It's located in front of Oita Station, so it's very convenient. Plus, there's a convenience store right outside the hotel's first-floor entrance. Soft drinks are available all you can drink. There's no staff at night, so that might be a bit worrying, but... When I stayed, everyone was quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly without earplugs. Good news for (young) men! It's good that it's close to the station, has all-you-can-drink juice, and offers unlimited manga reading. ...But the biggest drawback is that you can't lock the door to your room. It should be called a hostel rather than a hotel. Clean, good design and the location are positive points. However, the service doesn't run well: I arrived at 2.15pm, nobody is at the reception desk even though I pushed the call button (like instructions) many times, so finally I could not leave my luggage here and have to wait until check-in time (17h00)!

Amazing experience ! I enjoy the room and onsen so much . The room is so big, tidy and cozy, with two private hot baths, one indoor and one outdoor. The onsen resort offers 5 private baths on top of public bath, giving very good privacy and allowing me to enjoy quality time with my fam.

Nice place with great staff. The whole hotel is peaceful ground covered with tatami. We reserved the private onsen and was satisfied with the amenities. Bfast was a set meal with refillable sides and rice. Located not too far from beppu station, its just a straight walk all the way.

Lovely hidden gem in the Kannawa area of Beppu. It is walking distance to 5 of the 7 hells of Beppu. The ryokan has indoor and outdoor baths as well as private baths that can be reserved. There's also free parking onsite. The only minor complaint is that the breakfast is quite average, but everything else was great.

The place I located 10 minute walk from Beppu station. The checkin is done through a tablet on the reception. Unmanned. Make sure you have the entrance pin code. Not the easiest of checkins. The walls in the bathroom are dusty, the AC too. The bathroom is not heated, so very cold. We had the AC on max, still very cold, there was a cold draft from one of the light switches. The beds are comfy and clean

The hotel is new and the rooms are large, perfect for families. Everything is very clean and modern, so we were very satisfied. The only downside is that there's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. There's a big supermarket nearby, and if you're driving, you can park in the paid parking lot right outside the supermarket, which has reasonable rates.
