Kyushu, Nago, 115-2 Kise 🧭 Map
There is a free beach in front, you can also rent sun beds and parasols, water park extra charge and a gift store inside the hotel. However, there is no outdoor pool, although the page says the hotel has it
Upon arrival at the hotel, the carpark right at the hotel was full. At check-in, the staff then informed me that I can park at carpark P4, which was opposite the hotel. Parking was free as per hotel listing
A perfect place to spend your days in Okinawa. Although there is not much around the hotel itself (one restaurant), there are some cafes and shops in 10-15 minute walk. The stuff is nice, ready to help
Called the lobby for help, and they sent someone up in minutes. Power got back up after a while too. From the hotel to Churaumi Aquarium was a 40 minutes drive. They had paid beach facilities that can be used
There was quite a lot of cars parked at all their carparks by night time. Went for dinner at the izakaya restaurant on my first day there, the food was great! There was even BBQ served at this restaurant
There was a shop at their lobby selling drinks, souvenirs, even has a craft workshop to make small Okinawa crafts. Driving to the hotel was easy, just have to follow google maps

We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby
The outdoor pools are very nice but beware of the short opening hours.
The environment is great, the hotel facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and there is a rich variety of dining options. Several restaurants require advance reservations.
The area around here is quite deserted, so I wouldn't recommend going out at night. There are also many other activities. I tried boat snorkeling and 🪂. By the way, you can order in-room massages
The hotel has several restaurants, a cafe and bar, and afternoon tea. The food is delicious, but reservations are required. Afternoon tea is a must! The view is stunning, and there's piano music
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but it's not listed on Ctrip. You have to call and book it yourself through the hotel's website. Check-in was done on the sofa while we drank tea

Nice hotel facing ocean view. We went for bottom glass boat tour. Very clear water but too cold to
Swim. Nice breakfast n pizza dinner very good.
Although the manager confirmed by email that the cancellation should be possible, they claimed the request never reached their system. If the hotel undergoes a proper renovation, I would gladly return
Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants also feel overpriced. Dust, dirt, worn furniture, and even mold significantly spoil the overall impression
At the same time, there are many positive aspects. Some areas are beautiful, the food is very tasty, and the staff are extremely polite, attentive, and caring
For now, my feelings are very mixed — the natural beauty and great service contrast strongly with the poor condition of the property
However, there was also an issue with canceling part of my stay. I submitted a cancellation request, but it was repeatedly declined

The laughter of the green bird in the large restaurant, completed by me. I have not seen the new room, but I have no confidence in it. Baseball drivers are in Russia, and they live here
My girlfriend and I come from Hong Kong, and we’re honored to visit Okinawa for the first time, staying at your esteemed hotel for four days and three nights
All the staff at your hotel are exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. Whether at the front desk, restaurant, or cleaning team, every colleague is impeccably polite
Additionally, we absolutely loved playing with the parrot in the hotel’s basement; it’s so adorable and fun! We hope to see it again next time and have more joyful playtime with it
It so happened that I was late on a very busy day, so I lined up with my luggage to check in and waited for about 20 minutes in a crowded state. It's corona, so I was worried about it, but it seems to have happened
Even though our Japanese is nonexistent, the staff patiently communicated with us in English, which truly touched our hearts

Because a state of emergency was declared, the cocktail time available to gold members was non-alcoholic, but we enjoyed the one-plate hors d'oeuvres
An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.
Still a big fan of Hilton. Great location and excellent service, especially from the front desk staff. A huge thank you to Ctrip for relaying my requests to the hotel in advance.
So happy I could watch the fireworks right from my room's balcony! It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Okinawa.
The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach
In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach

Great service. But a sunbed on the beach 2900yen/day, it's too (((
The zipline at the hotel was super fun! The room facilities are a bit old, but there's free parking, which is great for people traveling by car.
Worth every penny, the service was excellent, the environment was lovely, and the buffet breakfast was really good. You can see the beach right from the window, which the kids loved. All in all, a fantastic experience!
An excellent experience, perfect for families with kids. My children really enjoyed the banana boat ride and the crafting activities. Breakfast was quite rich and varied
Wonderful experience here for our honeymoon. Staff were lovely and attentive. Our room was spacious and super comfortable
Traveling with my parents and kids, we found the front desk staff at the hotel to be very friendly, which was great

Good hotel
Nice swimming pool with Slide
Dinner is good in the hotel
The availability with massage shops, souvenir shop, spa and sauna, swimming pool, bar and restaurants are very comprehensive and you can just enjoyed all kinds of amenities by staying in this one single hotel
Far off from the “city center”. Limited choices for dining options (thought we had very good yakiniku outside the hotel). Pool has a small slide, which was fun
Very satisfied with this hotel. Swimming pool, onsen, decent rooms, nice breakfast, Misaki beef yakiniku, bus stop right in front of hotel, friendly receptionists, all included.
Good location, near to Ishigaki ferry terminal where vendors pick up and drop off participants for water activities, however parking spaces in the main carpark are always full and the second carpark is quite a distance away
The pool and suntanning deck were nice but pool was filled with kids and their parents and you can't do any lap swimming. Pool also opens late from 0930hrs so no early morning swim

