed and friendly owner, his cheerful wife who supported him, and his cute and friendly daughters. At night, I was able to relax both physically and mentally, with the stars in the sky that seemed within reach, the owner's guitar, gentle reggae records, and the Kikunotsuyu Brown that I brought with me.

Amazing place, the owner is very nice and friendly and he will go above and byond to make your stay perfect. The guest house is in a very peaceful environment and surrounded by forrest. The house has a great kitchen and the rooms are very big

The location is a bit remote, but it is no problem to drive by yourself, and it is very close to the beautiful sea. It would be great if a big family could cover the whole house. There is a swing in the attic and the owner is very friendly!

The guest house is hard to reach at night. I nearly miss the hotel because it is very dark, so if you book come to the guest house before sunset
The staff is very nice ,the room is clean but no door on second floor. No free towel and cant use bathtub.
