This hotel is good location in the downtown.

Helpful stuff assisted me with booking a restaurant. No public bath available. Rooms and TV a bit tiny, could benefit from some renovation but good enough for a short stay.

The price is cheap, and it's barely okay for a solo traveler. It's like a hostel but has private bathrooms, and you can borrow manga. It's a good place to stay if you're traveling alone or as a couple in Okinawa.

The staff were great, they slid me a room even though I had left my passport behind. Did laundry, ate dinner at the supermarket across the way, slept well, ate a decent breakfast (included) and rode off into the morning. It's inexpensive so temper your expectations and you'll be OK.

While the overall hygiene was good, the 'living' experience was a bit inconvenient. First, to leave the hotel, you have to go from your room on the third floor up to the lobby on the ninth floor, and then take another elevator down to the first floor. Also, the washing facilities are on the seventh floor, so you have to keep going back and forth.

I had a wonderful stay at this capsule hotel. The capsules were spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were polite, helpful, and spoke enough English to make check-in easy. The location is excellent, and the capsule is very clean and well maintained. The amenities are great—pajamas, slippers, and towels are all provided. The bathroom facilities are also perfect: clean, modern, and very comfortable to use. I would definitely stay here again next time.

The quietness is depends on the guests. Personally, I don’t think it’s quiet as one of the guests was very loud when searching for her things. The bed I stayed wasn’t very clean. Luckily I bought my own disposable sheet. The shower rooms are all very nice and big enough.

I arrived the hostel about 3am and still can check in. It’s good that you can check in until 6am. The hostel is clean and very comfortable to stay 10/10. Private locker rooms are pretty big.

It's a popular business hotel with guests in their formal dresses entering and leaving the hotel. It's across the road to train station and the huge carpark would facilitate such. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, clean and warm.

I like the location just beside the Miyazaki Station. When it comes to cleanliness I always noticed the toilet bowl doesn’t clean thoroughly.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Miyazaki Station, making travel very convenient. The hotel facilities are very new overall, and the rooms are clean and bright. There's a large shopping mall and a supermarket at the station, so dining and shopping are also very convenient.

The hotel is good and its perfect for its location. Its just 1 min away from JR Miyazaki station. It has a best room space with excellent breakfast.

Good location, very friendly staff and nice communal facilities (including a bar of free ‘welcome shochu’). Some of the fittings and fixtures in the room seem a little dated, though, so I can see why it might not be as popular as other, newer hotels when judged by appearance alone.

Amazing location, amenities and rooms. You can choose from many different shampoos and conditioners in the shower room, and rent various items like blowdryers and special pillows. The rooms are very spacious for capsule hotels. The building is big and has a cafe, restaurant, shop and drink dispensers.

Large comfortable clean room. I loved the rooftop onsen. The breakfast and dinner were good, not 5*, but certainly you can find some nice food to fill you up. The only thing I really didn't like was there was no WiFi anywhere except the lobby, and there is nowhere comfortable to sit in there. WiFi is a basic requirement nowadays.

The ryokan style room is very spacious with beautiful sea view. We loved the indoor & outdoor onsen. Good spread at the buffet dinner and breakfast. A very relaxing stay! There is also a DONKI nearby the hotel.

The room itself is nice, the service is very good, and the transportation is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from JR Shinsuizenji Station. Opposite is Izumi Shrine. It is nice to walk around the courtyard in the morning. There is Lawson across the street. You can take the Kumamoto tram and get off at Kokufu Station.

It's about 15 minutes by tram and foot from Kumamoto Station. It's a little disappointing that there is some mold in the bath. It's cheap and includes breakfast, so I'd like to use it again if I have the chance.

I chose this because of the location which is perfect for my trip as I am taking A Line to Yoron the following day. The facility is clean, thanks to those maintaining it. How can I rate the service when it's just check in and there's even a machine? Check in process is straightforward. Trip.com should adjust their survey.

Cleanliness: Very clean. You can also enjoy the hot springs. Fresh towels, bath towels, and toothbrushes are provided daily. There's a self-service laundry that includes a dryer, but it's not free. The lobby on the first floor is very spacious.

I was a bit sleep-deprived from the snoring, but other than that, it was comfortable.

It turns out that each 9 Hours hotel has different rules. This one requires you to return the key card when you leave each day, and then tell the staff your room number when you return in the evening, and she will return the key card. This wasn't required when I stayed at the 9 Hours Shinjuku in Tokyo.

There doesn't seem to be enough space to spread out your luggage, so many people spread it out in front of their lockers. Even though there are empty sleeping spaces next to them, for some reason they have to sit next to each other to leave some space between them. I wish they'd explain to foreigners that they should wipe down the sink after using it.

Just sleeping was perfect. Everything was impeccable. The only downside was that I had to take all my belongings with me to the bathroom in the capsule, fearing theft. After sleeping there for four days, I got the hang of it and only brought the bare minimum, storing the rest in a locker.

This is my second time staying at Super Hotel. The rooms are spacious, but the facilities are old. The quilt is also dirty because I didn't touch it directly. Great location in Nakasu. In the sleeping capsule, I recommend installing a small table beside the bed to put small stuff, otherwise there’s no space to put stuff except on the bed. Also the motion-sensing washroom faucet was very annoying that it keeps turning on and off when I’m using it. I wish it’s less sensitive that the water can keep running when I’m using it.

I stayed at the same hotel for two nights. The double room was too noisy, so I switched to a single room. The single room wasn't facing the train station, so I barely heard the trains passing by, which was a relief. However, there were no disposable slippers in the room.

My main purpose for this trip was to see the Tsuiki Air Show, so I casually booked this hotel next to the JR station. It was very convenient for getting around, the room had good soundproofing, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful. I was very satisfied.

Hotel is very close to the kokura station. Very accessible and close to shopping area. Will definitely stay again due to low price and good location.

Check in must be exactly after 3pm, not even a minute early. Everything is transactional and impersonal such as not responsible for your luggage left at hotel after checked out. Although human receptionists are there but only direct guests to use machines to check in and out

This was my first time staying here to attend a New Year's party, and the room was thoroughly cleaned and there was very little air conditioning smell. However, the vents under the windows hadn't been cleaned and were full of dust...but on the other hand, it's actually rare to find a place that clean. It's located behind the large music hall, iichiko Grand Theatre, so I stayed here when my favourite artist was there for a live performance. It's close to the city centre and the entertainment district (Miyakomachi), so I think it's easily accessible. I stayed alone for work. The hotel itself was old, but not dirty. I was only there for the night, so I didn't have any complaints. It seems they don't serve breakfast. There may have been one at the front desk, but there was no hair dryer. There was no refrigerator, and the amenities were not very well-equipped.
