The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It's also not far from Fukuoka Tower.

When I booked, Trip.com recommended this hotel as the number one in Fukuoka for food, so I didn't hesitate to book it. If you're attending a concert at PayPay Dome, honestly, don't bother staying anywhere else! The walkway shown in picture five leads directly to gate 7 in just five minutes. There's also a FamilyMart right next door – a lifesaver in winter! Seriously, while others are lining up for transport, I'm already checking in! I had enough time to drop off my stuff, relax, and then go for dinner when the crowds...

The environment and service here are top-notch, making for an excellent experience. It's a 20-minute walk to Fukuoka Tower and Seaside Momochi Park. Plus, there are direct bus routes from Hakata and Tenjin right to the hotel's doorstep. Definitely lives up to its reputation as the second-largest Hilton globally!

Overall, the hotel is excellent. It's an older property, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it's still very clean. The location is super convenient for shopping and going to the beach, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. Highly recommend.

I've stayed there 3 times (in September )and have had an excellent experience every time. My only complaint is that the pool has never been open at night. When it was open during the day it was crowded with kids. It would be great to have a separate adults-only pool, with drinks, open into the evening. That would make for a true resort experience.

Parking is free, room is huge, service is awesome, there are shops selling stuff at basement, onsen is superb, water pressure for shower is strong. Breakfast is awesome. There are indoor swimming pool. I am said its one of the best hotel i stayed.

The hotel itself is large in scale with also a great onsen free for all hotel occupants. But the overall impression is a bit old and tarnished in the room.

The Grand Hotel offers decent value for money, though it's a bit on the expensive side. The room rates are pretty good, all things considered. It's located near the beach, but honestly, the surrounding sandy areas aren't all that great.

Decently sized room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car. Carpark for 1700yen per day. In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place! An excellent business-class hotel located in the heart of Kitakyushu (Kokura), walkable from JR Kokura station and to many dining and shopping options. Quiet and comfortable day or night, excellent front desk staff, rooms with city views available, fast Internet (wired and wireless), clean rooms.

The rooms themselves were actually really nice. The only issue was that a group of guys on my floor kept knocking on each other's doors and chatting loudly in the hallway, which was quite annoying. On the plus side, the onsen and the new main building were very conveniently connected.

Great location by the beach, but only a small free area for guests and most facilities require extra fees. The hotel feels a bit old with damp rooms, and parking is inconvenient since most lots are across a busy road—unsafe for kids and the elderly. On the bright side, the breakfast was very good and quite varied, and it was lovely to enjoy it on the higher floors with a sea view.

Kanehide Kise Beach Palace was a nice hotel to stay in! Although there was nothing much in the surroundings, the hotel had all your basic needs. The hotel was perfect, breakfasts were delicious and various. Staff were helpful and friendly, a lot of staff spoke English. I can’t wait to come back here in a high season to do more marine activities and enjoy beautiful ocean of Okinawa.

A solid 4. It's a lovely hotel, the onsen is wonderful. Lots of heated pools. Family and kid friendly. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options to enjoy. We booked for our honeymoon, and it was a lovely stay. Our room had an excellent view over the beach and pools. We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby.

The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel isn't very frequent, especially the one going to the airport, which only runs in the morning. So far everything has been quite good—the staff are attentive and the service is friendly and efficient. The building looks a bit aged but certainly well maintained. It is located an hour drive from Naha and is more convenient for visiting the mid and north Okinawa. I still vividly remember their 30th-anniversary celebration. Other than the outdated facilities, everything else was impeccable, especially the Executive Lounge – it was absolutely perfect! This hotel is pretty standard for a cheap Japanese business hotel experience, so no complaints about the amenities, but they still use physical keys for the hotel rooms, and they ask that you leave the key with the front desk every time you leave the hotel which is pretty annoying.

This hotel is super convenient! It's just one subway stop away from both Hakata Station and Tenjin, and right next to Canal City Hakata. There's a Don Quijote about a ten-minute walk away, and a Family Mart right downstairs. The service at the hotel was excellent; someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I arrived. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Canal City, so you can go shopping as soon as you step out. The service is fantastic, and everyone is very friendly. The bathroom has great water pressure, making for a very enjoyable bath experience.

The hotel is located in the city center, about 4km from Fukuoka Airport by taxi, which cost around 2300 yen. The hotel isn't super new, but it's conveniently just one stop away from major shopping areas like Hakata and Tenjin. The only downside was the slightly small bed. Everything else was fine.

I stayed here for the last two nights of my Kyushu trip. The room had a massage chair, which was a huge relief after a week of driving. The hotel is a bit older, but that wasn't a big issue for me. It's close to the subway, the rooms are spacious, and the service is great. Overall, it offers good value for money.
