The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It's also not far from Fukuoka Tower.
When I booked, Trip.com recommended this hotel as the number one in Fukuoka for food, so I didn't hesitate to book it. However, when it came to breakfast, I was truly disappointed and felt quite let down: ① The coffee was the worst I've had in any hotel in Japan. ② There was a lack of substantial dishes; only one salmon dish could be considered so, but it tasted really bad. ③ Almost all the dishes...
Excellent service. Amazing view overseeing coastline and Fukuoka Tower. Distance from city centre but highly recommended if drive.
If you're attending a concert at PayPay Dome, honestly, don't bother staying anywhere else! The walkway shown in picture five leads directly to gate 7 in just five minutes. There's also a FamilyMart right next door – a lifesaver in winter! Seriously, while others are lining up for transport, I'm already checking in! I had enough time to drop off my stuff, relax, and then go for dinner when the crowds...
The environment and service here are top-notch, making for an excellent experience. It's a 20-minute walk to Fukuoka Tower and Seaside Momochi Park. Plus, there are direct bus routes from Hakata and Tenjin right to the hotel's doorstep. Definitely lives up to its reputation as the second-largest Hilton globally!
Overall, the hotel is excellent. It's an older property, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it's still very clean. The location is super convenient for shopping and going to the beach, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. Highly recommend.

Corner suite has beautiful view. Not like other Japanese hotel, very roomy. Food is also very good. Onsen is also beautiful.
Good facilities, nice golf courses, and a comfortable room. It is an ideal place for golf, hot springs, and travel to focus on relaxation. If you have any plans to visit nearby tourist attractions, shopping, or town, I would recommend booking a rental car.
Very clean & Comfortable rooms with good views, a very wide spread of food at the buffet.
I've stayed there 3 times (in September )and have had an excellent experience every time. My only complaint is that the pool has never been open at night. When it was open during the day it was crowded with kids. It would be great to have a separate adults-only pool, with drinks, open into the evening. That would make for a true resort experience.
Parking is free, room is huge, service is awesome, there are shops selling stuff at basement, onsen is superb, water pressure for shower is strong. Breakfast is awesome. There are indoor swimming pool. I am said its one of the best hotel i stayed.
A little old but that is to be expected, everything else is ok

The hotel itself is large in scale with also a great onsen free for all hotel occupants. But the overall impression is a bit old and tarnished in the room.
This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. The Grand Hotel offers decent value for money, though it's a bit on the expensive side. The room rates are pretty good, all things considered. It's located near the beach, but honestly, the surrounding sandy areas aren't all that great.
The hotel was very clean, and the stay was comfortable, with excellent service. However, the hot spring was really dirty, with all sorts of suspended particles. It was obvious the circulation system wasn't working well.
Great location, easy to come! Have suoermarket near the hotel, but the facilities are fewer.
Decently sized room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car. Carpark for 1700yen per day. In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place! Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!

The hotel was perfect, breakfasts were delicious and various. Staff were helpful and friendly, a lot of staff spoke English. I can’t wait to come back here in a high season to do more marine activities and enjoy beautiful ocean of Okinawa.
Facilities: All entertainment activities are well-equipped. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Service: Warm and friendly.
The hotel is in good location with spectacular views. The dining is nice and staffs are friendly. The beach aeea is not as perfect from watching other previous previews, with sea water wasn't as crystal clear and sands are rather coarse
This hotel is no doubt the best resort in Ishigaki Island. It has a big resort style with exclusive feel. There are a few buildings so make sure you pick the right one for your needs. I chose the newest building facing the ocean. It was very new and clean. The room has nice ocean view and can also see the pool underneath. The facilities were good, but there was a lot of unpleasant smell, probably because of the air conditioning inside.
We booked for our honeymoon, and it was a lovely stay. Our room had an excellent view over the beach and pools. We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby.
The outdoor pools are very nice but beware of the short opening hours.
The environment is great, the hotel facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and there is a rich variety of dining options. Several restaurants require advance reservations.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but it's not listed on Ctrip. You have to call and book it yourself through the hotel's website. The service was excellent. Check-in was done on the sofa while we drank tea. All the staff were so friendly and smiling. It felt like Disneyland by the sea. I didn't visit any of the Okinawa attractions; I just wanted to explore the resort. 🌊 You never get bored here...
The foreign staff member spoke in a very low voice, and it seemed as though he was explaining things to someone who clearly had no control, which made for a completely pointless conversation. I wanted him to explain things properly in Japanese, so I ended up calling a Japanese staff member. I hope they can determine whether they can do this and take appropriate action. The location is easy to reach even without a car thanks to regular bus connections. The setting itself is stunning — the hotel is located on a separate peninsula, and the views are truly magnificent. Unfortunately, the hotel building feels very old and worn out. It is difficult to perceive it as a high-end place in its current condition. Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants...
Nice hotel facing ocean view. We went for bottom glass boat tour. Very clear water but too cold to Swim. Nice breakfast n pizza dinner very good.
I still vividly remember their 30th-anniversary celebration. Other than the outdated facilities, everything else was impeccable, especially the Executive Lounge – it was absolutely perfect! Great views, excellent food, and an even better atmosphere. I really hope the hotel renovates its facilities soon; it would be a shame to waste such a prime location!
Aside from the slightly dated facilities, this hotel is truly excellent. The location and views are fantastic, and the scenery along the two small paths by the pool was the biggest unexpected highlight. The buffet restaurant with the show was also quite interesting.
Pros: 1. The hotel is close to the Cape Manza scenic spot, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 2. The hotel offers a wide range of water activities, including but not limited to banana boats, jet skis, an inflatable water park, glass-bottom boats, and sunset cruises. If you're not planning on visiting the outer islands, you could easily spend a whole afternoon here. Cons: 1. The hotel...
Absolutely loved it! Especially Ana. This hotel boasts its own beautiful private beach, accessible via a secret path. The breakfast at the executive lounge was also delicious. This hotel is super convenient! It's just one subway stop away from both Hakata Station and Tenjin, and right next to Canal City Hakata. There's a Don Quijote about a ten-minute walk away, and a Family Mart right downstairs. The service at the hotel was excellent; someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I arrived. Breakfast was also good.
The location is incredibly convenient and just amazing! It's even walkable to the airport, though I still opted for a taxi. All the shopping, dining, and attractions are within a 20-minute walk.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Canal City, so you can go shopping as soon as you step out. The service is fantastic, and everyone is very friendly. The bathroom has great water pressure, making for a very enjoyable bath experience.
Hotel is nice and clean. Located inside canal city hakata, so you can get whatever u want and wont be bored. Access also convenient.
Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Very good service, would recommend for all stays in Fukuoka!
The hotel is located in the city center, about 4km from Fukuoka Airport by taxi, which cost around 2300 yen. The hotel isn't super new, but it's conveniently just one stop away from major shopping areas like Hakata and Tenjin. The only downside was the slightly small bed. Everything else was fine.