5th floor Japanese rooms were noticeably better. We were disappointed the pool wasn't open in late June, but Japanese school was still in so it was understandable. The dinner buffet was overpriced in my opinion
Not many other options within a 10-15 min drive though. The whole place gave me a Spirited Away vibe which could be good or bad depending. If somebody came in and renovated it, it could be super nice
A very accommodating hot springs hotel that has a chapel on the premises and even bridal services. The restaurant has all you can eat crab legs and the breakfast menu is very abundant
This hotel looks like it was super nice when built at the peak of the 80's boom and hasn't been updated or renovated since. Beautiful mountaintop views from every room
This resort needs more maintenance if they want to maintain high quality level, It’s a resort with family for short vacation, Room size and swimming pool are pretty large, I believe is good to be here in summer time
Many of the facilities are kinda run down, and some are closed up and turned into solar farms. The rooms were a little worse for wear on the 6th floor, but acceptable and clean

Very nice hotel, especially the swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was also very good.
Lastly, I was surprised to find that access to the sauna required an additional fee, especially since most hotels typically include it with swimming pool access
The room is very nice, the view is very nice, and I feel very good when I stay here. The hotel is very considerate and gives small New Year gifts during the holidays. The dishes in the restaurant are also very delicious
The environment is very comfortable and secluded. We didn't play golf, so we didn't enjoy the hotel's course. However, we did enjoy the teppanyaki grill, which had excellent ingredients
While it can't compare to Tokyo, it's top-notch in Okinawa. When we went out, we asked the concierge to pick us up at the beach. He was responsive and provided professional service
The environment is beautiful and suitable for couples to travel. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is comfortable, and the service is generally good

The sea view room offers a beautiful scenery! The hotel's beach and pool are also stunning. However, they charge guests for using the beach chairs on the beach. The self-service laundry room is very convenient
It's a great option to choose between a breakfast buffet or a lunch buffet! The lunch was good, especially the pork shabu-shabu which left a deep impression! The hotel's brochure didn't mention the public bath, so it was a pleasant surprise when we found it
The hotel has an excellent location, facing the sea with a fantastic beach on one side, and a main road on the other, very close to a bus stop. There's a Family Mart convenience store just over a hundred meters away
The airport shuttle (blue line) goes directly to the hotel lobby entrance. It's a large hotel with various shops and a children's playground, typical of a resort
Before checking out, I informed the front desk that I needed to go to the airport, and they kindly arranged a shuttle bus for me

Positive view from the sea-view room
Enjoyable evening activities including group dancing
Few ********* visitors were present
Average breakfast with long queues
Very nice landscape. Clean common areas. Happy Hour drinks. Variety of restaurants. Has a convenience store and souvenir shop. Very friendly staff.
The hotel is quite big and has a good surrounding. There are many of services provided in the hotel. Good breakfast with great service from staffs.
There is a sauna room in the pool, so you can go straight into the pool after working up a sweat!
The outdoor bath was also very comfortable, although it cost 1,000 yen
We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests
Spacious clean room and comfortable beds, nice staff, very good onsen on-site, BBQ dinner was not good, okay breakfast, reasonable room room rate, no complain.

The cleanliness of the room is acceptable, there is a little blood stain on the quilt, the bathroom floor has poor drainage, water will accumulate after taking a shower, it may be so, the bathroom floor is slippery, and the quick cooker is very
Oily, the frosting in the refrigerator is very thick, but the price is cheap
The room was just OK for cleanliness and modernization, however the large, deep tub made up for any other oddness, such as wires coming directly from a rough hole punched in the wall for this purpose
It is very close to Naminoue Palace, and there are indeed many custom shops nearby. If you are alone, it is not recommended to stay here. If you can accommodate the price, you can consider it
Both the room and the toilet are big. If you stay for three nights in a row, there will be no housekeeping to clean the room
You have to go to the counter to exchange for new towels when there are people at the counter (15-22)
Room is big but not clean enough

All the staff, except for the owner and one woman, were foreigners and very friendly. However, the shower is located next to the semi-open bathtub, so the outside air blows directly into it
Delightful and unique! Easy to find, with a warm welcome and a lovely, nostalgic vibe. The private onsen with wonderful water was a highlight
Dinner was an outstanding 10-course Kaiseki meal, which notably included both grilled and steamed Saga Wagyu. The culinary experience here truly outshines even establishments like Taishoya and Charakuen
This is a very traditional Japanese boutique hotel with a total of only 8 guest rooms. On the ground floor, there are four rooms equipped with private onsen baths, alongside two public hot spring baths
Each room boasts a private hot spring, and the rooms themselves are spacious and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and proactive in assisting foreign guests
The biggest reason I chose this ryokan was the private open-air bath and kaiseki. The private open-air bath was also really nice, and I understood why the kaiseki was Michelin-rated