This hotel is perfect for a vacation. The room's blinds have a unique design, which unfortunately means they don't block out the morning sun, so if you like to sleep in, it's best to bring an eye mask. Also, the hotel is divided into two sections: Beach Wing and Sunset Wing. We stayed in the Beach Wing this time, and while our balcony overlooked the sea, the hallway outside our door faced a road, and...
This hotel in Onna is about an hour's drive from Naha Airport. The rooms are simply elegant, and they leave a small gift every night during turn-down service. The hotel's restaurants are a highlight, offering high-quality Japanese and Western options, though reservations are a must. My only minor complaint is that the blinds let in a lot of light, making it hard to sleep in late. But overall, it's...
A very comfortable stay, with top-notch experience in terms of rooms, common areas, and service. The only regret is that the strong winds and low temperatures in February made it impossible to enjoy the water activities.
Luxurious in every sense of the word. Impeccable hospitality and amazing atmosphere. Had the best afternoon at the bar Spectra.
I come to Okinawa almost every winter for vacation and have stayed at many ocean-view hotels here. The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel isn't very frequent, especially the one going to the airport, which only runs in the morning. If you have an afternoon flight, you'll have to take a taxi. It feels more suitable for those traveling by car. On the plus side, you can walk to Hoshino Café. The hotel's restaurant has good food and service, but there are queues for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...
So far everything has been quite good—the staff are attentive and the service is friendly and efficient. However, the facilities themselves feel rather outdated, and some areas could benefit from renovation or modernization to match the quality of the service provided. Overall, the experience is pleasant, but the aging infrastructure slightly affects the impression.
The building looks a bit aged but certainly well maintained. It is located an hour drive from Naha and is more convenient for visiting the mid and north Okinawa. The surrounding area is quiet and nice, certainly a good place to stay away from the city to relax for a few days. Pool, gym, spa, beach ... are all available.
Stepping into the room was absolutely breathtaking; the view was stunning, with the white church right outside the window ⛪️. On the hotel's beach, during low tide, you could see little fish swimming and crabs scurrying in the glass-like water – it was adorable! For breakfast, you could choose between Japanese or Western style. The hotel has a shuttle service that runs regularly to and from the Hoshino...

The hotel's swimming pool has indoor and outdoor sections, as well as a waterslide for babies. The indoor pool has a bed against the wall, making it safe and comfortable for young children to sleep. An extremely old hotel still using old-fashioned keys. Don't even try it.
The hotel is a good compromise between price and quality. The view from our room great.
The scenery and service are top-notch, except that all dining options call for a reservation—even though the resort has 20 restaurants
There's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the resort! There's also a free resort shuttle bus within the hotel! The environment is nice, but the pool is a bit small! There's a line for breakfast every day, and the breakfast variety is average. Reservations are generally required for the resort's restaurants, so ask the front desk for assistance. The front desk service was excellent!
This is considered a relatively good hotel in Miyako Island. The surrounding area is incomparable to those in China. It is best to make reservations in advance for meals, as the restaurants open every day are different.
The hotel only provides daily towel changes; there's no room cleaning service. The breakfast is plentiful, with children's meals included, which is a thoughtful touch. Plus, there's no need to wait in line. The hotel is conveniently located, with several restaurants and parking lots nearby.

The hotel is very close to Huis Ten Bosch and has a private gate going to HTB once you have already purchase a ticket. You can request for extra pillows to use for free and you can choose pillow type (soft, medium, hard)
The hotel is decent for a one night stay. Though I would describe the interiors of the room as pretty retro and dated in the 90s. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and the room is clean. Even the shower was so powerful you probably thought you were bathing at Nachi Waterfalls! 😁
The room is spacious. Service is excellent, all staff are super nice and friendly and professional. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had in Japan. The room looks a little outdated - especially the bathroom, but overall my stay was comfortable and I had a great time in Fukuoka
